They both deal about possession and evil spirits and the fight against them. They both have the exact same feeling and same degree of brutality.
They both have characters that have special powers to deal with them.

Both are bittersweet stories about smart and hard-working female rulers (reigning queen Seonduk and dowager queen Chunchu) who loved their kingdom most of all. Both have lots of scheming and little romance (particulary little in QS)

My Holo Love was like a fantasy sci fi vr of Her Private Life? like if you combine all of the dramas in the recommendation, you'd get My Holo Love xD

Both movies reveal a catastrophe in a confined place (tower) and FL and ML are struggling to save their lives and survive from fire or gas.
The difference is the Exit has few spice of comedy.
The Tower movie has better movie enjoying from splendid special effects.

In both the drama, FL initially try to kill the main hero but fall in love later on. Both have lots sweet and comic moments between ML and FL.

This is a much more mature and realistic take on a similar plot minus all the sleuthing. The leads are also best friends for a long time.

The ML hides himself from the FL while interacting with her on a regular basis and saves her from the baddies, while she doesn't know his real identity
The ML uses his tech savviness and his hacking prowess to outsmart the baddies; like Healer he's good at avoiding CCTVs and hiding from people
The main villain has an overarching purpose to cause harm to society as a whole (like in Healer)
The leads knew each other as kids, and their connection is very significant to the main plot, i.e. the past very much affects the present

Possessed had the best potential for the evil spirit drama, and they both share that same feel.
also they both have a female character that has "special powers" needed to fight the evil spirit

they both have that movie like quality, they both have Choi Byung Mo, and a dark vibe that walks on the gray line of what's good and what's bad

they are actually the polar opposite, but I started The Cursed because of Uhm Ji Won's acting in STTS, and her character here is like a combination of lee bom and bomi.
also, Choi Byung Mo guest roled in TC and he's character was slightly like STTS ;p

Loosely based prequel where our MLS first appear. Bai Fenjiu is the little niece of the Princess Bai Qian of the fox tribe. Little Jiu loves her Aunt QianQian and she often starts trouble because she likes to stick up for her loving aunt. Her auntie, though, is a powerhouse whom no one can really mess with, unless you’re Yehua, the great Crown Prince of the Heavenly Realm. Eternal Love deals with Bai Qian’s story of love with Yehua while Little Fengjiu is the secondary ML. Deeply romantic and wonderfully written.

Both contain zany, light-hearted, humorous storylines that poke fun at the BL/shipping genre. WRU balances this with a more serious and traditional plot line, whereas TBT pretty much focuses entirely on humor and comedy.
