Both Japanese movies has a family member became president. It showed how family member dealt with the pressure etc.

Both movie the female lead became big in politic. In politics, there are dark side. It can be cruel, back stabbing. The spouse and family tryst and support is utterly important

Both Japanese movies has the profession of cleaner. Both showed how young honest people struggle to survive in the cruel society.

Both movies has clean horrible scenes after someone dead. The main leads job is cleaner. They did the room for money, to survive.

One of the scene remind me of Move to Heaven. Have to clean the room after someone dead horriblely in it

This is, by far, my one of the closest recommendations for WIFTY:

- The male lead is a green flag, always helping the female lead.
- The girl develops feelings for the guy first, but he falls even harder.
- It follows their journey from high school to college.
- The setting is shot beside the ocean, providing a calming atmosphere.
- The OSTs are nice.
- The names of the main male lead and second lead are mixed up.
- It features a slow burn love story.

However, it lacks:

- The strong friendship dynamic present in WIFTY. Most of the female lead's friends are girls, and they don't show much bonding between them.
- The inclusion of family life in the end.
- Unlike WIFTY, they face major problems in their careers and love lives.
- There are love triangles.
- It lacks proper kissing scenes. (because the FL is too young when they shoot this)
- It is quite long with 32 episodes.

If you've finished all of the recommended dramas, there's nothing wrong with giving this one a try. Maybe it will be to your taste after all.

The main characters are both very bubbly characters that you can’t help want to be their friends and cheer for them. The romance in this feels fairly equivalent in regards to making you feel giddy like a schoolgirl. Though, True Beauty has a stronger 2nd Male Lead Syndrome going for it more than this one did. Fair warning. Both these dramas rank #1 (True Beauty) and #2 (CATFK) of my all time favorite K-Dramas.

Hao Yun, a vet at a private clinic, leads a mundane life until he accidentally discovers the world is inhabited by monsters. Worried about the secret of their existence leaking, monsters capture Hao Yun and attempt to erase his memories. When their attempts fail, Hao Yun is forced to join Monsters Bureau, where he solves cases involving monsters with the help of his new partner, Wu Aiai. As Hao Yun dives deeper into this new world, he learns that even monsters must deal with the mundane struggles of everyday life and the entanglements created by human emotion.

Both begin with the FL transferring to a new school and ending up clashing with the school bully/popular guy who slowly begins to fall for her. Both have a love triangle between the leads and the ML's best friend.

Both are xianxia dramas in which one of the leads is a magical fox who appears in both animal and human form in front of the other lead without them realizing it's the same person at first.

Both MLs are magical nine-tailed foxes and the FLs are humans who accidentally swallow an object that is part of the ML's power. As a result, the ML ends up living or staying with her to gain it back.

Both are about a human FL who ends up living/staying with with the supernatural ML after she accidentally kisses him and swallows his magical object that he wants back.

Both MLs are fox spirits whose objects relating to their power are accidentally swallowed by the FL, requiring the ML to stay with the FL to try to get it back.

Both dramas portray a relationship between a nine-tailed fox and a human, and are set in an ancient time period.
