The story is really touching. The lead female character is really just a very straight-to-the-point person and the lead male character is the super introverted person one can ever meet. Their friends also have very interesting characters and it's fun to watch them go through all this as students who just go with the flow of what they think is right, what they think they want, and what they think they should do. Overall he acting was fine. I love how the lyrics of the music and the music itself fits the moments.

This is not a typical love story where it is the boy who is making the first move. In this series it was the girl who ideally doing all the impressive acts for the boy to like her. The setting is in a typical high school campus with the senior high educational system.
The girl is currently a senior high student and the boy is in a lower grade level so basically the girl is older than the boy. The girl did everything that she can do with the help of her two best friends, still the boy did not fall in love with her. Actually it was the boy who told her to stop hitting on him but the girl was so persistent, until one incident made the girl a decision to give up.
The girl graduated from middle school and tried to apply in the University far away from her hometown. During those times when the girl was not around the boy realized that he really miss the girl so much to the point that the faces of all the persons he met on his eyes were the girl's face. He tried to communicate with the girl but he was afraid of doing so.
One day on his way home while riding on a bus he bumped into somebody who happened to be the girl that he's been looking for. The girl told her that she did not made it to the University where she planned to apply so instead she enrolled in the nearest University in their place. The ending was, the boy asked the girl if they can still see each other and the girl said yes.
Time for Season 2! Yes there is a Season 2 where it was the boy's turn to impress the girl.
My rating is 6.5/10. Nice storyline but I was not so into it. Acting skills, mediocre I think but it's understandable because they were young artist. Still it was a good series, I guess it's still early to conclude for a Season 2 is still waiting for me to be watch.

Nanon Korapat was so cute at 16, the producers thought believable that even 20 year old girl would go chasing after him LOL. I remember him actually from year earlier 'Ugly Duckling', he was 15 there and he was adorable:) Wasn't long and he started getting main roles. Unfortunatelly, the girl is in pitiful position chasing after a boy, plus the boy's tender age is a bit embarassing, and he's not interested so she's practically stalking him. So, can this be an enjoyable romance?

It's more of a comedy. It's full of embarassing moments: for the girl. Though she's supposed to be more experienced and successful in dating. The boy is cool. Though he's supposed to be just a 16 year old brat, lol.

During the few epis, he receives love confession from 3 different girls. It looks like every girl he knows is in love with him:) Then, last episode is all about him suddenly missing the main girl. I couldn't help reminiscing the first one: he plain told her that if she's hitting on him, he's not interested:D Something like that is like a slap in the face. Somehow, it did not make it up for me, him looking wistfully at her FACEbook later lol.

But, with the last 10 minutes on the runtime... We have to have an ending, so you guess if it's a happy one;)

Short and Sweet!

To be completely honest, the only reason I decided to watch this show was because Nanon is in it— and of everything else, he shined in this show. Even as a kid (an adorable kid!! I just want to pinch his cheeks) he's so talented and just a joy to watch. The other actors were good, too, but honestly I just have a soft spot for Nanon.

But all in all, I did end up enjoying this show! It was sweet and really quick to get through. While I sometimes didn't love Belle's determination to woo S when he straight up told her he wasn't interested, it was still cute and nice to see both of their feelings changing over the course of the series.

For a mini-series like this, I thought it was well done. The side characters were entertaining (Belle has some really great friends!), and I know I definitely want to see more. I'll definitely be jumping into My Lil Boy 2 in the near future.

I was bored one afternoon and all of a sudden I was already finishing the second episode. I guess it's an entertaining show with an adorable male lead but I don't think it's particularly good. The storyline is pretty cliché (usually the boy pursues the girl but I mean cliché as in girl who pursues boy storyline, idk if it makes sense) and 2/3rds of the characters are a little bit annoying but I'm going to watch the next season so maybe it's not bad at all. If I had seen who the female lead was I wouldn't have started it because I hated her in Kiss Me Again, but I don't know if it's her acting or the characters she plays. At least now I'm even more excited to watched The Gifted after seeing Nanon! I'm sorry, this review wasn't useful at all. I haven't watched the baker one but if you haven't watched Puppy Honey I'd suggest to watch that one instead.

The Progress of Falling in Love aka The First Love

I didn't read the synopsis and I thought Nanon was the one chasing his senior until I watched the first episode and it was other way around.

The story is really simple and cute. Belle one of the most beautiful senior of school always get every guy she wants to have but this time she failed to do so because of S, her junior. Breaking up with her ex boyfriend, he gives Belle a challenge to win over S and if Belle could do so in a year he will stop approaching Belle. Accepting the challenge Belle and her two best friends do many crazy things to make S fall in love with Belle but S is someone who doesn't even want to know what love actually feels like. When Belle actually falls in love with S, she stop approaching him. But at that time S has fallen in love with Belle.

This is pretty much the whole story with some additional plot twists. The interactions between Belle and S was actually really cute and sweet. Friendship of Belle and her friends were genuine. Overall it was a tennage love story with the same elements but still it seems fresh. It wasn't cliche at all, they didn't try to act mature rather their age.

Supporting characters were good and everyone did a great job in acting. Taewin stole some spotlight for me. This guy seemed timid at first but not only he is intelligent but also learnt about love real quick. It was fun to see him whenever he appeared on screen.

Let's talk about Nanon, he was only 16 years old and it was one his early roles as a main lead. He was good at acting even though he was so young. Isn't it a slap to the people who defend their favourite actors acting skills saying it's their early roles and they will get better later. Nanon did justice to his acting and show the true feelings that how a nerd tennage boy actually falls in love. Thanaerng was always good in her every roles and she did a pretty good job in here too.

There might a reason why people would hesitate to watch this, because it's a 2016 drama, but it doesn't feel like old and cliche drama.

And it has Nanon in it, young cute Nanon who would miss it!

Girl likes boy; boy doesn’t like girl back; girl tries (with the help of her friends) to woo boy; boy still not interested; girl losses interest and stops pursuing boy; boy misses her and begins to like girl. It’s not an too unfamiliar a storyline and unfortunately this version is nothing special and brings little in the way of storytelling or great acting to the Teen RomCom genre. Set in the same school and even classrooms as the Hormones 1,, 2, and 3 series, it’s hard not too make comparisons (fairly or unfairly) between the two series. Frankly, Hormones just does a better job with the similar storyline. The storyline in Hormones has more depth, the acting is better and it has a more believable plot. Beyond Hormones there are just so many better Thai series out there that do the Teen RomCom genre better.

Speaking of Hormones, Belle - the lead character in this series - is played by Kanaywee Songmuang who has a major role in Hormones 2 and 3. In this series she’s passable but not entirely convincing as a head over heals infatuated girl. I think Songmuang is better in roles where she plays a strong but yet vulnerable character much like she does in Hormones, Kiss Me Again, and Project S - Shoot Me. In this series her best scenes are those where she’s standing up for herself from an infatuated ex played by White Phumphothingam of LoveSick Series fame.

Korapet Kirdpan is ok at best in his role as S, the male lead in the series. His acting isn’t entirely convincing either. He’s basically indifferent the whole time which makes his switch from not liking to liking her a bit more difficult to believe. You never get the feeling that he cares nor gets mad or even understands what’s going on. And no, it’s not intentional more like green acting. He does a much better acting job in a similar role in My Dear Loser Series: Edge of 17 and thankfully has seriously matured with his recent role in The Gifted series. The rest of the actors are fair playing their roles. Most portray their roles stiffly, including White. It would be funny if it didn’t come of as young actors learning the ropes.

Story - This story has been told many times and there are better out there in the same genre.
Acting - Eh... good potential but only ok at best.
Music - Appropriate but not something you’d remember
Rewatch - unless you really like these actors that much or you’re looking for a fluffy series it’s not worth the time
Overall - There are better series out there.
