well Dramaworld is about a fangirl who ends up in her favorite drama, but the main lead there finds out that he's not a "real" person, just like the fl in Extraordinary You..

it's kinda similar to this drama but that's only with the whole two different world things I recommend reading some reviews.
The drama is about a girl named Claire Duncan who is absolutely addicted to watching her all time favorite Korean Drama "Taste of Love" and wishes she could live in a world exactly like that, when suddenly she finds herself in the so called "DRAMAWORLD" where she meets another facilitator by the name of Seth Ko who's a waiter in which you think wouldn't hurt a fly but is he really all he seems to be?

I rewatched Dramaworld with my mother before rewatching Good Casting, and ironically they felt similar. Especially with the secondary couple in GC, it was the exact cliche book coupling of airheaded FL and crazy jerk ML that's whiny, self centered and narcissistic. Then they took the traumatic parent death and the inevitable breakup and gave it to the 1st couple's past selves

Tho I did enjoy GC, and even DW as a cliche, that jerk persona needs to die out

Both have American females that mysteriously show up somewhere in Asia. Both also mysteriously know how to speak the language of the country they are in.

Similar stuff FL travels into a story and messes with stuff. It was a good watch. Haven’t seen much of “oh my drama lover” though.

Both are mini dramas with modern day people entering the world of a historical drama. Both have a cracky vibe and quirky humor and poke fun at common tropes.

Both are set within fictional worlds in which the FL is aware it's a story and the plot is going array. Both FLs fall in love with someone they don't belong with (ML vs. the story's romance-less villain). Both dramas play with common tropes and are short length.

Both are parodies about the world of Asian drama / manga in which a person in this world experience it as an outsider. While Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai vs Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko deals with BL Manga, Drama world deals with Korean Drama. They use a lot of clichés a fan will recognize instantly
