To describe this, a Korean idol focused film collab with Chinese actors/actresses gone stray and pretty well average..beyond average......I originally gave this movie a 7.5 rating, however with much thought, I think it was overly cliche and extremely cheesy with very predictable scenes. I am not biased by any means to the main actor and main actress. As being a huge romance genre fan, I felt the film was too short to portray the love between the two main characters and explain how they fell in love with more depth and thoroughness. The acting presented by EXO's Chanyeol was not anything special especially his character almost mimics his actual life as a Korean idol. It was great to see a collaboration between Korean and Chinese actors/actresses but I expected better.

Story: One word.....RUSHED. The plot did not have enough time to develop itself which led to actors/casting scenes being rushed and had too many plot holes. The romance was very undeveloped and didn't brought the viewer out at all. The character's personalities were not flushed out enough and needed more time to build. The supporting actors/actresses' side stories and motives were barely explained and this area should been more developed. There were scenes that were definitely shoved in especially at the end.

Acting/Cast: Chanyeol. It is hard to judge his acting as his character is too similar to his actual life. They chose a typical arrogant and jerk celebrity typecast for him that is quite easy to portray when you are already a huge idol in her real life. Yuan Shanshan was bright spot on. I believe her role kept the film going to assist with its strengths to cover its weaknesses. Seohyun (Girls' Generation)'s role was barely in the film and had very few lines and random scenes of her being dropped in. Her character needs more of an importance instead of 3 lines. Her motives as a character in the film was not clearly explained as well.

Music: I heard Chanyeol in the OST which was a great hear for him to be solo instead of having minimal lines in EXO. Other than that, nothing is special.

Rewatch Value: Normally, I will rewatch a film to see any parts that I missed because of the detail or fast-paced depthness of the story. This plot was very 'average' and very easy to follow. There is not anything motivating me to rewatch a second or third time.

This film should been made into a drama instead. There was a lot of areas to be developed, thus without enough time, it was forced to be cut into a 2 hour film with many areas under-developed and rushed. The main characters felt more like a pair of friends than a couple in the film. If it was a drama, it would have been more believable and less plot holes. I watched this because of the 'hype', I came out of it with a face of 'disappointment.'

Sure! This movie has wonderful cast. The start of the film was absolutely great and looks promising that you wanted to look forward for a surprise or something. And surprise! The surprise never came, it get boring towards the middle and becoming bland towards the end. Very predictable story! Overall, it's a complete mess.

To start this off, I’ll say that although I’m a fan of EXO, I tried to be as unbiased as possible in this review...

Anyways, the storyline was very terribly organized, in my opinion. Some of the characters seemed to be present for no other reason than to be plot filler, for one. Take the whole presence of Seohyun in this drama, for example. She took up a few scenes but still barely spoke, and the situation with her was never resolved nor were her motives ever addressed or made clear. She clearly harbored some type of malicious feeling towards the main female lead and her past relationship with Chanyeol was never made clear.

The acting was mediocre, and it was honestly hard to tell how good it was with Chanyeol because he plays an idol, just like his real-life self.

But overall, the plotline was extremely cliché and boring to the point where I wanted to skip through the whole movie to the end once I was five seconds in. So yeah, honestly wouldn’t recommend.

I can't be biased because I stan exo, but here is my honest review:

STORY:
I liked the plot and I thought it was very original. It was also carried out very well between the two leads. I found myself laughing and swooning at their character development. The only thing I didn't like was how rushed the ending felt. I wish they gave more time to allow the relationship to develop instead of rushing into a dramatic conflict. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this film.

ACTING/CAST:
Yuan ShanShan is one of my favorite C-Actresses and I think she did a wonderful job in her role. She gave her character a quirky personality that made her hard to dislike. Chanyeol was also very good considering the fact that he's an idol and not a professional actor. I could even understand the Chinese! Other than the two leads, the rest of the characters were rather static and boring. I won't give any spoilers, but something really cute happens towards the end that had me screaming.

MUSIC:
LOL was there any? If so I didn't notice.

REWATCH VALUE:
I gave this a 10 because it's one of those refreshing films you can watch again when you're bored.

OVERALL:
I really liked this film and there are so many cute and funny moments! You should give it a shot!

"So I Married an Anti-Fan"... Where do I start this Review?
The full title of the Movie is "No One's Life is Easy (So I Married an Anti-Fan)" and I have to admit that I got interested in that movie after I heard that it will be Chanyeol's first main role in a movie. So I couldn't stop to find out every detail of the film.

If I'm right the film is based of a webtoon with the smae title.

The film was very cute but what I missed was a more detailed view into the characters personality. Also the film was a bit rushed on some parts but it is a cute rom-com, nothing too dramatic but very cute and very good for the summer months (if it's to hot to go outside).

Before I wrap up this review I want to praise Chanyeol and ShanShan's acting. I couldn't say much about Seohyun as she didn't seem like a main role in my eyes, but she did well.

All in one: a cute rom-com for every person who has an inner fangirl and wants to know how it is to live with a celebrity - especially if you're their anti-fan!

Wow, what a waste of cast

It's my first time writing a review that I did not rate high. I tried to watch this film as the kdrama is now airing, 12 minutes in the movie and i found myself pausing and skipping a lot of scenes. I find the FL to be a lot annoying both her character and the actress , well her acting isn't that bad, it's awful. The plot is good but the pacing and execution is poor, i bet the writers isn't that good at writing anyway. It had a lot of plotholes and unnecessary scenes or fillers, if I had watched this on theaters I would definitely leave at the middle. Chanyeol's acting isn't that special prolly because he is a rookie in the industry but also because his character is not different with his real life. Atleast the ost is good, i heard chanyeol has an ost in here so good. All in all, it wasn't that great as the hype says, I would not definitely rewatch this

Unpolished gem

I watched this not knowing the two main leads (and I don’t think my opinion would have changed).
The story is not bad really, the problem is that these two went from haters to friends supposed to be lovers, without any moments that showed them truly have a close relationship.
So basically the producers didn’t manage to convey their closeness in the scenes (they really look like at most acquaintances/friends until the end of the movie).
I don’t think I’ll watch this again, the beginning was okay and then I lost more and more interest throughout the movie.
Maybe with some more time they could have done something better out of this.

Ahhh this movie was to cute for words! I'm so glad I finally sat down to watch it, I regret that I put it off for as long as I did.
Even though this movie was over an hour, it felt like it was over within 15 minutes. Lol that isn't a bad thing though. I love movies that keep me so absorbed in the story that I lose track of time.

I really enjoyed the storyline and how they seemed to take a little bit of everything and put it into the movie. It somehow worked! I don't think I've seen such a combination of things work together so well. I loved the little bits of comedy to. Everything in this was placed so perfectly it was harmony.

I think the only thing that didn't really sit with me were his two friends? I know it gives us the backstory of what happened but -- It didn't make sense to me why they would stay so petty if they had eachother now and were doing fine?? Are they really just that pressed that people love him? I just don't get it. It's like their story did play a large part but kinda fell flat? I feel like we got to know more about her friends and connect more with the story with her friends than his (ex) friends? (if that makes sense. Lol)

But all in all I really did enjoy this. I really don't think I've seen another movie or show quite like this. I mean I know they're out there but not on the same level for me.

I decided to watch this movie because it simply looked funny ----- I saw the handcuff scene by chance on Youtube and found it beyond hilarious (and it still was, after seeing it in context in the movie).
The movie itself had some really funny moments, but I probably won't watch again. Not because it wasn't a good story, I just think it was a bit slow in some spots and the overall time spend together between the MC's was unsubstantial to lead to "true love," in my opinion. BUT, the plot was simple with a happy tone, so it wasn't a waste. I was entertained and I didn't worry about dropping the movie part way through, so it was entertaining for the moment.

1. Conclusion if the story
Story about a celebrity and a journalist ,journalist had to give spicy report but while collecting such information she always caught and hence she got fired inordered to get her job back she went to a celebrity to apologize but he didn't forgive her and again she messed up the situation and again become a topic in a news so she decided took avenge from him and become antifan and try to spoil his image and hence again become a topic in a news and then something happened she started working with him, first they fight and then slowly problem solve between them and then they fall for each other and story end with a kissing scene.

2..About missing aspect

2.a. They do not show the struggling life of journalist much ..
2.b . The story between celebrity and his past life...
2.c In starting scene celebrity had an argument with his ex that why she was doing so and by the time journalist took the vedio of them and celebrity caught her and their story start and he forget his ex then, so easily ,no melodrama , then whenever she came front of him only 1 time he showed arrogant expressions and then he treat him with a normal expressions.
2.d what is story between celebrity and the one who is always with his ex...
2.e. what thing made them fall for each other..
2.f there is no lovey dove expressions between them ...
What I think ,it could better if this story shows as a drama not in a movie ...

Everything complete in a rush , mr.chanyeol acting is also so loose ,I expect much from him .I watched his acting in Exo's next door ,in that drama he was so cool, arrogant and eventually show his love towards her ,his changing expressions perfectly match with the situation but in this story I didn't found any spark in his acting.

Fun watch, but a bit anti-climatic

As someone who watched both the series and the movie, I have to say I enjoyed the series slightly better overall because the main characters seem to have a lot more chemistry. Even in the cute moments in this movie there didn't seem to be any real sparks or that moment of "pow".
Still the series had issues that I felt this movie did not have, with the ending being rushed and ambiguous. I liked that they also gave the female lead more skills and that he wanted to create a show about her parents love story.

Ok that kiss just wow! This is just a rather simple feel good movie that good guilty pleasure stuff. Hot male lead and the plot is pretty generic and so are the characters so not exactly memorable but entertaining nonetheless. I liked how they showed a paparazzo getting a taste of their own medicine -- she gets mobbed by people and realizes the reality of it. And also talked about what goes on in the mind of an anti fan. But like I said the movie doesn't take itself seriously and is fun to watch.
