These two series have lot of parallels.
Gender-bender, straight guy falls for a girl he thinks is a guy, coffee, sworn-brothers, love triangle.

Both main female characters end up being "forced" to dress as males by their families. Guy falls for her thinking he is gay and girl falls for her thinking she is a he.

Baron Chen and Megan Lai are the OTP in this drama as well. They become sworn blood brothers after ML's character helps him out in a fight. She has lived as a man for 25 years and can only live safely as a woman after her 26th year (according to a fortune teller her parents believed). It is pretty cheesy, but also fun and funny and sexy too. Full of very caring personalities.

Both of these dramas revolve around a main protagonist being raised as the opposite gender in order to bypass a curse/prediction regarding their safety and well-being.

It feels like a softer version of Bromance and more cutesy is the best way I can explain it. Plus well, gender-bender!

Although both dramas have a completely different story and vibe, they both deal with what can happen when people don't conform to their gender.

They are both gender bender dramas and if you liked Bromance then you should definitely watch Hana Kimi which is a classic!

Gender bending. There are 4 versions of this show-- from Taiwan (Hana Kimi 2006), Japan (Hana Kimi 2007), China (Runaway Sweetheart 2011-12), and Korea (To the beautiful you 2012).

A story about the son of an ex-gangster finding love while battling the stigma that that past brings with it. The main guys are similar in personality and they each have a rather entitled sister, who is portrayed by the same actress. Bii sings for both dramas and even features in both dramas, however his role in Bromance is much larger.

They both have Megan Lai as the female lead and did a very good job in both.

Bromance she is cross dressing as a guy because of a fortune. In Miss Rose, she is a hard-working, but unappreciated employee. But in both, her character helps the male lead in different ways.

The series follows a fictional musician band, A.N.JELL, and the relationship between its members when a girl, posing as her twin brother, joins the band.
