Missing kiss

The storyline was great about a popular star who redeemed herself 25 years later after a terrible accident. The two main leads were amazing and had a great chemistry. The FL is an incredible actress. The ML is incredibly handsome and couldn’t take my eyes off of him. If they became a real couple at the end instead of just a manager and actress, then how come we didn’t get a full affectionate embrace and passionate kiss at the end of the KDrama? I would have given this a full rating of 5 out of 5 but the audience was deprived of this. I wouldn’t rewatch or recommend this because if this big deprivation.

The Epoch of Miyu : One of 2026's best mature urban romances so far

🎬 Quick Take
🔹 At the time of this review, 22 of 38 episodes have been released.
🔹 I usually rate dramas based on three things: writing, directing, and acting.
🔹 By Episode 22, this one is delivering in all three areas for me. Current score: 9.5/10.
🔹 Best advice: try the first couple of episodes and see if it clicks for you.

💚 Why You Might Like It
🔹 You want a mature romance where the characters actually feel like adults.
🔹 You like leads worth rooting for, great chemistry, and stories about starting over.

📕 Overview (Spoiler-Free)
🔹 38 episodes / metropolitan romance/workplace drama
🔹 Zhu Zhu plays Xu Miyu, a woman trying to rebuild her life after her marriage falls apart.
🔹 Wallace Chung plays Ji Feng, a hotel executive who reconnects with her at the right time.
🔹 It is a story about healing, career growth, and learning what happiness should actually look like.

🌸 How It Felt Watching
🔹 I started this expecting something decent, but it pulled me in more than I thought it would.
🔹 It deals with adult problems in a way that feels relatable.
🔹 There is romance, but the personal growth side of the story matters just as much.
🔹 Themes: self-worth, second chances, healing, trust, resilience, moving forward

✨ Cast & Acting
🔹 Zhu Zhu (Xu Miyu): She makes the character feel hurt, strong, frustrated, and hopeful all at once.
🔹 Wallace Chung (Ji Feng): Charming and easy to root for.
🔹 Supporting cast: Enough drama, humor, and tension to keep things interesting.

🎵 OST
🔹 Opening theme: Her Epoch (她的纪元) by Xu Ming Ming
🔹 Ending theme: The Forgotten (被遗忘的) by Kang Zi Qi

🎞️ Production Style
🔹 The hotel setting gives it a fresh workplace backdrop.
🔹 Easy to follow and paced well so far.
🔹 Styling fits the age and tone of the characters.

☕ Tea Notes

🌟 What worked
🔹 The chemistry feels natural and never forced.
🔹 Xu Miyu's growth has been the best part of the show for me.
🔹 Romance and workplace storylines are balanced nicely.
🔹 I kept saying "one more episode" and then watching three.

🌟 What did not (so far)
🔹 Some melodrama moments are familiar.
🔹 A few plot turns are easy to predict.
🔹 Certain side conflicts go on longer than needed.

☕ SpillTheDramaTea Rating: 9.5/10

🌿 Tea-Scale: Easy to binge with grown-up charm

✏️ This is definitely worth checking out to see if it's your cup of drama tea.

I remember watching this about 4 years ago...

I think it Could be better, the acting was good but the romance part was off, there was no chemistry between the leads but all did good in their own scenes specially HyungJin and the little child was super cute ~

beside that, nothing is worth mentioning~

Proof that good acting can save a drama

It's been a while since I've enjoyed a KBL that much.

I found the story full of holes, and the beginning was slightly weak, it gets better each episode till the finale which was a let down IMO.

Be that as it may, I was entertained because of the two leads (or 3 leads, let's say)

Story: I didn't understand a few things, like what happens to the original version when he time travel, like when he went back to the past, what happens to him in the present, and when he goes back to his original timeline, what happens to himself in the past after he changes it!? It's a known fact that what you change in the past affects the present so it's understandable that he can save him, but what I didn't like is the way they made him disappear in the timeline he leaves, like when he goes back to 2008, he disappears in the present like dust!! That doesn't make any sense.
Another thing is, the end, they made it very vague, unnecessarily I dare say, it felt like they didn't know what to do so they added a bunch of flashbacks and just let them meet and BOOM! Happy ending!

Acting: the reason this is one of the best KBL I've seen recently, because the chemistry and the way each actor represents his character is spectacular, the two leads were amazing, I think in "A Breeze of love" JiHan outshone JeongYou a little but here, I believe JY was amazing specially in the 4th ep, the confrontation part was great, his facial expressions and acting throughout the show was top-notch!! And of course JH was great,I mean, from the very first ep. he succeeded in catching my whole attention and gave me a few giggles too, he is adorable.

Another thing that worth mentioning, and I'm not trying to belittle any actor or series but I've recently watched another KBL (won't mention any names) with a story close to this one, but from the first episode I started yawning and I barely was able to finish the show by skipping most of it, and it was same duration as this, my point is, both dramas had a simple mediocre script but I enjoyed and rated this show much higher than the other one because of the acting, despite having no fan service here while the other show was full of them.

That been said, I admire the efforts done by the whole cast, despite the flawed script and the vague end, I wish they made it a bit clear what actually happened and tied up the end better~~

I would definitely recommend this show, it worths every second ~~

I LOVE IT! You guys are the problem!

As a person who didn’t really like him like that in Lovely Runner, watching him in this drama I have nothing to say but LOVE IT! you guys say that he’s bad at acting but uhm…that’s a very subjective opinion. I like how I can tell that he’s acting has matured since Lovely Runner. He changes emotions very well and does it well too!

And now you start also bringing in IU…like let’s be for real now people.

As this drama continues, I’m actually looking forward to how it unfolds. I was cracking up and feeling all butterflies in my stomach on episode 3 and now episode 4 I really just like seeing them together and how it’s SOOOO obvious that he likes her!

anyways, I LOVE IT!

Thrilling drama that eerily mirrors life

Stellar cast, catchy OST, and a gripping plot that makes you unable to stop watching, SKY Castle is simply intense.

Intense in the plot, in the themes, and insane plot twists. The most relatable drama that accurately depicts the pressures of school, society, and family. Each character is well-rounded with their own goals and motivations. Each episode is unskippable as the plot builds and the pressure escalates.

Honestly, it's almost a hard watch because it is simply too relatable. None of the characters are black and white, but you can understand why they act the way they do. The pressure to do well and attain approval from and for your family is something anyone can understand. The intermix of thriller, comedy, and drama is an addicting mix, making every episode unmissable as secrets unravel so shocking that even the audience will be left dumbfounded.

Don't watch at night.

If you are easily influenced and have a sensitive personality, this series is definitely not suitable for watching at night; pay attention to the age warning. I really liked the kdrama. Geography is destiny, yes, but just because these events don't appear in the news or aren't constantly talked about doesn't mean we can say they're fiction. This series shows that; it was like a reflection of society. The way they handled and processed the events was excellent, and the comedy was just right.ı like this drama

Probably the worst BL I've seen

Disclaimer : I do not aim to bash anyone here. I'm just writting my opinion on this show. No offense to anyone.

The show is really, really, really bad :

- The script is poor at best, written by an old and lonely ChatGPT at worst. I've never seen such a boring and unappealing story in a Thai BL. I still wonder about how such a terrible script got green-lighted at GMMTV.

- The production is terrible too : everything, every set felt fake. I know that budget is a burning topic for BL (especially at GMMTV) but, it really felt like there was no money for the prodcution.

- Now, the real issue here...Mark and Ohm...I truly believe they did not fit the roles. They've had a lot of experiences (as support roles) in other series and these series were set in a more "unusual" and "mature" settings (excpetion being My School President for Mark) than a traditional college students plot. Seeing the both of them in a setting such as this felt like a step backward.

And to conclude on a positive note : at least the show was colorful.

Currently watching it 2026

Comparing this to many newer BL series, You're My Sky feels genuinely worth watching. The story is easy to follow, with simple yet effective use of backstories and flashbacks that help the characters feel more grounded instead of overly complicated.

What I appreciated most is how the series stays engaging without relying on unnecessary twists or heavy drama. Even though it follows the familiar “youth coming-of-age” type of storyline, it still explores the characters’ emotions, ambitions, and personal struggles in a meaningful way.

Now that I’ve finished the series, I can say the overall plot was definitely worth the watch. What made it stand out for me is its strong focus on basketball dreams and competition — something I rarely see explored this deeply in BL series. The passion, pressure, and dedication tied to the sport made the story feel more immersive and refreshing.

The obsession really clicked for me to the point that I finished the series in less than a week. The pacing kept me invested, and the emotional moments landed naturally without feeling forced.

The acting may not be the strongest among recent BL productions, but the chemistry, storytelling, and sincerity of the series make up for it. Overall, it’s a simple but heartfelt series that deserves more attention, especially for viewers looking for a BL with sports-driven storytelling and genuine character growth.

I tried but it didn't work.

It had a good premise but it didn't work, I hardened until episode 4. The posters and trailers said one thing and the K-drama showed me something else entirely. It was terrible, but I had to watch it because of WH; if it depended on that awful actress, I wouldn't have even started. Then I got the spoiler about who's the killer, it worsened my view of this drama, it says it's a thriller but I only saw romance and a very forced one like chemistry which I didn't see any....

Three Couples - One outstanding

So, there's three couples, but only one of those was convincing. DinDin and Tawan were fabulous together - I loved the fisty cuffs before the kissing - so funny.
However, with the other couples, Sky was great, but 'Nava' was a bit weak - sure he had cancer, and maybe the script didn't help, but 'Sky' was definitely the one to watch.
And, OMG, Nabneung and Sailom! 'Sailom' was a total dweeb - he acted way too childishly for his age, even with the trauma of his childhood.
Overall, it was a good show, with some touchy subjects dealt with well, I just found the relationships unconvincing ( not Din and Tawan).
The little girl, who played the sister (*why doesn't MDL have her name in the credits?*) was so good, and, at times, held the show together.
So - Ta Nannakun and Us Nititorn stole the show.

A MASTERPIECE !!!!

To be honest, I don't even know how to put into words how much I loved this drama. This was not only my first Chinese drama, but my first Chinese historical drama. This drama will always hold a special place in my heart. I do not know how I managed to finish this 50 episode drama in three days, but the no sleep was worth it! This drama's storyline is just so incredibly complex and intricate, and the amount of emotional whiplash that you get from this drama is honestly insane. This drama just exceeded my expectations, and became my entire personality after I watched it back in 2019. This drama will have you on the edge of your seat but also have your heart aching for Wei Wuxian and the amount of pain and suffering he endures throughout his life. The subtle romantic undertones in this drama were brilliant! Lan Wangji and his micro-expressions just made my heart hurt so bad:(( And the relationship between Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng...yeah don't even get me started on how much they broke my heart like NOOOO YOU'RE BROTHERS TALK THINGS OUT DON'T FIGHT !!! I cannot tell you the amount of times I yelled at my computer or cried my eyes out watching this drama, and this is definitely one that will have you feel as if your heart has been ripped out of your chest. It's honestly just a masterpiece from start to finish, and the entire cast is just so incredible!! Oh, and don't even get me started on the cinematography and the OSTs of this drama <3 (SO GORGEOUS)

Her first love and last love <3

This drama is honestly one of my absolute favorites. It's just so heartwarming and has the perfect amount of angst. It does have some cliche tropes, such as brother's best friend, but it honestly just works so well here. This drama was so comforting, and the love between Sang Zhi and Duan Jiaxu was just so:(( This drama made me cry and laugh so much, and it will forever be one of my absolute favorites. I love Sang Zhi's friends, and how they were there for her.

They were also some of her biggest cheerleaders. I absolutely adored this drama, and I sometimes go back and rewatch my favorite episodes. I also just love how shameless Duan Jiaxu was, and also the bickering between him, Sang Zhi, and Sang Yan. Sang Zhi and Sang Yan's sibling bond is just so:(( Sang Yan can come off as kind of harsh and as if he doesn't love Sang Zhi, but that is not the case at all. He is fiercely protective of her and dotes on her in his own way. Their sibling bond just made me sob my eyes out.

Action-packed medical drama with great characters!

The high rating is definitely deserved here. I'm a huge fan of medical/hospital series and was very satisfied with the drama. To start off, this drama managed to avoid all the pitfalls that medical series typically have:

-Too much focus on uninteresting hospital politics. Trauma Code has this element too but it provides a good villain in the background, not something that takes half of the runtime.

-Too much focus on patients and their backstories. I really dislike when medical series do the "case-of-the-week" style where the series focuses on one or a few patients every episode and their backstories. Medical series should focus on the doctors. There can be some patients where some background story is given, but it should be not be the main focus. Trauma code was excellent in this aspect too, focus was on the doctors throughout the series.

-Series starts to resemble a soap opera with unnecessary character drama and relationships. Trauma Code had a very likeable cast with well-acted and interesting characters, and it didn't have any unnecessary drama among those characters. Trauma code also didn't have any romance in it, which worked in its favor for sure.

-Not enough focus on the actual medical side of things. Many medical series take place in hospitals, yes, but they don't show actual traumatic injuries or surgeries in detail. If a medical series succeeds in this aspect, it gets a lot of points from me. Trauma code certainly did, we are shown many different accidents, injuries, surgeries, and operations.

And to add to those points, Trauma Code has a lot personality and heart to it. Characters develop throughout the series and every character is interesting from start to finish. Ju Ji-hoon did amazing in the role of Baek Kang-Hyuk, an exceptionally skilled and charismatic trauma surgeon, who also has a mysterious past. All the other actors were great too. I really liked Ha Young's nurse character, she was funny and very supportive towards others, especially towards Choo Young-woo's character who sometimes needs a little confidence boost and is unsure about himself.

Also, the pacing is great. There's just enough slower character-building moments to balance the great medical action. No boring moments at all!

All in all, a fantastic medical series with interesting characters and amazing medical action! My only criticism would be that the drama is too short haha :D A rare case where I really want the drama to continue and have more episodes. Would easily give this a rating of 9,5/10, maybe even 10/10.

So much fun and heartwarming <3

This drama was one of my first modern cdramas that I ever watched, and it did not disappoint! I absolutely adore Tong Yao, and I think she is a strong female character in that she is not to be underestimated. I also love how they made her actually really good at playing the game they were playing in this drama, as I feel like that's kind of rare when it comes to esports dramas. I also love how her friendships with the ZGDX team develops slowly, and how they all slowly become fiercely protective of her and see her as their sister. The found family in this is honestly so wholesome!

The romance was SO GOOD!! I loved the amount of bickering that Tong Yao and Lu Sicheng had, and I absolutely adored how Tong Yao is not afraid to speak her mind. At first, Lu Sicheng isn't the nicest to her, but at the same time, he also carries her on his back after she gets drunk, and also gave her his jacket when it was raining. He also basically confessed that he liked her when he said that his type is someone who can beat him at games. And when Tong Yao defeated him in that match that they had at the ZGDX base, it was clear that he fell for her right then and there.

His confidence is pursuing her is honestly unmatched. He's also super shameless, which I honestly loved (iykyk). It's also the way in which Sicheng's personality literally changes so drastically when they actually start dating. He literally becomes so clingy and soft, the complete opposite of his "cold" and aloof demeanor he usually has. He also wants to spoil the crap out of her, and I honestly loved that. I also love that he doesn't undermine her abilities as a gamer as well.

Another thing I loved about this drama was how it touched on the dark side of being famous. I I honestly thought the crazy fan situation in this drama was scary and also insane that there are some people who would go that far to get noticed by their faves. And I felt so bad for Tong Yao, who literally just fell in love with Sicheng and was getting harassed online for it. That honestly made me so angry and sad. I also love that Tong Yao never apologized for falling in love with him, and declaring that she has done nothing wrong, for she is only human. I absolutely love how unapologetic Tong Yao is.

One thing that absolutely broke my heart was how Sicheng starts to pull away from Tong Yao after the crazy fan situation unfolds, as he tries to deal with it all on his own. I also loved that scene where they're talking to each other through Sicheng's bedroom door, and how they finally have an open and honest conversation. We see Sicheng fully break down, admitting that he's not as strong as he appears to be, and I just felt for him so much, as he was trying to protect Tong Yao, but was also suffering in silence and affecting the team dynamic. That scene in the drama was heartbreaking, but it was also so incredibly important for their relationship as a whole.

Overall, this drama was amazing, and I highly recommend it!!
