These two shows gave me the same fuzzy warm feeling inside! If you loved one, I feel safe in saying you will like the other, even thought they don't have much in common plot-wise.

All the characters on both dramas somewhat rely on "beauty" or something physical.

Then on MIIGB, people judge the female lead bec of her plastic surgery. Both have strong Male leads that seem to drag the female leads along in an undertow of life all the while you can see that they clearly care very much for their partner. Ling Yi Zhou reminds me so much of Xiao Nai with a mix of Feng Teng from "Boss & Me" to the point where I would not have been surprised if Gu Man had written all three dramas. (She didn't.)
Xia Lin is a strong minded lead that seems to be a nice mix from the sweetness of Xue Shan Shan, and the pragmatism of Bei Wei Wei.
You have also two couples to watch in both dramas, though I will state that I like the second couple's relationship better in "Well Intended Love".

These are the only two shows I've seen so far where the male is nice to the female, the female and male are both smart, and they talk to each other and trust each other.
One other similarity is the likeability of the secondary characters. John Kim's team and Xiao Nai's roommates are both amazing and awesome characters.
