it is similar in the aspect of the female lead (han so-yeon)'s facial blindness, the male lead in rich man also has the same condition (prosopagnosia) and so the romance is alike in some senses due to that

- male lead is undeveloped and very one dimensional can only be mad and is mostly emotionless
- female lead is very naive and gets easily hurt by everything, while also being indecisive about everything
- female lead has no idea what she is doing
- no chem between main leads
- dragging and weird scenes that are supposed to be emotional but not
- in Pretty Li Hui Zhen, you have second male lead syndrome. with rich man, the second male lead is pure trash so the female lead ends up rlly seeming to have a connection with no one
- workplace drama, but pretty li hui zhen has a more concrete story while rich man is literally all over the place n gives short parts to the office staff

Falling into your smile is a romantic Chinese drama which shows how a girl is the first to join a professional eSports team which is a male dominated industry. While Rich Man is a Korean drama which shows a romantic development between the CEO of game development company and an office worker. Both of these dramas have idol celebrities as their leads (Rich Man - Suho, EXO; Falling into your smile - Cheng Xiao, WJSN).

in girlfriend the male lead is a CEO and the female lead is a poor girl who is trying her best and same goes is rich man the male lead is CEO and the female lead is a poor girl who is trying her best.
in rich man the male lead is trying to find his ex girlfriend but he does not remembers her face because he has a disease because of that disease he cannot remember faces but he is trying to find the girl with some kind of name and that girl is the female lead.
and in girlfriend the male lead is trying to find the girl who saved his while he was drowning in water but he does not remember her face but he is trying to find the girl with the birthmark she had on her right shoulder and by kiss. although i have not watched all the episode of girlfriend but i think the girl that male lead is trying to find is the female lead.

Office romance involve

A young CEO of a IT Tech Company (who built this startup company called Next-In) eventually got involved w/ a employee who he has a past. Drama surrounds itself w/ a mix of high-technology. The CEO also has a prosopagnosia, a person who has trouble w/ face recognition. Then the story goes from there. A 7.5/10 watch.

The Male lead also suffers from the same condition but this time the women change but he is still able to recognize her. And they start dating too. I got the same vibe. Both stories are nice but I still prefer the beauty inside

I got the same vibe I got watching Strong Woman. Hot CEO, cute female lead, who starts out pushover but finds her footing. Funny, and a dark back story which will make you cry.

Both dramas have cold, brilliant male leads working on IT company, living an unsocial life and disliking romantic relationship (both for different reason).

MLs are rich and somewhat blind. In Crush, ML is blind. In Rich Man, ML has Prosopagnosia, a face blindness condition. 

In Rich Man, the FL works for the ML (like in WDL). The ML constantly feels familiar with the FL but doesn’t exactly remember her in Rich Man because of his “illness”. In WDL it’s a similar case.
