Both have a time-travel aspect with similar functions and very sweet romances. The couples in each never give up on one another.

Both these dramas have a lot of similarities. Basically, they are both sad historical /romantic drama from the Joseon era.

Lust, Caution reminded me of The Handmaiden. Both play in countries under Japanese occupation and between the 1930-40s. Both are for mature audiences and include nudity and sexual content. The movies are based on stories, Lust, Caution on a short story, The Handmaiden on a novel.

There is a time travel aspect where lead goes back to the past. Tho in Over Run Over the lead is stuck in a time loop.

-very similar in terms of plots and different characters but WTM has a different process where they don't play games to earn clues, they find them on a set
-mostly about solving murders
-TDA has some cool games in between, where WTM has focused activities
-casts are both great and super hilarious

-also all about fashion that stars talented designers who are up and coming and wanting to design clothes, fashion, etc.

-the first season of this show, starting Kris Wu (so idk if we'll ever find it again), Angelababy, Fu Ke Si, Zhao Jin Mai and Pan Wei Bo
-first season is not bad, pretty good but second season definitley upgraded and changed the rules
-first season was based in Japan rather than in China

-Also all about newcomers who are being hired into the working world but not law related, instead has to do with finance and finance
-Also quite funny, has a good cast of MCs who are quite exciting
-If you're a One and Only fan (ren jia lun) is hereeeeee

- the next season of this show but a totally new set of people!!
-Also equally as good, and new MCs are also super funny and hilarious

Similarly, family gets killed and murdered in power struggle and main female lead goes on a journey of revenge to figure out who and what happened!! The main lead also happens to be royalty who has connections to the cover up, not exactly like Leo Wu (but still from "rival" ish stand points) and main lead falls completely in love with her!! Both also quite bad ass characters while still always doing what's good for the country <3

They both are about a virus/ flu spread . I feel like everyone who likes these kind of shows would like both.
