ultimamente to considerando isso um ponto positivo pq nao vejo mais sentido em reclamar sempre q as séries são curtas e poderiam ser maiores
em época de série vertical essas nem são tão curtas né + bl ainda na vdd é um nicho indie né ainda mais essas séries de uns anos atrás acho q fica até injusto pq provavelmente foi por limitação mesmo e não falta de vontade👎

สำหรับผม Flower Boy เป็นซีรีส์ที่มีแนวคิดค่อนข้างแปลกใหม่ ด้วยการนำเรื่องราวแฟนตาซีเกี่ยวกับกลิ่นหอมและชนเผ่าลึกลับมาผสมผสานเข้ากับเรื่องราวความรักได้อย่างน่าสนใจ นอกจากนี้ยังมีปมปริศนาหลายอย่างที่ชวนให้ติดตาม ทำให้ในหลายตอนผมรู้สึกลุ้นและอยากรู้ว่าเรื่องราวจะดำเนินไปในทิศทางไหน

อย่างไรก็ตาม มีบางช่วงที่การดำเนินเรื่องค่อนข้างช้าและอาจทำให้รู้สึกเบื่อได้บ้าง แต่ก็ไม่ได้ส่งผลต่อภาพรวมของเรื่องมากนัก และยังสามารถรับชมได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

ในด้านการแสดง ผมคิดว่านักแสดงทุกคนทำหน้าที่ของตนเองได้ดีอยู่แล้ว ทั้งเสน่ห์ส่วนตัว เคมีระหว่างตัวละคร และการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ต่าง ๆ ทำให้ผู้ชมสามารถเชื่อในความสัมพันธ์และความรู้สึกของตัวละครได้ไม่ยาก

ส่วนงานโปรดักชันก็ถือว่าทำออกมาได้ดี ทั้งงานภาพ การจัดองค์ประกอบฉาก และการถ่ายทำที่ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศแฟนตาซีของเรื่องออกมาได้อย่างสวยงามและน่าติดตาม

โดยรวมแล้ว Flower Boy เป็นซีรีส์ BL ที่มีความแปลกใหม่ทั้งในด้านพล็อตและองค์ประกอบของเรื่อง แม้อาจมีบางช่วงที่ดำเนินเรื่องช้าบ้าง แต่ก็ยังเป็นซีรีส์ที่น่าสนใจและควรค่าแก่การลองรับชมสำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบแนวโรแมนติกแฟนตาซี

Cute, but boring

There are times when you feel like stopping down from watching well-written and well-paced dramas, then watch some trashy shows, to know what's trash, so that when you go back up and watch well-produced dramas, you appreciate them even more.

This drama is just plain boring. In the beginning i actually found it really cute, thinking this would be 6 or 7 at most, but nope, as i kept watching i gradually lost interest to the point that i started questioning myself, thinking if this is even worth my time, and by the end of it, it is definitely not worth it. It felt like i was torturing myself around the 2nd half, but i had to finish it so that I could properly write a review.

The story is definitely full of cliches and tropes that are very familiar. The writer surely knows that and tries to play into its genericness, but fails to play it well. The cute veil illusion that i was led into the beginning slowly disappeared as i started to notice the lack of chemistry between the characters, their acting feels lacking or could you even say there was acting present in the show at all? HAHAHA but yeah, they're all definitely amateurs.

Not gonna comment on the budget because the production already reflects that.

Overall, bad drama. bad acting.

Black Flag, Toxic, Dark Romance CBL of the Year

Holy shit, Double Helix is that angsty BL that will drive you insane and genuinely will question your morals both in good and a bad way. I truly think that there are a lot people who says that this show is bad due to the toxicity of the leads. I do get that take however the nuance of the characters really shows how reality of love be. It is uncertainty crack-infused, filled with rage, and yes loving to the point of losing your own sanity. Granted, it is not something that people want to experience but this is also a reality for some people.

I truly get Lu Feng and Yi Chen, they both are very different individual who have different background and priorities. Lu Feng is more like the go-getter man, who is willing to stand up over everything, go against all odds, a crazy manipulative yearner. While Yi Chen is a glass, parentified child, who feels in-debted to his parents, can't stand on his own because he is scared of hurting everyone else while that means he is hurting who he loves the most, doormat but kind person. That is the thing about these leads, they are just realistic people, they aren't solely 'green-flag' coded characters. And I truly think that this why I have such strong attachment to the storyline, regardless of what people say about its toxicity.

Those two truly deserved each other, I think that having the obstacles be cleared really just needed to happen. And truly its just a reality for gay couples with homophobic families and unsafe environment. Lu Feng and Yi Cheng, they both are just men who wanted to be loved, expressed their love, and be accepted and supported. I truly will miss Double Helix and I can't wait to rewatch this all-over again in the near future! Adiossss

โดยรวมแล้ว ผมมองว่า Double Helix เป็นซีรีส์ที่มีพล็อตน่าสนใจและสามารถผสมผสานความโรแมนติกและดราม่าได้อย่างลงตัว เรื่องราวเต็มไปด้วยทั้งความสุข ความเศร้า ความอบอุ่น และช่วงเวลาที่ทำให้ผู้ชมต้องลุ้นตามตลอดการรับชม

อย่างไรก็ตาม จุดที่ผมรู้สึกเสียดายคือบางช่วงของเรื่องดำเนินไปค่อนข้างรวดเร็ว ทำให้มีบางเหตุการณ์ที่รู้สึกว่าขาดรายละเอียดหรือไม่ได้รับการอธิบายมากพอ จนผู้ชมอาจต้องพยายามเชื่อมโยงเรื่องราวด้วยตนเอง นอกจากนี้ ซีรีส์ยังมีเรื่องราวของคู่รองที่น่าสนใจไม่แพ้กัน ซึ่งผมคิดว่าหากได้รับเวลาในการเล่าเรื่องมากกว่านี้ ซีรีส์จะมีความสมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้น

ในด้านการแสดง ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดแข็งของเรื่อง นักแสดงทุกคนสามารถถ่ายทอดอารมณ์และความรู้สึกของตัวละครออกมาได้อย่างน่าเชื่อถือ โดยเฉพาะการสื่อสารผ่านสายตาและภาษากายที่ช่วยให้ผู้ชมเข้าใจความรู้สึกของตัวละครได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้บทพูดมากนัก

สำหรับงานโปรดักชัน ผมคิดว่าทำออกมาได้ดีมาก ทั้งการจัดองค์ประกอบภาพ การใช้แสง สี และมุมกล้อง โดยเฉพาะฉากความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวละครที่ถ่ายทอดออกมาอย่างสวยงาม มีความโรแมนติก และผสมผสานความเป็นงานศิลปะได้อย่างลงตัว ทำให้หลายฉากกลายเป็นช่วงเวลาที่น่าจดจำของเรื่อง

เพลงประกอบก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งองค์ประกอบที่ช่วยส่งเสริมอารมณ์ของซีรีส์ได้เป็นอย่างดี หลายเพลงเข้ากับบรรยากาศและช่วยเพิ่มความรู้สึกให้กับฉากสำคัญต่าง ๆ

โดยสรุปแล้ว Double Helix เป็นซีรีส์ที่โดดเด่นทั้งในด้านเนื้อเรื่อง การแสดง และงานภาพ แม้จะมีบางช่วงที่ดำเนินเรื่องเร็วเกินไป แต่ก็ยังคงเป็นซีรีส์ที่น่าติดตามและเต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์ของตัวละครและความสัมพันธ์ที่ชวนให้ผู้ชมอินตามได้ไม่ยาก

เป็นอีกหนึ่งซีรีส์ที่ผมอยากแนะนำสำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบซีรีส์ BL แนวดราม่าโรแมนติก สามารถรับชมได้ทาง Viu และ GagaOOLala

It’s a good watch

The drama was not bad at all. There were some long parts that I did skip. I felt like the villain was predictable but he played his character. The love was eh okay, he loved her but couldn’t tell on her end as much. There was so much resistance from her. The story was decent overall. There were a lot backstory so if you’re not catching on you’ll get a bit confused. The story in the backstory was pretty good on the friendship bonding side but the love there was also a bit off. How can he love but hurt her too. I overall enjoyed my watch and the songs were pretty good too.

Worth to watch = slow burn, make us blend with the character feeling

I like how the story develops, easy to follow and make us understand in a relationship, we are not just doing our part and do our best, but we need to understand other party feeling too.
try to communicate rather than keep it to avoid clash.

Both main leads acting were really on point, in the beginning i felt Kris was to exaggerate but after the story flow, I can understand her character like I were her.

How both main leads developing their affection were so natural and drag me back to my own sweet memories hahaha..
anyway, worth to watch and thumbs up!

Minha nota se dá exclusivamente pela atuação...

Há, no mínimo, 8 dramas curtos chineses com a mesma premissa que essa (Where Old Love Dies; Ashes of Love and Lies; Her Husband's Other Wife; Goodbye, My Scum Of An Ex-Husband; Marry My sisters Man; Fake Marriage Real Departure; You're Married? Then Die, Liar!; A rose On The Ruins, Nameless in your heart - versão ML), mas essa versão (ou adaptação, não sei se é de web novel porque as páginas ainda não estão no MDL), me tirou do sério kkkkkkkk

Como eu sempre digo, a atuação, entonação e apelo dos atores coreanos elevam um drama que já tem a premissa extremamente tóxica e/ou abusiva para um nível estratosférico, assim como algumas versões japonesas que tenho assistido. Mas o coreano, me faz admirar MUITO a atuação, que independente de eu ter assistido 8 outras versões, consegue me fazer sentir náuseas e ficar ainda mais perplexa com a história kkkkkkkkkkk

A FL, mesmo com poder, não era tão boa quanto poderia ser, ela poderia ter sido muito mais categórica em suas ações, revelações e quando foi humilhada publicamente diversas vezes. Mas uma coisa é fato, ela sempre apresentava provas, porque sabia que independente de tê-las ou não, o ML seria um frouxo... Mas só assim poderia refutar tudo que estavam dizendo.
O ML, não preciso nem dizer, me enoja muito quando a graça salvadora e a piedade filial se tornam objeto de submissão extrema, mas a verdade é, ele não amava ninguém. Quem ama não trai, e muito menos cultiva por 7 anos um relacionamento com a desculpa de a fulana ter o salvado...

Minha nota se dá exclusivamente pela atuação, que realmente é intensa, já que a história é a mais básica das centenas de dramas chineses verticais que já assisti.

this is a mixture of hometown cha cha cha & brewing love

this is that kind of cliché kdrama where you can predict everything from the very beginning. it was very boring in the first few episodes then it gets a bit better. honestly i expected more from ahn hyo seop. the references of business proposal & kpop demon hunters were funny. the setup between other couples in the drama felt too forced. and the main leads i wouldn't say they had no chemistry but there was something missing for sure. the storyline was very basic and didn't move me at all. maybe if i hadn't watch other better dramas with much better storyline i would have liked it.

FINALLY a dark romance that actually understands what makes dark romance interesting!!!!

What I loved most about this series is that it doesn't try to convince us that one character is completely right and the other is completely wrong.

They're both toxic. Just in very different ways.

Lu Feng is the obvious one. The possessiveness, the obsession, the intensity, the willingness to burn down his entire life for the person he loves... he's a walking red flag and the series never pretends otherwise.

We need to talk about Ayden's performance because WOW... WOW!!! What an incredible portrayal. He managed to bring so much depth to Lu Feng, every scene felt charged with emotion, whether I wanted to hug him or shake him by the shoulders.

But what surprised me most was Xiao Cheng. Because his toxic trait isn't loud. It's subtle. It's the fact that no matter how much Lu Feng sacrificed for him, Xiao Cheng never truly chose him first. He never prioritized their relationship and that's what made their dynamic so frustrating and addictive to watch.

What makes the story work so well is that neither of them is innocent. Neither of them is easy to defend (specially Lu Feng. Damn, the man did some shitty things). Yet somehow you still find yourself rooting for them, and that's the beauty of dark romance.

Now, Xiao Cheng's brother? I swear, every time he appeared on screen, I prepared myself for another unnecessary tantrum. At some point he stopped feeling like a protective brother and started feeling like an overgrown child throwing a fit whenever things didn't go his way.

I also felt the need for more details about his relationship with Qin Lang, they were a very underutilized couple.

Beyond the romance itself, I also loved how addictive the overall story became. Every episode felt like it was building toward something bigger. The tension kept escalating, the emotional stakes kept growing, and the series constantly made me want to watch just one more episode.

BEST SERIES OF 2026 AND BEST DMD SERIES EVER

this series blew me away. i really didn't have high expectations because i typically do not like DMD series all the way to the end but man, i was in love with luat all the way through. it never got boring, it never got too confusing, it never got too cringey, the chemistry was always there, the nc scenes were good, the acting was good, the story was interesting, the costumes and setting were good - just a 10/10 across the board. the only complaint i have is that there aren't more episodes!!

i am sooo happy that they were in the past for a majority of the series. i was worried it was going to go back and forth but im glad they didn't do that. they really were only there in the very beginning, the end and when Nakhun was thinking back to his teacher's lecture about time travel. some people are saying they didn't care for the explanation of the time travel in the last episode but i liked it and it was very clear - i am not sure why some of you guys don't understand it. it is simple to understand. and i am usually the last person to comprehend time travel stuff.

anyways, i dont want to say too much - im just gonna say, please watch it! i never recommended a series more than i recommend this one. the story, the romance, the chemistry, the ending, its just all soooo good.
