A hidden gem! I don't know where to start. I watched this for Seo Woo because I have always liked her as an actress. But lo and behold, I have been mesmerized by a whole new group of actors and actresses! Let's start with Kim Hye Sun who played Kim Soon Jung. I cannot remember the last time I hated a woman so much. Now that's good acting! I've never seen her before in anything that I can remember. Her portrayal was so hateful, even her ending was not satisfying to me.
Go Doo Shim as Son Jung In, super impressive. I had seen her previously in Immortal Classic but in this, she played that role. Let me be the first to say, I have never seen so many physical fights in a drama before! Both male and female! They were great! The most memorably will always be the one between Eun Chae and Jin Mi; a classic catfight!! The romances between the younger cast were so sweet. I cannot comment enough about those. And don't get me started on some of the other male cast. Yoon Won Sub, Eun Chae's adopted father, no words for that man. You will have to see. Overall, I really recommend this to those who like family dramas! You will see some things in this drama, I swear you've never seen before. Unfortunately, as it's a hidden gem, that means it is hard to find. gooddrama has all 51 episodes but I think whoever subbed it got tired and must have used a language recognizer because the subs for the later episodes sucked big time!

Decent

It's much better than expected. The most important thing is that its events don't loop through corporate hell, it's actually balanced. I wish there was more attention and development to the side stories. You may think the young couple are the main focus but that's only for a short while before switching to the older cast. There was a slow period of about 20 episodes in the middle where things were very slow, it would have been better to build the characters more. I thought the female lead would have a bigger role and a better story of her relationship with her mother but that felt it was cut short. At least the drama didn't have yucky triangles. Nonetheless, the drama was decent with a good cast.
