They are both:
-Korean
- Zombies
While Kingdom differs from All of Us Are Dead, for the fact that it's a historical drama, don't let that throw you off. I would highly recommend Kingdom and would even argue it was better that All of Us Are Dead. (typically I don't watch historical dramas but kingdom is just so good it's 100% worth it).

Both dramas feature a policeman and a member of the Yakuza who are allies in the quest to find out what happened to a woman they were both very attached to.

In Ouroboros they're siblings in everything but blood, and in Kei x Yaku what they have is closer to a romance.

If you liked the comedic part of 'I picked up a star on the road', then you might like zombie detective aswell.
I find that they have the same 'weirdness' of humor and ridiculous moments, some serious parts that just escalates to something funny.

Both have their fair share of tender moments aswell as comedic slapsticks- although ZB comedy may be slightly different and occur more compared to IPUASOTR

Both presents and centers around a ML and a FL

They both have a similar vibe even if the only similarity is that the FLs. Both are poor, hard working, loyal and considered not feminine. The secondary LMs also have a similar relationship with the FL, in love with someone else but drawn to the essence of the FL while being best mates with the LM.

The romance aspect of both shows are relatively similar. If you enjoyed the slow-burn romance of “When the Weather is Fine”, you will most definitely enjoy the slow-brewing romance from “Do You Like Brahms”.
