They’re also both based on a Webtoon.

Both series show flawed characters and include toxic relationships where one party wants something else than the other party (usually friendship X love X sex), so there is a lot of jealousy and suffering.

In both the series, the relationship of the main couple basically begings with sex and the feelings of the main characters to each other remain unclear for a long time although they sleep with each other repeatedly. Both series include hot 18+ scenes.

Both shows are light-hearted with no much drama or plot in general, good when you want to turn your brain off and just enjoy the cuteness.
One of the main characters is childish but cute.

In both the dramas, the main couple consists of a confident gay who falls in love with someone who does not know he can be attracted to men. The first guy is so caring towards the other one other one that the other one eventually falls in love, too.
Both series have sexy scenes and the main leads have good chemistry.

I don't think alot needs to be said both great variety shows with Yu Jae Seok and Lee Kwang Soo

In both series, the main characters are lovers before they are boyfriends. One of them loves the other one but the other one keeps refusing his love for a long time. They fight a lot but also have a lot of passionate sex and eventually, they become a loving couple.

Both stories sound similar. The main characters are married in their childhood when the boy was a prince and due to some reason, his wife dies. Which he never forgets. There are rumors that the spirit of his first wife is wandering. A few years later when he becomes king, he meets a girl who looks like his first wife.

SLA is a lot more scandalous, dramatic, intense and not fluffy - but still - having watched both back-to-back I saw a lot of similarities between the MLs.
Not just in optics but also how sweet they were and how much they adored the FL right away who is older and their respective trainer/teacher
FIY is about sports; SLA about pianists.

Both have intense and good chemistry, kisses and skinship :)
