Both dramas are about revenge and have complex story line. GT is more about politics and EoE is more about gangsters.

They both have the main couple living together and like in personal taste the guy is pretending to be gay..

Both Fated To Love You and Finding Mr Destiny have an element of Fate bringing the couples together.

Both are versions of Itazura na Kiss but though they follow the storyline, both don't feel like remakes at all.
