Both of these dramas revolve around a main protagonist being raised as the opposite gender in order to bypass a curse/prediction regarding their safety and well-being.

One ML who had enough of his office work escaped to a beach B&B homestay, where he met the other ML who had actually also lost his life direction. At the homestay, they build deep friendships with each other and with the folks at the homestay, finding their life purpose and direction.

It is an old drama, but has quite some depths within on finding one's life direction, chasing one's dream, and on kinship and friendship, with emotional moments amidst hilarious ones, and plenty of summer vibes. This is probably the Grandmaster of bromance and beach/village healing dramas.

Here we meet again has not yet been aired, but based on the synopsis - it has a female lead who liked the male lead in the past and then they meet again years later, learning to cope with their work while learning to support one another in persuing their dreams.

They have the same fake marriage trope, based on manga, and airing on the same channel on the same day. The female lead also has the same situation when her characters need money. Same too for the male lead. Because his character marriage just to forget the woman he loves.

Both are set in a historical/fantasy world which is a mix of ordinary people and people with special/supernatural abilities, and the main couple is one of each. Both FLs have a chronic illness.

Both are light historical/fantasy dramas with endearing FLs. Both FLs have an illness and are involved in matchmaking (either for themselves or others) as a result of their illness. Both dramas have a similar feel and tone.

One is fantasy and the other not, but both are about the lonely FL discovering the ML who is injured, taking him home with her, and keeping him as her pet.

Both are korean bl dramas that deal with both relationship and mental health issues from one of the leads.

It is the same as Cutie Pie and same character but more bonuses. It has Max and Nat who play Hia Yi and Diao together. Cutie Pie and 2 have a little bit part of it. Not a lot.

Stealer has some serious Iljimae vibes. Stealer is set in the modern day, and MC isnt quite doing what they do to protect people, but to protect cultural heritage from the ultra wealthy.

Both have a hidden identity that they use to perform their feats
Both have a public identity that is viewed by others as a failure, delinquent, or otherwise undesirable.

Im telling you, if you liked iljimae for the all around feeling of iljimae, you'll probably like Stealer

I can see you lot, shaking your heads in disbelief: What? A BL and a K drama?!?
Oh yes!!! Both have mothers from Hell and are about sexual harassment at work. The main couples have incredible chemistry and so many steamy hot scenes(as much as it is possible on Korean main channel tv!). And they are so madly in love....
