What's Wrong with Secretary Kim

Workplace romance with balancing storyline.
Tough and professional male lead and female is opposite.

Both dramas have an office setup where female lead is subordinate while male lead is senior and their history goes back.

There are so many common features on the two TV shows:

1. Sweet scenes, lots of
2. Make you fall in love
3. There is no bad guy but just relaxing
4. Feel good and laughing
5. Fate
6. Both male leads have trauma in the past
7. Family and friendship
8. Stories of second leads are also sweet
9. Man leads are very charming
10. Super expensive sport cars (haha)
11. The clothing...

There are also some minor differences:

1. The storylines of Secretary Kim are much simpler than Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha's.
2. One is in the big city and the other is in a small seaside village.
3. One is with the finance magnate and the other is not.
4. One may make you laugh and cry and the other will only make you laugh.

Same vibe , cold boss that falls in love with his employee,i would say that "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?" Is better but i enjoyed both shows .

Because there are similarities in terms of history but here we have a female version of the hump while in the other male. The humor is a bit the same but here I find that we have a more mature and serious side. The tension that we find btw the actors is similar

Bosses are similar tough female lead unrequited love the Boss does not know how to Express his feelings at first gets better along the way

also about a difficult and arrogant boss who is in love with his secretary who he has been working with for years.
also both FL are strong independent career women who are the only people who can handle their bosses and sometimes even order them around a little XD

I think a few scenes draw parallels to WWWSK,
like the leads being associated with each other for so long, FL saving up her earnings to go on a big holiday, ML behaving in a similar fashion & SML being a jerk etc.,

Both hilarious romantic comedies involving main characters with shared childhood traumas. Both couples don't initially know that that they had met when they were younger much less shared life changing moments with each other. Both great romances though WWWSK is much more mature and 30b17 more innocent due to the characters' emotional ages.

Both dramas are gender reversed mirrors of each other - the leads are a boss and their secretary who suddenly informs the boss they are quitting for personal reasons, sending the boss into a tailspin and leading to romance.

very different stories and vibes, but both are romcoms that are somewhat cliche but fortunately very well executed.

Not Much the same ...also the Characters are Quit different
But the story Sure gives the same vibe of Romance

1. Both have Secretary × Boss romance

2. Both have reallyyyyy amazing chemistry D:

3. Both are obviously Office romcoms. <3

Tho the plots are a little different, in the sense of romance and jobs and present connection of the characters it's the same.
You really need to try out What's Wrong With Secretary Kim if you're loving Oh My Boss so far ;)

Similar premise though Ubaat Rai Ubaat Ruk is certainly way more on the melodrama side than WWWSK, which is mostly a romcom.

A rom-com with a dark tone but also a romance drama where the new president of the company falls all over heels for his secretary. Also here it is the male lead who falls first and tries to win over her heart.
