The difference is that It started with a kiss and They kiss again is more complete, it shows them together since school, living together by chance, going to the same college, the male lead going from "I hate you" to "I love you", getting married, the difficulties after marriage mainly due to the personalities of both, them graduating and working together he as a doctor, she as a nurse. It is a very complete drama, enjoyable to watch, and the two have great chemistry together.

Firstly both drama is my favourite i know many of you think how can these two are so similar but i think these two are so similar except time travel i both dramas male lead is green forest the way they love and care for fl is so sweet and adorable in both drama fl is soul character of the drama & in both dramas main leads chemistry is out of the chart they makes viewer fall in love with there chemistry and story plot ?
