Both FLs are in another country and meet the mysterious ML who appears to be part of a group of bad guys but saves them. Both MLs are then presumed dead. Years later FL crosses paths with someone who looks exactly like the ML and she believes is him.

Both of the female leads have a hidden romantic feeling towards the male lead but could never say it, as they think that they can't reach him. Two shows also are slow-paced romance, and both couples show how love can be patient and takes time.

In both drama Years ago, the two leads found themselves in a dangerous situation that changed their lives forever. In the midst of fear and chaos, they formed a deep bond and fell for each other. But fate tore them apart before they could explore what they had. Now, years later, they meet again this time as strangers.

The shows have the same executive producer, Hiroki Ueda, and you can immediately tell when you watch unnatural that he was trying to recapture the same magic of Keizoku. The character dynamic between the leads in both shows have the same vibe and the over arching mysteries that connects the flow of the shows have the same structure. If you watch one you'll see the resemblance in the other.

The main protagonists share similar skills and are recruited for their fighting abilities. They both face a sadistic villain who not only targets their families but also engages them in a cat-and-mouse chase that culminates in a dramatic and grim conclusion. Additionally, they have a supportive team of individuals who assist them as needed.

A team was recruited based on certain characteristics that enable them to solve a highly specific case tailored to those traits. I would say "Good Boy" is lighter in tone and features more likable characters. However, both this story and the other share common themes: a toxic villain, an eclectic team of eccentric individuals, and the reluctance and pushback from law enforcement and high court officials. The justice system is portrayed as corrupt in both cases, with the groups being underestimated, underfunded, and dismissed, yet they share an incredible chemistry.

Very similar couple dynamics. ML that is weak and sweet but has a secret. Has a strong FL and clever ML. Tho in SGR ML isn't villainous. Both ML and FL are intelligent.
