The two stories are different but whats so similar is the female lead being all about money at first but changes when she meets the main guy and his kids. Also in both stories the FL get close to the kids and the ML. Gives the same vibe.

Both are stories that are focussed on the male leads trying to protect each other from evil whilst keeping a huge secret. They both surround mystical elements and have enjoyable side-characters that have their own story arcs and developments. They also share the similarity of having over 40 episodes, so both are long series,

L.O.R.D and Guardian both have an enjoyable bromance between the main leads.

Both dramas have a actress FL falling in love with a ML that are in very serious fields(FMIYM: News Achnor, TYH: Lawyer).
Both FL's have an upcoming role with a job that corresponds to the ML's profession and seek out his help to do her best.
Both ML's are harsh towards the FL at first because of her life as a celebrity, but soon respect her due to the jobs hardships
Both FL's maintain a positive and cheery attitude towards their less-than-favorable circumstances

The main difference between these two is that FMIYM has a fantasy element to it while TYH is more so your everyday office romance.

There's not much similarity but I got reminded of Fall in Love with Me when I was watching The Brightest Star in the Sky. Many songs of the soundtrack is also sung by the male lead which are pretty good.
- Both of the male leads are rich with the female leads struggling with money (sorta)
