The bond between the main leads/ friendship/ them fighting bullies and fighting for each other. Couple of scenes from Weak Hero represent the same feeling and intensity from Night Flight.

Both drama has young female lawyers. I have not watch the Japanese one yet. It has a beautiful talented main female lead. Both FL were in entertaining industrial at very young age. However, the Japanese drama I think did not execute right..

Both are starring Cha Hak Yeon in a role where his character is put in an unfortunate situation. Even though his character is considered criminal, we can't help but empathize with his plight.

Both dramas are about a person (ML vs. FL) who magically transforms into a very attractive person, allowing them to get close to the person they've had a crush on. Both have the same actor as the ML.

Both are mini dramas in which the FL ends up married to the ML against her will. Both MLs seem cold or controlling but have been secretly in love with the FL since childhood when they knew each other.

Manga bromance almost romance.

I automatically think of tumbling when I think of Rookies and vice versa. All trouble boys learning a sport together. They learn to build a friendship with their members and learn to love the sport.
