Same person wrote both dramas. Both have fantasy characters present in them. In Legend of the Blue Sea the main female lead is a mermaid and in You Who Came from the Stars the main male lead is an alien. Both drama's have the same female actress playing the parts of the female lead. There are a few other actors/actresses that make appearances in both dramas.
Cha Hakyeon (N) stars in both dramas. Both are web-dramas. Both are slightly confusing and short!
They are very similar in terms of how they present the bullies and the bullied.
They both revolve around bullying and how a bully can easily become the bullied.
Both dramas deal with a single parent raising a son, while the other had no clue about the kid's existence. In AC, it's a single mom but in TKFH it's a single dad. Somehow the parent that left crosses path with the kid, spent time bonding with him and grew fond of him. When they found out the kid was theirs, they go through a custody battle.
Same situation where the dad pays off his debt using his daughter.

It's really early but these two have the same vibes. The work, company and comedy. The leads have similar personality too. The bad at first good at the end main lead. The good and loyal female lead. Don't forget the jerk second lead . If you like any of these two dramas , you will really enjoy the other one too.
Both heartbreaking romance stories. Both have an amazing storyline. Both deal with a terminal illness.
Instead of Ice Hockey the sport is Table Tennis. Both North and South team up as one to bring glory to their nation; surpassing their nations painful history together. This is Story of friendship and teamwork.
About dating agencies and the path to find true love. While they try to find happiness for their clients, they can become "clients" to their own stories as well. They all include a leader who is a love guru and doesn't believe in love anymore.
both are business dramas with a female led cast who try to keep their businesses afloat in the face of competition. MondaiAru is more geared towards workplace discrimination based on sex and in Underwear these women run a lingerie boutique without anything or anyone being sexualized and the drama asks questions like what is empowering to different women?
If you loved Song Joong Ki in DOTS, you won't regret watching him in Innocent Man. It's his best performance to date.
Similar plot of a modern girl travelling back time (maybe that's the only similarity haha). But you won't regret watching Moon Lovers (my favorite period drama, along with The Moon Embracing the Sun)
The two dramas came from the same source material, Tong Hua's novel - Bu Bu Jing Xin. If you loved Moon Lovers, you might also want to check the 2011 Chinese drama adaptation.
