TYK follows a TV personality who is out of work after a scandal. She would call herself an actress, but she's known for her good looks, not her good acting. She begs for a part in a new legal drama. Her manager calls his law-firm-owning cousin, whose immediate reply is: "There's no way - he won't do *this* favor - he will not have any actress come into his sacred company - it's WHO?!? (all without taking a breath) Turns out he's a BIG fan. She must be assigned to the most competent attorney in The Firm. He is all-business-no-warmth, and gives up on Prossy Missy the first day ("Just do what you want until quitting time"), because she can't work the copy machine. Heck, she can't even answer the phone.

It frames itself as a descendant of the film Roman Holiday, in which a princess (Audrey Hepburn) trades her carriage for a motorcycle after Escaping The Palace. In heavy contrast to the starched isolation of court, she is propelled by a rumbling hot motor to experience life, citizen-style: Fun. Adventure, + a dear & sincere romance inside a brief run. TYK could be referred to as Legal Holiday… or Office Holiday? A Brief Holiday In Motion? Contempt Overturned In 3 Months?

Park Tae-Yang (played by Park Ju-Hyun) was once a promising badminton athlete. Due to an incident, she left the sport of badminton. 3 years later, she decides to join the badminton team Eunice. There, she meets Park Tae-Joon (Chae Jong-Hyeop, a badminton player who views the sport as nothing but a job to him

This series is all heart, and it’s based on fencing. What really makes it so lovable and exciting is seeing Kim Tae Ri play a character who is so passionate and driven to become the best fencer the world has ever seen. The excitement in which she shows this sport is infectious and even makes Baek Yi Jin want to be a better person. The relationship between her and Baek Yi Jin is bound to tug at your heartstrings, making this a must-watch series

There is something so nostalgic and heartwarming about watching baseball flicks and shows, which is probably why “Stove League” really hits it home. The script also does a great job of drawing viewers in from the first minute of the series – apparently, a script based solely on a manager trying to better his baseball team can be very entertaining! The fact that it won Best Drama at the 2020 Baeksang Arts Awards proves just how much this drama shines

It’s super easy to get invested into this cast and their story. You’ll be paying attention to their games, cheering for the hilarious kids to win, and celebrating when they do. The actors all received special training from an expert coach for more than half a year in order for their performances as badminton players to be as realistic as possible, which only makes this series that much more worth the watch!

“Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” focuses on Bok Joo and her journey as an athlete. She tries hard to continue on with her dream by training, eating lots of delicious food, and spending time with her friends. The love story between her and Joon Hyung, both being athletes, is also very sweet to see. They try and balance their relationship along with the hardships of being athletes. You’ll love their commitment and their very adorable romance!

“Fight My Way” does a great job of balancing the sport with the feelings of nostalgia and longing for that first love.

Both are a romance between an older FL and a younger ML. Both MLs fall first and pursue the FL who is hesitant due to their age gaps/his career.

Both are fantasy/historical dramas with a similar feel. Both FLs have a heart condition which means they have to be careful about falling in love/becoming involved with the ML.
