In both just at the beginning of the series the female lead goes through a break off of a years long relationship and engagement due to her partner's cheating. At the same time she meets the male lead and makes an unusual impression on him.

Both have very eccentric MLs. Despite In Hand being about parasites, it features many different animals throughout, which reminds me of Bokura. No romance, but close friendships in both and both very funny and wholesome.

Even though the stories aren't very similar at all, I think whoever likes one of them, will like the other too!

Both has the “deaf” actress. Both has male dead that is very hard working. Love story. Cute heartwarming story. Both main male lead learn (sign language) to communicate with the deaf and mute people

When I see deaf, it remind me of great movie called “Glove”. Very touching Korean movie. Both are true story. Heartwarming. Heart touching movies. Must watch

Both has the theme of deaf. Deaf come with mute because the person never hear pronunciation. Both are romantic movie. Worth watching

FL sighs and gasps and has the “innocent” high pitched voice.
ML doesn’t talk much, but it’s a genius

Love o2o is better than this though. Just my opinion :)

while these shows are entirely different, they do follow a family through generations/characters from childhood to adulthood
