Both films show a soldier in the South Korean army who is harrassed and abused (mentally and sexually) by his superior. Both films also feature the actor Son Seok Koo.

I knew most of the people haven't watch Love is More than a Word. You should watch it. The series was similar to "The Untamed" because they are both BL and historical. Some of people were complaining about the untamed because it does not have a romance scene. I mean come on, does it have to be romance to show your love? Well I love the series "Love is More than a word" it clearly show that the two main lead loved each other. There's gonna be a wedding at the end. Oooppps spoiler!!!! The sad thing about it is you might get confused why they suddenly had to marry, well due to China censorship, that is why..They had to rush the series.

Both are Japanese productions. I find if you like the Japanese style found in Cherry Magic you’ll also enjoy other Japanese stories. The characters in both end up working together and fall because of their interactions working together. Both are overall fluffy, while you get some (spoilers!) actual good kisses at the end of Restart After Come Back Home.

recommendation for obvious reasons, I mean, the movie is a sequel to the series! lol

City Hunter & Angel Heart are both based on Japanese mangas written by Tsukasa Hojo. Both mangas share the same characters, though it's not a continuation more like a parallel universe

The main characters are both known as City Hunter, both are amazing fighters and fight for justice.

The two deals with mandatory military in a very harsh way, D.P. is dark with some comedy, The Coast Guard is bleak and crazy.

This is a spinoff of the original Ferryman with one of the support characters and the Ferryman. You can probably watch it as a standalone movie without seeing the series.

This is the final in the series of the original Ferryman with the original cast. There's also a move spinoff.
