Both main female and male leads are devoted only to each other. Both are historical with politics, but the main focus is on the love story between the leads.

AOL is a lot better plot-wise and acting but this is basically similar. There is a sweet and happy period then things go to hell. The Ml also end up killing each other then bringing each other back to life.
