So if you're a Sailor Moon fan you must watch this! Age is doesn't matter! :D

I must say this is definitely better than the anime and a little better than the manga. For instance, Usagi is much more serious and not such a wimp or a crybaby like the way the anime portrayed her to be. Ami is actually more fun and not into studyin g so much, Raye is more kinder and less harsh and not boy crazy, makoto is even cooler, and minako is definitely more focused than the way the anime portrayed her.
This is a really good series that is worth watching, especially if your a fan of the anime or manga or a fan of both like i am. You won't be disappointed. You will even love the ending. Watch it if you have a chance.

The story was just really fun. I laughed a lot and even shed a tear close to the end. Each ep is fresh because it has its own storyline while keeping the big picture in mind.
The acting wasn't spectacular but I think the girls did a pretty good job in thier roles. They kept the spirit of the sailor girls in tact!
The music was pretty catchy but the only thing I didn't like is the actual singing. Thier voices are horrendous LOL.
I'll rewatch this but a long time from now.
Overall, they did a pretty good job of capturing the greatness that is sailor moon. It was nice to relive my childhood=D

I don't know what is the point of view other people, but I've always laughed when I saw the action live. It was very weak, but pretty well comedy scenes! It remided me Power Rengers' action!:3

My FIRST J-Drama
Back when I didn't understand what Asian dramas were, this would have to have been my very first drama that started it all.I was (and still am) a huge Sailor Moon fan growing up and I LOVED the anime. But then I saw this on YouTube one day and watched it and remember loving it. I remember wanting to sing a lot of the songs and well, I just enjoyed this live-action A LOT!
But as I grew up, I understand that this was considered an Asian drama and I can say that THIS was my drama that started it all. My love for Asian drama, of course, didn't officially start until 2013. Thank you, DramaFever.
So, this really isn't a review but more of how much I loved this drama growing up, to this day, I still enjoy it.

The acting is quite good, and I love how they changed the storyline too a little bit. My absolute favourite here is Sailor Venus, aka Aino Minako, but I love Dark Mercury and the Shitennou too.

Cult state is love!
While Toei lost whole ability to produce anything but long-running cheap shows......Bandai did almost the thing Toei could do right now.
Why to love good old anime? Because it talked with us like it could to adults. It used themes of love, destiny, lust, angst, everything kiddie shows simply can't. As well as this one. Fanservice aside, this sentai show is nothing near dramatism of BSSM but that is why it's good. Actually, it gives a piece of serenity in a world of tragedies and bad news. And it gives childish-in-a-good-way touch. It's beautiful in it's own way. Like a living toy.
I dream of new season of this, with same cast, but all those themes drama missed. Japanese dramas are known for detective stories. Imagine those characters grown-up, investigating murders crimes and conspiracies. Free from fantasy, but not from love...
