Both dramas are done by the same crew, and it holds the same dark genre, so if you're looking for a not-your-usual Taiwanese idol drama, this is for you!

Both have Aaron and both are kind of mysterious short stories with a hint of romance between the main cast.

They both have Aaron Yan in it. They both have similar tones, but Aaron Yan's character in GAAM/AIWC is darker than his character in MIT

Both deals with different crimes related to one person. We see the story growing and the relationships between the different characters go with the different investigations that are made. The difference would be that in one protagonists are a group of students if not high schoolers whereas on the other hand it's grown up adult and it is a more mature way of treating the psychology of theses crimes masters.

Both shows are based on a group of students solving mysteries and finding criminals. With a lighthearted but suspenseful plot line it makes you want to binge watch all the episodes in one sitting.
