there were a lot of parallels! both stories started in high school, but in our beloved summer, ung and yeonsu didn't get along with each other, while in more than friends, su and wooyeon were two were high school friends, and wooyeon liked su. the aesthetic, cast, story, and ost of both dramas give off a calming and comforting feeling. what i liked about both dramas is that not all dramas focus on the lives of the supporting characters in detail, but both dramas do, which makes them more realistic and comforting to watch because you can see how people live their lives differently :)

With the addition of skateboarding and surfing to the summer Olympics in 2021, One More Try and Summer Surf Shop aim to gain mainstream exposure for boardsports and other action sports.
While One More Try’s competitive contest format is a contrast to Summer Surf Shop’s laidback beachside life, both series follow a cohort of celebrities as they immerse themselves in the world of boardsports, learning about their respective culture, history and lifestyle.

First of all, both has Zhao Lu Si but you'll see her in both very different characters. There's a lot of wit, strategy and politics in both dramas.

Both dramas are about struggling BL (screen)writer and partly about the production of a BL live action. The events and love story of the actual drama are the inspiration for the writers new script.

Both dramas hold a critical lens onto the BL industry and are vocal about LGBTq rights / issues.

Whereas "Lovely Writer" is more of a satiric romcom but also with the sad parts about the industry, "The Miracle of Teddy Bear" is actually a murder mystery with romances, tragedy and fantasy elements (tho it still has comedic moments as well)

This is the chinese remake, so it has the same storyline, however the chinese version is longer and covers aspects that this one doesn't. I recommend it if you have a lot of time to spare.

They both have as the main story a romance between a South Korean female and a North Korean male and government plots. The main differences are the time frames and the overall approach.
Snowdrop seems darker and has little romance, giving more importance to the governmental aspect. Crash Landing on you is the opposite, with more romance, comedic scenes, and a brighter approach.
