Same script writer. In Story of Kunning Palace the Female Lead also tries to change her fate while running from the male lead to avoid a repeat of their previous disastrous ending.
? Smart female lead
? Hospital Setting
? Both shows spend a lot time focusing on female characters story

Same main pairing - Mos and Bank. This drama showcases their chemistry which is incredible! An enemies to lovers (to enemies again?) which isn’t too deep but is entertaining.
Same two main actors in a pairing again. Mos and Bank come together and their chemistry is off the charts!
I would like to recommend queen of tears for all the wardrobe or costume related to the FL lead
You can view some of the story related to how the relationship too ?

Because they both are swoonworthy, heartfelt drama containing so much love for nature, people and yourself. These dramas give relief and reassurance to people to start afresh and just peaceful to wounded hearts.
Rebirth and second chance at life.
They have similar plotline where FL dies then wakes up in the past with knowledge of what happened in the future.

366 Nichi and First Love: Hatsukoi? have similarities because both dramas are based on a song. "366 Days" is adapted from the title (366?) by HY and "First Love: Hatsukoi" from "First Love" and "Hatsukoi" (??) by Utada Hikaru (??????).
If you are looking for a similar story, about memory loss. And there are elements of romance & drama. Kururi: Dare ga Watashi to Koi wo Shita? is one of the choices.
Very different films but both give off a fairytale vibe.
Similarities
-The male leads are trapped in a situation they cannot control and must escape in order to return to the girl they love
-There's a sense of mystery and beauty in both films (despite it having a dark theme)
-Both are about children stuck in time.
-Both films tackle the theme of loneliness in a very unique and interesting way
Differences
-The ML in Hansel and Gretel is trapped by the kids, and must figure out a way to escape. In Vanishing time, the ML is one of the kids trapped in time
-Hansel and Gretel is about parental abandonment and abuse, Vanishing Time really focuses on loneliness and accidental social isolation.
-Hansel and Gretel is a horror film and Vanishing Time is not
Both may look very different, but would make a great double feature. I totally recommend both!!

Relationships get complicated when business is mixed with matters of the heart. From the trailer of As Beautiful As You, the main characters seem to be trying to find a fresh footing after their relationship gets complicated from differences of business ideology.
Workplace/business romance. The Female leads have relationships which end then their business relationship with the male leads evolve into a romance.
The Sign Special Episode Encore and Secret Crush on You may seem like different stories on the surface, but they share a common link through Billy, the talented actor who brought characters to life in both series. Billy's portrayal of Phaya in The Sign and his role in as Neaung in Secret Crush on You showcase his versatility and ability to convey complex emotions. Both series feature intricate relationships, emotional depth, and a touch of drama, making them similar in tone and atmosphere. If you enjoyed Billy's performance in one series, you'll likely appreciate his work in the other!
