controversial aspects of the work
This is a textbook example of how China exploits Korean dramas for their 'Cultural Project.' The excessive use of Chinese idioms, constant referencing of Chinese sages, and a low-born queen fluently using Hanja are all historically inaccurate. It’s painfully obvious that these elements were directed under the influence of Chinese capital to glorify Chinese culture. Most notably, the concept is a blatant gender-swapped rip-off of Zhang Yimou’s movie The Terracotta Warrior (1989). Even the plot point of a time-traveling protagonist becoming an actor is identical. Both the narrative and the visual style of citing Hanja feel jarringly foreign to Korean audiences.
This work is highly likely to face severe backlash over plagiarism and its questionable subservience to Chinese financial influence. This production company has a long history of controversies involving Chinese capital—this is far from the first time.

No slow burn
story is really good from start gets you hooked, I was actually going to drop at 4 because there's too much side characters and FML ml don't really have interaction but it became good after that .romance - In story where writer want to focus on career ,you can just write one without forcing romance on the leads, it feels forced and random, atleast 90%cdrama like this , they never show the romance genre in a way it should be ? it's like they're forced to add it, I watch only for romance so I dislike this, there no slow development or romantic interaction at all just randomly liking eachother or decided to be couple without really mention clearly or confessing, I have no issue with story like this it's just that they shouldn't add romance tag to it so I don't waste my time, you add romance and then force the lead into couple, I watched this without reading reviews I was wrong.
ML FML both are really good,

yumi's me, iam yumi (kinda).
~ 𝟰.𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 ~(𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨)
thinking about 𝙮𝙪𝙢𝙞'𝙨 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨, the phrase that comes to mind is "painfully realistic comfort." yes, it's an oxymoron, but so is life—warm one moment, gut-punching the next. such a tedious push-and-pull duality that this drama mirrors with unnerving accuracy. no matter how cosy or relatable it feels, it never lets you forget that life is, in fact, a bumpy road and sometimes you're left wandering along with only half a map—if you're lucky enough.
and the greater the confusion, the sweeter the sense of relief when—at some unexpected stop along the way—the sun breaks through the clouds and guides you to your next destination.
following the life of kim yumi, an ordinary woman in her 30s, the drama proceeds to make it painfully clear where the line lies between barely surviving and actually living. it gently mocks the idea that you can protect yourself by shrinking behind the illusion of safety and restraining yourself into numbness; reminds you that self-awareness comes in fragments, not a tidy bundle; and that the myth of "having it all figured out" is exactly that—a myth we cling to for a shallow sense of consolation.
and if self-awareness refuses to show up at your doorstep as a complete starter kit, it comes as no surprise that relationships aren't the glossy, foolproof fairytales the majority of kdramas like to promise (and trust me, i adore getting lost in those romcom fantasies... i just keep in the back of my mind that they're, well, fantasies, after all). simply put, belonging with someone can be lovely, but belonging to yourself is the true starting point, the foundation 𝙮𝙪𝙢𝙞'𝙨 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 keep circling back to.
this exploration unfolds in the most endearing, entertaining way: blending yumi's everyday life with the animated chaos of the cells living in her head. it's whimsical, but also startlingly honest about the messiness of being human.
and that profound honesty is why calling it "just a great drama" feels almost like an insulting understatement, for 𝙮𝙪𝙢𝙞'𝙨 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 insists that even the most ordinary parts of life deserve to be seen. it delivers that message with undeniable charm, humour and emotional precision, finding meaning in the smaller, more familiar moments we tend to overlook.
maybe that's why i found myself so connected to yumi despite our differences—or perhaps because, on rewatch, those differences began to feel a little less sharp and a little more like reflections that crystallised over time. the drama made me feel less alone while being more patient with myself, willing to take things slowly. it reminded me that iam, after all, the protagonist of my own story, moving at my own pace and allowed to crave things as well as to fail without feeling guilty about it.
for even when things fall apart, it's not the end—there's always another sunrise waiting along the way.

I got obsessed with the drama after finishing it. loved this dramaThe intense situations of soo ji and ja eun made me feel my heartache while watching. Man soo Ji's eyes was so sparkling and emotional. :")
The end was satisfying but ha rin's , da yeon's parents deserved something vbad too.
I went back to re-watch my fav scenes multiple time
1. The "prisoner's dillema" scene
2. The 16th pyramid game
3. The whole voice note deletion part
4. Soo Ji's dad finding out she used to get bullied.
Also it's not very intense fight and rough work, but but it was v intense psychologically.

Somehow More Fukuda Yuichi Than Fukuda Yuichi Movies
This was just an underwhelming mess. As a fan of the original, this adaptation was incredibly disappointing and felt like a completely different story wearing Romantic Killer’s skin. I was genuinely really excited for this adaptation despite already expecting them to change some things from the original, which honestly made the disappointment even worse. It failed to capture the humor and character dynamics that made the anime enjoyable in the first place. This review is going to be HUGE 😭 but honestly, there is just SO much to unpack here because the movie changes so many important parts of the original story.
One thing I did actually enjoy was the references to famous romance anime/manga. They were funny and easy to catch if you’re familiar with shoujo media, and I did laugh at some of them. But honestly, those jokes felt more like something out of a Fukuda Yuichi-directed comedy movie than Romantic Killer itself. They completely overshadowed the original story. At that point, they should’ve just made a different parody romance movie with an original plot instead of adapting Romantic Killer.
The acting also didn’t help. Some of it was decent, but a lot of the male leads genuinely felt like they were just reading lines. I’m honestly tired of live action shoujo adaptations constantly casting idols who cannot act. I understand they do it because having popular idols means their fans will watch the movie no matter what, but it feels like that becomes the entire point of the adaptation instead of actually respecting the original work and at least TRYING to make a good movie. At times it felt more like a promotion for the actors and their groups than an actual adaptation, especially considering the movie included multiple theme songs from the male leads’ idol groups. Of course there are idols who are talented actors, but this cast was not convincing at all. The exaggerated anime style acting might not bother people who are used to Japanese live actions, but even then, some scenes were painful to sit through. The visible green screen edges and cheap-looking CGI somehow made the whole thing feel even more chaotic. The casting choices themselves were also strange. A lot of these actors looked way too old to be playing high schoolers, and some characters didn’t fit their original counterparts at all.
The biggest problem, though, was the writing. The screenwriter and director completely lost control of the story by the end, which honestly shocked me because I’ve seen and enjoyed a lot of works from both of them before, so I genuinely do not know what happened here. The final act was an absolute mess. Suddenly Anzu is yelling “I love you!” to all three male leads, alternate timeline versions of Anzu that ended up with different love interests show up, random male characters from earlier in the movie are fighting Riri and the “fake” Anzus so the “real” Anzu can run to the airport for Kazuki who randomly decided to leave for Paris because he wants to become a chef, which was an arc that was not in the anime and was never even properly developed beforehand. It just felt like they kept throwing random romance movie cliches into the script without thinking about whether any of it fit the story. Some cliches are obviously necessary because Riri is literally forcing romance scenarios onto Anzu, but the way this movie handled them became chaotic and excessive.
And that’s another issue. This should have been a drama, not a movie. Romantic Killer works because of its character arcs and slow relationship development, and there simply wasn’t enough time for any of that here. Important storylines were either erased entirely or rushed beyond belief. Saki’s arc especially suffered. In the original, her struggles with harassment, bullying, and being valued only for her looks were actually meaningful and helped build her friendship with Anzu. Honestly, she had really good chemistry with Anzu in the anime, which made me wonder why Riri never even tried setting her up with any girls when she ignored the handsome guys, since the whole point was supposed to be getting Anzu interested in romance by any means necessary. Here, Saki was reduced to a background character with almost no importance.
Other arcs were also butchered. Junta and Anzu’s childhood friend storyline went nowhere after the reveal, making Junta feel incredibly shallow as a character. Kazuki’s stalker arc, which was one of the most important parts of the original story, somehow turned into a bizarre action sequence involving the stalker with gang-like men showing up at their school play and fighting students in the audience. Then the stalker almost stabbed Anzu, Kazuki stopped her, and Anzu barely even did anything despite the movie trying to frame it like some heroic moment for her. She stepped forward saying she would protect Kazuki, immediately froze when the stalker pulled out a knife, and ended up needing Kazuki to protect her instead, even though this was HIS stalker in the first place. In the anime, Anzu actually got hurt while protecting him, which made the scene emotionally impactful. Here, the whole thing randomly ended with everyone praising Anzu and acting like she saved the day when Kazuki was the one who actually handled the situation. Then right after all of that, everyone casually watched fireworks and partied like nothing even happened. The tonal whiplash was insane.
Even the reason behind Riri setting up romance scenarios was changed for no reason. In the original, the whole “cupid” concept was tied into Japan’s declining birth rate, which was already ridiculous, but at least memorable and internally consistent. Here, they changed it into romance somehow being the magical energy that keeps the cupids alive, and because Anzu doesn’t care about romance, that energy is apparently declining and causing the cupids to starve. Even the movie itself seems to forget about this premise halfway through because it contributes almost nothing to the actual story, and she still doesn’t even properly choose someone in the end. It also makes the entire situation feel weirdly forced because the movie acts like the cupids running out of energy is specifically Anzu’s fault for not being interested in love, even though there are probably tons of other high school students who aren’t actively trying to find a partner because they’re literally still in school and focused on other things.
Overall, I just ended up feeling bad for the original creator since this adaptation completely misunderstood what made Romantic Killer special. References to famous works can't save horrible movies. I seriously regret watching it.

I Finished This Drama for the Second ML
This drama starts with a lot of potential. The concept is strong: reincarnation, divine destinies, ancient cycles, and a love story tied to a cosmic past. At first, it feels like it could become something emotionally powerful and epic. However, the execution is inconsistent for a large portion of the story.
The middle episodes feel dragged and emotionally distant. Even when important events are happening, they often lack impact or proper buildup. The main romance struggles to create chemistry, especially between the leads. The female lead, in particular, feels emotionally disconnected, and that made it difficult to fully invest in their love story. The male lead has more presence and emotional range, but their relationship together never fully “clicks” in a convincing way.
Where the drama really shines is not in the main couple, but in its secondary elements. The second male lead and the supporting romance are significantly more compelling, both emotionally and in terms of performance. Even the antagonist ends up being one of the most interesting parts of the story, especially once the possession and internal conflict begin. His transformation into a colder, more chaotic presence is surprisingly well acted and visually convincing.
The final arc improves the drama significantly. Once the ancient truth is revealed and the cosmic rules behind the story become clearer, everything gains more meaning. The idea that love and emotion might actually be the source of strength rather than weakness gives the ending real thematic weight. The pacing also becomes more engaging in the last few episodes, even if it feels slightly rushed.
Still, the ending cannot fully compensate for the slow and uneven middle section, nor for the lack of emotional connection in the main romance.

Charmed me into undeserved generosity.
I’ve had this hanging around my watch-list for a while and finally thought I’d give it a go. I must admit that despite things that usually piss me off mightily, it managed to seduce me. I loathe and don’t usually watch body swap dramas, then they totally mess with historical accuracy to an absurd degree, whilst also living on another planet in terms of crime and punishment, etc, etc. All of which criticisms can be found in the numerous and comprehensive reviews already available. So why did I feel compelled to write this review? Well, I had to justify to someone (myself probably) the rating of 8.5 I’ve succumbed to giving it. It totally charmed the pants off me. With some deliciously sweet performances, consistently good pacing and plot design. I’ll probably come to my senses in a few days. But til then...Was this review helpful to you?
A Warm Hug In Drama Format
This drama just quietly makes someone happy. It's one of those rare coming-of-age romances where the comfort is the point. There is no harshness. And what makes it truly beautiful is how gentle it is. The friendships feel real and the romance feels safe. And everyone genuinely wants the best for each other. I just saw friendship and romance at its purest form. There was no unnecessary toxicity or exhausting misunderstandings. Instead, it was just people growing up together and loving each other sincerely. The show never feels like it’s trying to manipulate you into feeling something extreme. It just quietly says these people care about each other, they communicate, they grow togetherand love can actually feel peaceful. This one's gonna stay in my heart for a long time.

WHAT THE HELL I WATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There’s a very thin line between sexy and vulgar… and this show took one look at that line, packed its bags, and moved to another continent. We enjoy adult BLs too, but at least give us a plot to survive between the NC scenes. This drama said, “Story? Character development? Emotional connection? Never heard of her.” It’s basically two people aggressively breathing at each other for several episodes straight.
And the expressions? They’re not hot. They look like two NPCs trying to complete a side quest called “Pretend to Have Chemistry.” Instead of butterflies, I got secondhand embarrassment and a migraine.
By the end, I wasn’t rooting for the couple — I was rooting for my eyesight to recover. I need compensation for the damage this show did to my eyeballs. Absolutely pathetic.

Perfect comedy and romance drama 2026!
The moment I found out what this drama is about, I started counting the days until the date it would start to air! I have been desperately waiting for a contract relationship drama with monarchy existing in the modern times! I have been blown away by this new most magnificent RomCom 2026. The moment I started watching the first episode I was absolutely hooked! Suddenly, I regretted watching it while it was airing! Because it has been long while that I have watched a Korean drama while it's airing and most annoying thing about that is you have to wait a whole week for next episodes to air!😭😭😭 but I was so addicted to it that I had to watch it everyweek even if I had to face my old enemy 'waiting painfully long'. But I'm glad my pain paid off and every second of each episode was worth the watch. 💞💫First my greatest commendation to the brilliant director for choosing most perfect and incredibly talented cast that are unquestionably suitable for this drama 💯👌. From Actresses/ actors to their secretaries to the support roles and to the villains - All the choices are chef's kiss! This drama is studded with top class actors/actresses. IU (LJE) is my very favorite actress, her dramas are my very first Korean dramas, she never fails to mesmerise, captivate and enchant her audiences with her flawless and impeccable diverse acting skills. As an ambitious chaebol Heiress SHJ, she has incorporated her naturalistic, remarkable versatility, raw vulnerability and deep emotional restraint acting style. She excelled in portraying SHJ with quite and complex emotional pain, while also showcasing a bold, campy and magnetic charisma in this diverse character-driven role. She never fails to strike the audiences with awe, with her ability to convey heavy, complex internal trauma through micro-expressions and tone of voice. I'm also thoroughly impressed with BWS's stunning, dazzling, awe-inspiring, mind blowing, astonishing and remarkable acting. He has masterfully employed his signature acting talent in this drama to bring Prince YA (LW) to life perfectly, which is defined by his impressive emotional range, subtle microexpressions, and commanding on-screen presence. He has handled the complex emotional scenes really well. He excelled at conveying the character's internal thoughts and silent suffering through subtle shifts in his eyes and facial expressions. Both main leads executed their highly complex and layered roles to the highest standards and captivated the hearts of the audiences by bringing this gem to life working very dynamically, perfectly in sync and smoothly with other characters. All the others actors also entranced me with their brilliant, dynamic and captivating acting.
💫IU has portrayed SHJ's intricate character expertly. SHJ is extremely ambitious, smart, talented, brave, rebellious and bold character, who always wants to win, to shine brightly, fights for her way without bending even an inch and always stay on top of her game. She always wears her tough, nonchalant, daring, audacious and imposing demeanor as an Armour against all the injustice, prejudice, social, and familial pressure but in reality she wants parental love, acknowledgement, care and approval. While Grand Prince YA is also incredibly smart, brave and talented character, his ambition, will and desires are shaped and molded by king's approval/disapproval, royal relatives' meddling, past traumatic events and his regard for putting well-being and happiness of others before his. He is very used to bending down to others' will and being manipulated without a word of complaint. Although both are embroiled in similar kind of childhood traumas, their way of dealing with aftereffects and consequences were different. Prince YA is epitome of perfect prince being stoic, adaptable, possesses prudence, have integrity, balances strength and empathy, is courageous, compassionate, has magnetic presence, have virtuous presentation, respect of politicians, honor, money and power in his hands. But he deliberately let's others push him around and let's it go in fovour of the happiness, protection and peace of everyone around him even though, he wants to have what rightfully belongs to him, he wants fairness, justice and wants to sort all the affairs out. However, he always held it all in, until SHJ waltzed her way into his life again and he learned to stand up for himself and to protect who and what he must and realized that keeping his head down, remaining restrained/ suppressed and quite and just working hard to fulfill his duties is not an answer to solve every problem.
💫Both main leads have insanely sweet, electrifying and crackling chemistry! 🔥 this incredibly fiery romance and flirting was always in the air throughout the drama. They have dazzled and gripped the audience with the waves of their strong heated push and pull. Even though the enemies to lovers is not the trope of this drama, both of them managed to build incredibly intense tension, and attraction that melted the viewers hearts, compelling them to fiercely root for them to fight for their happiness together. The audience are made to vividly experience the long journey of their love life - from them being rivals in archery and acquainted as high class students to partners who came together using contractual relationship to gain something they lacked to falling in love with each other to confessing their sincere love to bravely stepping up to protect each other even at the cost of destroying what highly mattered to them before and if it meant sacrificing their life. They are very unique in making sure to be very transparent about their needs, emotions, future plans and always resolve challenges together through effective communication, trust and reliance on each other. Their character development is also executed ingeniously well both ml's and fl's character start to change after being in relationship, learning from each other and compromising to strike that perfect balance and harmony. SHJ learned to obey rules/regulations and be humble when required and Prince YA learned to be defiant, Assertive and decisive when required for the sake of each other. Together instead of being each other's weakness they became perfect support for each other and synced in perfectly to form a perfect crown that was fortress against anyone trying to step on them and harm them.
💫Other couple which have my heart are the secretary couple CH xDHJ, who are very witty, disciplined, smart, efficient, dramatic and incredibly humorous, their love chemistry is incredibly cute, sweet and adorable. They are extremely supportive and loyal to our main couple and deserve to be the right hand people of their respective bosses. They are always protecting, supporting, fiercely caring and working hard to help their bosses to best of their abilities. There is never a dull moment with them around adding their chaotic and brilliant strategic energy to the events, challenges and situations. The late older brother king YH and the queen YIR Couple were sadly a tragic pair, our main couple are totally the opposite of this couple. SHJ didn't bow her head to her dad's whims and desires at the cost of her will, desires and dreams unlike the queen and Prince YA did not follow the footsteps of his brother and didn't become a coward to bow his head to political, royal, noble, social and nations expectations and manipulative pressure. They both magnificently pulled off what the previous king and queen failed to achieve. I also absolutely loved the dynamic of SHJ's half brother STJ and sister- in-law HAY they are very sweet pair, who turned out to be very solid support for SHJ. In dire circumstances, they have never thrown her under the bus, shown genuine concern and tried their best to help her and care for her wherever they could.
💫The story/ plot of this drama is extremely engaging, exciting, mesmerising and gripping✨️. I have seen similar dramas before where the protagonists are usually nemesis or have hate/love relationship but in contrast this drama very rarely and brilliantly makes the protagonists team up to achieve their goals, making this already very unusual plot into super rare and new experience for the viewers. The humour of this drama is peak, it paired the opposites together and placed comedy in their clashing personalities and inevitable, fate-driven and also some very deliberate encounters. All the main characters have shared deep interconnectedness in the past. While primarily being romance and comedy, this drama incorporates elements from other genres like fantasy, mystery, crime thriller and slice of life. The villains in this story have done really well in portraying their characters as well, the audience are clearly shown how they have taken the wrong and evil routes/paths to fulfill their selfish desires with no regard for others feelings or their safety and wellbeing, in doing so heading for inevitable disaster or severe recompense of their diabolical, cunning, vicious and wicked actions and schemes. With the villians showing impressive amount of emotions and their back stories being very compelling, the viewers end up wishing that some of the desperate ones who went astray, find a way to redeem themselves and be happy as well. I also enjoyed the short epilouges at the of episodes revealing very interesting details . 💓
ENDING:
OMG!!! we have got the bestest and most satisfying happy ending for our main couple! LW has made a great choice in abolishing the Crown for the sake of their own future, for the royals, the nobles and the nation. I have loved how warm, close, honest and caring SHJ's family became to her while LW, his sister-in-law and the nephew are living their dream peaceful life. There is happy news of SHJ will become auntie soon. Our secretary couple also went from cute, sweet and friendly to hot streaming couple. All the villains who didn’t repent and persisted going down the wrong path for the selfish reasons, sure got what was coming for them.
💫Overall, I have wholeheartedly enjoyed this heart warming, extremely fun and exciting drama. The top notch plot and the unforgettable characters have won my heart, I am going to miss all of the amazing cast. Only bad thing about this drama is it came to an end, I really want more! So, I highly recommend it to everyone who loves romcom! 💕

An escape from reality ended under moonlight.
It's beautifully ironic how in trying to escape reality, Xiu and Zhiyu ended up finding each other instead— as well as their own selves. I truly appreciated the blend between the virtual world and reality, especially how it became a significant part of their journey. The transitions between the two made the drama feel fresh, engaging, and immediately immersive. It added a playful yet intriguing layer to the storytelling, making me curious about how the characters’ in-game personas would slowly intertwine with their real selves and emotions. And it indeed did not disappoint. It made their growth and connection feel even more meaningful. One of the themes that hit me hardest was the conflict between practicality and passion in the first few episodes. The drama explores how people slowly drift away from the paths they once loved, either because of circumstances or inhibitions. Hu Xiu's line, “Maybe some paths, once you miss them, are hard to turn back to,” perfectly capture that bittersweet feeling of realizing life doesn’t always wait for you. Yet despite that, the drama never feels hopeless. Instead, it quietly encourages healing, rediscovery, and choosing yourself again— that made Hu Xiu more compelling, relatable, and realistic.
Lu Yuxiao’s portrayal of Xiu is genuinely wonderful. She makes Xiu feel incredibly human: vulnerable, soft-hearted, quietly strong, and easy to empathize with. I found myself emotionally affected by her struggles almost immediately. Every moment of humiliation, betrayal, or heartbreak felt painfully real because of how convincingly she carried the character. What I especially love about Xiu is that despite everything she goes through, she never loses herself completely. When she finally stands up for herself and unapologetically exposes the people who hurt her, it feels deeply satisfying because she earned that moment. She was the one wronged, betrayed, and humiliated— so watching her reclaim her voice felt empowering. What makes it even more beautiful is how, after that moment, she gradually regained her confidence and sense of self again. She always knew when and how to stand up for herself and speak her mind— firmly, yet never unnecessarily rude or hurtful toward others. Her strength lies in that quiet self-assurance and emotional maturity, which made her growth feel both inspiring and deeply admirable.
Then there’s Xiao Zhiyu, who completely stole my heart. I already knew he would fall first and I appreciate how emotionally intelligent and respectful he is. He’s clearly the type of person who says little, but feels deeply. Yet whenever he’s around Xiu, all that composure disappears— suddenly he’s smiling, giggling, sulking, and acting petty for attention. It’s genuinely adorable to watch. I love how he constantly supports Xiu in subtle ways, almost “avenging” her when she cannot openly fight back herself. His affection never feels possessive or overwhelming; instead, it feels mature, understanding, and sincere. One of the lines that perfectly encapsulates his love for her was: “She doesn’t need anyone’s approval to prove her worth, and she doesn’t need anyone’s attention to give her meaning. She exists, she grows, and she becomes who she wants to be. That alone is already beautiful enough.” If a man does not speak about me with that level of admiration, I genuinely do not want him! Chen Xingxu as Xiao Zhiyu is truly an eye candy and he perfectly portrayed him.
Their chemistry together is off the charts! Lu Yuxiao and Chen Xingxu felt so natural and intense that at times it genuinely felt like I was intruding on their private moments. Their romance develops in a way that feels effortless and convincing. They genuinely made me giggle and kicking the air— that's how good their on screen chemistry is.
The supporting cast also added so much charm and emotional depth to the drama. Xiaoru especially stood out to me. I loved how maturely she handled her failing marriage and how firmly she stood up for herself. She knew her worth and refused to settle for less, which made her incredibly admirable. Her dynamic with Gong was also unexpectedly fun— which I already saw potential even in the first episodes.
The end credits was also one of my favorite parts because of how much of full-circle moment it felt. At the beginning, it was Zhiyu greeting the players, but by the end, it becomes Xiu and Zhiyu returning to Rongcheng with their roles reversed. She becomes the NPC while he becomes the player. It perfectly bookends the story and creates this poetic sense of closure. Most especially with the fact that Zhiyu initially created “Qin Xiaoyi” as a way of clinging to who he used to be and confronting his past, but by the end, he no longer needed that persona. He finally learned to live as himself in the real world rather than hiding behind an identity tied to old wounds. That development felt incredibly meaningful.
Overall, it is such a heartfelt and comforting drama experience. The OST in particular complements the emotional atmosphere beautifully, and the cinematography enhances the warmth and intimacy of the story. It was all incredibly cozy and comforting. Truly a drama that lets you escape reality— yet it also gently remind that reality, when shared with the right people, can still be worth looking forward to.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this drama— especially because of how mature, healthy, and emotionally grounded the leads’ relationship is. Combined with the drama’s comforting and cozy atmosphere, it becomes such a warm and healing watch from beginning to end.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!
To everyone who watched Duang With You and wanted to check out Your Sky just for TeeTeePor — don’t waste your time. Just watch their clips on YouTube instead. This show is painfully boring. The story feels so poorly written that an 8-year-old could’ve come up with something better. The acting from both leads is honestly hard to sit through. Every time they speak, it feels unnatural and forced. One comes across as overly annoying, while the other is so robotic it seems like he’s just reading lines straight off the script.
The only decent part of the show is AuAuSave as the side couple, but they barely get any screen time. And of course, beautiful Por is probably the one thing keeping this show watchable.

The continuation of a very light highschool love story
İ loved the manga and the live action movie and i believe this should have stayed a movie only, not because the series is bad, this was so sweet and cute but i don't think it needed to be a whole 12 ep series cut in half with each having it's own release date. That's just too many unnecessary steps for a very light teenager love story that needn't be this complicated.
This part is having all the juices of the story, like season one was only about the crush and how the FL started falling for the ML with the SML falling for her and so, it's only about one-sided love, and it ended where everything is arranged for their love story to begin.
No obstacles and both have already fallen for each other.
Here we start the entanglements, and we indulge more in the friendship between the two MLs.
İ don't know how much i liked this or if i genuinely like it or not, because i already love the manga and the movie and for me, watching this was just a nostalgic thing, watching love stories i used to like and relate to when i was younger.
That been said, and now that both seasons are done, i think it's a very good series for younger audience to binge-watch or simply people who loves the very light and innocent teen stories.

This is a Masterpiece you shouldn’t miss!!!
just finished watching it and I have to say it was such a pleasure to watch this masterpiece!! No wonder I’ve seen so many people talk about this drama😭🤌🏻 it was everything I needed after finishing pursuit of jade… and dare I say, this is just my opinion… but I loved it even more than POJ😫🙏🏻 everything from the start till the end was shown so perfectly, from the friendships and their bonds to the romance between all couples… even the side characters were amazing, the villains were portrayed great as well (I really couldn’t stand them at some point😂🤏🏻) and of course the best thing of all was THE ENDING👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I think this is the first drama I have watched where nothing was rushed and every situation was handled so well. I was laughing, crying and felt all kinds of emotions throughout and I have to say this was one of the best dramas of all the time FOR ME!! thank you so much for reading all of this🙏🏻 if you’re still wondering if it’s worth the watch, just go for it and enjoy every second of it! Don’t drop it, wait till it catches your attention (it caught mine in just 10 mins, but everyone’s different so I had to say that) and you’ll see how wonderful this drama is !!!Was this review helpful to you?
