Grate is such an eye candy that I can't resist watching his lakorns :))) fangirling :D Yes the main lady is a bit annoying but Ameena was much more annoying. I don't like slug type of ladies and she's a slug here, like a flea.. I loved how realistic this lakorn is, Chin has got behaviour / anger problems, he also had drinking problems but after he made an accident that left his mother's neck injured he stops drinking, his mother is giving him advice to use his brain to solve problems don't look for alcohol to solve problems, we learn a lot about rubber plantation, we see that Chin goes to group therapy to solve his anger management, it can be considered as AA for anger management. Main girl changes from spoiled brat to an understanding not giving, thoughtful woman, 2nd lead San who stole Chanika's bf with lying to both sides, goes into depression and kills herself, the problem is Mint always plays the evil lady I think except one with Mark Prin, it's going to be hard to accept her as a good main lady if she ever plays the good character.. I also loved how Chanika fall in love with Chin. It didn't happen in one night, but at the end she fell in love with her husband and learned to trust her husband. And for a change a man who's willing to change for the woman he loves, not expecting her to change for him, in a way she has changed she's not the girl she was when she started to work for her husband, so unknowingly she has changed, he changed her in a good way, now he's ready to change for the woman he loves. Grate has a lovely smile whoever is the script write must know his gorgeous smile, they're using Chanika to tell in this lakorn how good his smile is and how he rarely uses it :D. Chin is also a man with a good heart, he changed his father in law's urine bag, tbh I don't I'd have done it, changing someone's urine bag, that's not blood related. But he has anger issues, he's like a walking bomb ready to explode any time. A moral message here, it's been given over San, if you take something - someone doesn't belong to you someone will come and take it from you. If you break a family - relationship you'll never have your own.. I'm giving the most evil lady award to Ameena, she's jumping to one man to another another man.. Proper gold digger.. She tried every single man to see who she can get.. At least Chin was not a type of a guy who'd fall into Ameena's traps. He was strong on that side. Well both husband and wife is temperamental, I admit Chin is worse but Chanika is also temperamental, I guess this temperamental & jealousy thing runs in the family, as San is also an extreme side, I don't really blame San, as there is Sin who's trying to get her bf, she took her best friend's bf so she sort of knows how your loved one can slip off from your hands on the hands of another woman. Chin's mom given him the biggest punishment by telling him that his wife had a miscarriage, while she didn't had one, it was for him to change his behaviours, not to be this temperamental. I love the mothers in this lakorn, Chin's mother was so against Chanika but when she realised that she's not a bad woman, she accepted her, and she supported her daughter in law, Ameena admitted to her mother that she's not pregnant with Pat, she doesn't know who the father of her baby. ( umm it's not my business but you're a grown up lady why didn't you use protection, perils of unprotected sex lol) when San killed herself she was pregnant with Pan.Chin is upset by his behaviours he still thinks he is responsible from the death of his unborn baby. His mother is also no longer soft and forgiving towards him. We can't really call this a slap kiss drama, as our lady never resists to his kisses , he was on her lips whenever he finds a chance, for him he's doing it to punish her lol :D ahahh yes yes dear you do it to punish her. Tong was sharp he understood that Chanika didn't have a miscarriage

At least on the funeral she admitted in front of everyone that She's not pregnant with Pan, she only used his name to find a father to the baby in her stomach, she and her mother been asked to leave and never come back.

I love how they use Karma in Thai lakorns, I believe in Karma..

We also had a chance to learn that Chin didn’t rape Siri, she had leukaemia, and she was in love with him, when he didn’t respond to her love she blamed Chin and killed herself.

I can't say I liked the OST, it was not as great as on the other lakorns, I was expecting a better one but it was not interesting.

I found this lakorn enjoyable, there were parts that were annoying some parts that were cliche but what I enjoyed in this lakorn was how they touched on all the problems that were instigated in the beginning. (what I mean is that elements that were put in the beginning in the lakorn were used and were resolved, they weren't just things that would be forgotten or pushed aside)

When it came to the cast we have an ill-tempered prang'ek. I liked how he doesn't get easily persuaded by the niang'rak (the evil girl, etc) but i felt that his trait of being ill-tempered got pushed too far during the last few episodes of the lakorn, BUT I'm sure the writers had their reason to give him this trait because fits into a plot line ("to have a flaw but be able to push pass it etc.")
The niang'ek was unlike-able in the beginning of the lakorn but i feel that you may grow to like her because she doesn't cower to the niang'rak. It's one of those storyline with a rich girl turn poor who now has to work, but her attitude wasn't as bad compare to other lakorns with similar plot lines.

I'm trying to be very broad about the lakorn, so overall just an overview, watch the lakorn if you'll like. It's not the best nor was it the worse. They did some justice to each characters and you'll be faced with scenarios that are commonly seen but you'll come to enjoy the lakorn because the niang'ek isn't weak, the 2nd male lead just makes you feel bad for him yet love him at the same time, the prang'ek's character could be worked on but eh you'll get over it. Compare to other lakorn this one was on the better side. (except the ending lol I wasn't that in love with the last few episodes but it's your own call lol :))

Need Not Watch, Unless You Are A Fan Of GREAT!

One need not watch this drama UNLESS if you are a fan of Great Warintorn, like me.

In this drama, Great had to play the role of a man with anger issues, but a good and generous man. The drama starts with a girl committing suicide in a rubber plantation. However, as it progresses, the story built throughout the drama, lacked the 'something different' plot to keep it going. Everything was nothing new and quite predictable as it talks about, anger management, betrayal and suicide. Stuff that one would have seen in other movies or drama.

To add on top of the already difficult watch, the hardest was to watch the acting of the FL "Chippy". The most lifeless acting that I have ever seen. It was so frustrating having to watch her act, that I almost felt like I am the one who needed to go for some anger management course.

In any case, want to end with good vibes ... I kinda am getting a little more comfortable with Thai Dramas, thanks to Great!

This lakorn indeed showcases different lines of horizon.

This may not be the best lakorn I’ve watched but there is something in here that urges me to write my first ever review. Each and every actors/actress played their part really well. It conveys REALITY and teaches different life lessons about (1) different kinds of love between parent&child, husband&wife, gf/bf, sibling and friends (2) true essense of sacrifice (3) forgiveness (4) shows how anger, hatred & selfishness can make our lives miserable (5) awareness on emotional weakness leading to commiting suicide / depression / emotional breakdown —this one specifically made me realized that each one has their own level of tolerance, it may appear as small problem to you but could be a great suffering to others. (6) learning things the hard way — sometimes you have to taste the bitterness of life to appreciate sweetness; you have to lose someone/something to realize their values.
For the lowlights, (1) I find episodes 1-5 a bit dragging / boring...well probably the writer just want to establish the story since there are flashbacks but you have to endure to better understand the story. (2) The Ending, they say that if the story is nice they find it difficult to put a nice ending. They should have extended it a little, showing more scenes on how they are after reconcilliation, building their family, and for those who are still alive to finally start to move on with their lives and so on.
This a more serious and matured drama. But, overall this is really worth your time. So, I recommend that you give it a try. (two thumbs up from me)

A good lakorn, in which GREAT shows all his talent!

I watched this lakorn Hate-Love with Great in ML, and Chippy in FL, on Soju's recommendation. I do not regret it !!

Plot: 1 Rich and spoiled FL, interrupts her studies in USA (with her bf) when she learns that her father is sick (LIS) and broken. She takes a work in the mountains with the ML, a rich cousin of her "bestie" (who takes the opportunity to steal her bf). The ML, to escape a marriage arranged by his mother, ask her to make a "marriage contract" in payment of the debts.

CONS :
- FL hyper suspicious, too much, until episode 7-8.
- Evil love rival (FL2) with ridiculous, excessive behavior.
- ML2 annoying, excessive,... unbearable!

PROS :
The 2nd part is better, relatively realistic for a lakorn, even if the final repentance of Evil FL2 is a little too preachy to be credible.

It's very well played. The story is quite coherent, without excessive melodrama. The drama tackles difficult themes like anger management, LIS and suicide. It's quite believable and well done.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- FL hyper méfiante, too much, jusqu'à épisode 7-8.

Worth Watching

First thing first, Great Warintorn Panhakarn himself is just so good looking his smile is to die for okay i'm off track lol. Great portray his character really well from someone with anger issues to someone who denied have that problem to how he realized and came about to solved it was really well as well as his relapses and how they didn't sugar coat his character with he had problems in which everyday person go through, the lakorn was written really well. Chippy character was nice to from a party girl who depends on everyone to some who end up being independent. Great and Chippy character complimented each other they changed because of each other. I loved how Great and Chippy character Chin and Chanika first meeting you knew from that point Chin had fallen for her. Although it took a while for she to realize she has fallen for him it was really nice. Their romantic scenes were really cute and sweet although they say it was slap & kiss she didn't resist him, the kiss always began with both of them arguing but then he kiss her and his famous line after he kisses her are " kiss and it ends " and she keeps quiet lol. The mystery part of the story was alright no biggie, i felt sad for Tong tho but i loved the brother sister relationship he and Pan had. The side characters story was alright as well. The story overall was really nice with the mother in law parts were unexpected for me altho Chin mother wasn't all that mean but after she get to know Chanika she were a darling and taking her side. Overall i give this lakorn 9.5 and i would recommend it.

Great as Chinapat The "Angry Young Man" is a treat to watch

●Story- curious would be the world. Yes, as finishing the first episode, there is lots of curiosity about why there are rumors about chinapat. He has anger issues well balanced in thee story. The unfolding of the truths were a bit late. And there was too much of tension in last episode. I wish last episode could have given a little romance and a more good ending.
●Acting
▪︎Great Warington as Chinapat, as his name he is truly great. He just aced his character as angry young man. His body language, expressions, jealousies, were perfect and apt in each scene. He is one flawed character, as in this world no one is perfect.I would appreciate him as TOP CLASS ACTING,
▪︎Chippy as Chanika was good, but I didn’t find anything appreciative. She lived abroad yet had a mentality were she believes in the rumors, ofcourse one should be careful, but she literally was ungrateful to ML for the job. I didn’t get a vibe were she seem as party girl. Though I am teary eyed I didn’t get tears to her painful events. I would have rated more on acting but chippy really pulled it down.
It was Great who pulled of the chemistry more in the story. Fake kisses were terrible.
▪︎Mint as sansanee was so annoying,I couldn’t understand her in the start. But love sometimes make you do the unthinkable. I didn’t like her ending too.
▪︎Due as Meen was too good as annoying vicious vamp. She acted very well throughout the series, creating troubles in both the couples life.
●Music- “sud tai kor prae” good song with good lyrics.
“Ya mong chan” was also nice. I saw its MV on youtube and its really worth watching
Rewatch- YES as this lakron coveys a good story and tons of Greats awesome angry looks.

●Lesson learnt
▪︎Do not believe in rumors. Do not accuse someone based on rumors, for once you can be wrong.
▪︎Control your anger,it might hurt your loved ones.
▪︎Do not take extreme steps, and end your life. Just try to talk to family or friend or anyone. They will help you.

This was a surprising gem I even enjoyed learning about rubber production. Great never disappoints this guy can have chemistry with a paperbag, I liked the realistic approach and how flawed Chin was as I find the perfect thing boring and over done. I found Nitt annoying especially in the first episodes she trusted a guy she's just met and kept running to him creating more problems between the friends. I thought Chippy was a good actress and has a very good emotional range but she lacked charisma. When they said she was a party girl and the life of the party I burst out laughing. If the mob characters have to keep reminding us how beautiful she is then something is missing as we as the audience should be able to see it for ourselves. I kept wondering why Chin was even trying with her as she seemed average to me. Eye is amazing I wish she had more screen time as she and Great have scorching chemistry. The siblings were great my only gripe with this lakorn was the side couple had a lot of screen time but they were rather boring. I like Mint perhaps that's why although I was mad at San, I understood where she was coming from. Now the slag, OMG that village bike was annoying. I wish the whole cast is reunited in another project. The support cast was amazing and the song Chippy sang was beautiful. Re-watch value 10 from me.

After watching this I end up having ANGER ISSUES.

The ML everytime he opens his mouth makes you feel agitated???? he is so annoying too loud.
The FL at first the acting is flat until it gets to epi 6 she started to become more comfortable and shows more emotions.
I was about to drop it till I get to epi 5 and thought oh its not bad but heyyy
The story is all over the place dunno which situation I need to focus.
The Kiss ????NO COMMENT
The ending is frustrating after all the arguments only few minutes left to see them together again?????
????

Looking back, I actually dropped all previous lakorns with Chippy Sirin I happened to watch:) I don't find her actually pretty but she's young and skinny so I guess she's attractive, nevertheless I found her grossly incompatible with the thirties daddy Warintorn Panhakarn, especially given the characters they portrayed here. She is an immature girl, not bright enough to appreciate the dire situation she's in, head full of fluffy ideas she's got from some social media cloud she's floating on, no doubt. Yet still too empty to perform basic tasks she got hired for. He is a man who's been through something in life and met women and is kind enough to employ a girl with no skill for huge salary and shelter as a charity case who is not even humble for it and always says to him one stupid thing or the other, after which he looks like he's hurt and pining, which is ridiculous. I can imagine a man in his position if not married then already dating hell of a woman, but the character's story is that in the past he's been extremely unlucky. So, his only option is this green girl with no charisma who's acting out like his ungrateful child, lol. I don't know which romance viewers are enjoying this kind of coupling. Looks about as credible as stories about ghosts or rich heirs lost on deserted islands with amnesia, so I guess it fits right in the lakornworld, lol. It might LOOK harsh of me to drop yet another series after 4 epis, but I have watched so many lakorns already and this a) is not my eye candy b) not interested in Warintorn's character's whatever tragic past story c) couple has annoying dynamics and it's known beforehand there won't be any real kiss anyways d) kind of lacks ANY reason to devote the time to watching it:)
