This is what I been waiting for

Now if you are looking for a cute and fluffy story then this one is perfect for you.

( This is not a review for this drama it's just some of my opinions and notes on this )

This month and last month I was trying to find another drama I love like the stake in love I love that one but I didn't find one. Until I was searching on youtube then I found out this drama, so I search it on mydramalist and I love it just after reading the tags and the story. Like this is the perfect modern drama that I am looking for and thank god I found this drama when it finishes airing and also all subbed already. I love Ryan ding so much, now I am even watching the romance of the tiger and rose now. Before that I saw him in just encore but I didn't think he was cute or handsome because of the makeup I think in that drama but after watching intense love I am love. I have to write a review for this. I even used all my data for this in the car and also as soon I woke up I'll be watching this like at 6 am. Even though I didn't really like the main female lead at FRIST but after like 5 episodes in I love her.

WHAT I THOUGH ABOUT THIS STORY

There are so many things I love about this drama that didn't make me skip a lot but I still did because it was like the supporting character but I love. I like how they fell in love within the first few episodes like 1-7 but like halfway there and also the arranged marriage that what I been looking for like a modern drama, not like a few years or more like 10 years ago. I feel like 2020 is going to have the best drama of cute like one in 10 years ago but more new and modern. This story was just so so cute and their relationship went on so fast and not slow and not annoying. I didn't expect a clam made drama without any nasty fight but once again there is going to be some problem but it's not going to be a big deal. I love how the sister gets on a good term and I was so surprised that she was going to be the lover of the idol who liked the main female lead. I love it so so much, I can't even say anything about it. I even rewatched episode 15 like 3 times just the beginning kiss scene. Even he is kinda rookie acter I love him so so much and he is so so cute. Wow, I in love now with him. Now my top three guys are first song-wei-long and then Ryan and then steven. Even though I did skip a lot of kinda but it's just too good and kinda waste my time with the other leads but I still like them but it's just ugggggg. I just want more of the leads romance. Overall 10 of out 10 ( I LOVE IT )

NOW 2020
Skate into love
Intense Love
Find yourself ( even though this drama is not the first place but the acter is )

Wishing for a season 2!

This drama is very sweet! I love how the actors portray their characters and I am in love with the actors.
Somehow, the story has its own cliche'd moments, however I wouldn't say that it was over the top. This drama is very light, and there's not much conflict going on, except internally, meaning, its only within the leading actors.
I was surprised in the beginning since the development was a little early, but I don't hate it since it makes sense as the drama progresses.
For me, the ending wasn't that much satisfying but it still resolves the whole story. Each character of the story have their own story and I like that they showed bits of them.
I think Intense Love would be a good recommendation for starters in Cdrama!

This drama is light and easy to watch. It's a must. Highly-recommended. I'm starting to think it's too underrated. It's cliche but not in a bad way. It's not the stupid, poor female lead or the over-confident and arrogant male lead. I have a list of all c-dramas that I've watched and this drama easily made it's way up to the top. No dramatic plot where you have to pull your hair out of frustration because of the leads' stupidity. No in-law problems or money problems. It's just as if you're watching a real-life couple's day to day life.

The chemistry? On top. I'd compare the CP to Love O2O to be honest. The first two episodes will have you thinking that maybe FL is kinda stupid or naive but you can see in the future episodes how mature and forgiving she really is. There's one episode though that may get viewers shocked regarding her sudden change of character but if you actually tried to put yourself in her shoes, you'd see her point. But the good thing is, it didn't drag and it stayed on that particular episode. Music, background and even the audio itself is amazing. The details of the audio really get to me, like it feels so real.

The best thing about this drama is really the CP for me. The plot is so basic since it doesn't include all that draggy stuff but the actors and actresses brought the drama to life. And it doesn't stop on the drama. After watching the drama, I got so hooked that I watched all behindthe scenes, interviews, weibo updates and comments. I'm so hooked to the point that I created an account here after so long just to leave a review. And yes, I do recommend you to watch the behind the scenes too because they made me both sulk for being single. It was so hard to watch them in the drama and the behind the scenes without fangirling.

(A little bit of spoiler. In an interview, they were asked that if they liked someone, will they like the person secretly or will they confess. female lead (Zhang Yuxi) picked confess while male lead (Ding Yuxi YES THEY'RE BOTH YUXI THEY'RE YUXI CP) picked like the person secretly. Then I watched another interview after that hoping to find something, they talked about their first impressions and that made me go like OMG THAT'S IT DGHSGFAUHFAEUHUH. In all behind the scenes, the drama, the interviews, the cp just looked way too natural. Zhang Yuxi looks at him straight in the eyes (both drama and behind the scenes and interview) while Ding Yuxi fails to look at her properly without shying but still looks anyways (both drama and behind the scenes) AND... the skinship level no matter where is high.

Not gonna lie, I tried watching leading guy's new drama that started airing almost at the same time. But I couldn't bear to watch it. Not when this couple will haunt me. The new drama is said to be amazing and I have long placed it in my To-watch list. But I just couldn't. I have watched female lead's dramas (My Little Princess, I Cannot hug you) and I really gotta say that her characters really fit her, or should I say she brings life to her characters. But she had the best chemistry with Ding Yuxi and vice versa.

Rewatch value: 100/10. Why? Because this drama only finished the english subs for the last episode yesterday but I've already watched it over and over again. There are many dramas that are waiting for me, but I can't seem to leave this one. Since this drama has just finished subbing, I plan to rewatch everything including the behind the scenes or make recommendations for other dramas that I have watched.

Thanks and Support this drama lots please!

ALSO, THEY RELEASED A SPECIAL EPISODE WHERE THEY SWITCHED LIVES AND THEY ALSO JUST RELEASED A MUSIC VIDEO TOGETHER. INTENSE LOVE FANS ARE BEING FED WELL <3

Swoonworthy, even though it's a basic background story

First of all, I want to make sure that people understand that this is one of those stories that is all fluffy, so if you are in the mood for something light like I was, you will love it. However, if you are looking for a complex story, try something else. I was looking for something like Love 020, where the leads aren't in useless drama and get together, knowing their feelings instead of having stupid people trying to break them up. Them indeed breaking up because of misunderstandings. There is only one severe misunderstanding, and it does not last long; rather than a misunderstanding, it was something that had to do with mistrust from both sides. But they won over it calmly. Now the female lead is not stupid nor loud. Instead, she understands everything and vice versa with the male lead. From the beginning, we can see that the relationship is going to turn out great. By episode 10, we have the perfect love story and execution, so no need to wait for centuries to get an ACTUAL STEAMY KISS! Moreover, the side couple is adorable, and you'll laugh and cry for them. It's great for a break from hard times like the pandemic right now. Also, there are villains like the little sister, who goes from annoying to cute soon enough. The other actress in the story, Gao, also gets better by the end. The leads do not let anything stop them from their love and handle everything amazingly.

P.S I was totally crushing on the male lead's older brother XD

Female Lead Plastic Acting

I tried to watch this drama because of the ratings and the hype of Ryan Ding. This is drama supposed is a romantic comedy , but the supposing funny scenes are not funny at all. The facial expression especially Zhang Yu Xi really very plastic and extravagating. At the end can't stand to see her act anymore, drop this series. Not haters of her, but seeing this drama, her acting really....
Zhang Yu Xi acting is like a copy from love and redemption, no different at all, only extravagating. Just pretty face, nothing more.
Aside to that the story is just... you can guess what is the ending like

Ep2: Zhang Yu Xi by right acting angry/irritated, but facial expression very obvious smiling or trying to hold back laughter kind of face (poor acting). The story jumping, thought it was just Bei Bei imagination, riding bicycle in a old style like Marylin Monroe, happen it's real not imagination. So fast recover? then what for an operation? Can go around the hospital so freely and yet still "sick" and stay in the hospital? is it hotel?
The fake hair very obvious
When acting "thinking" about the jealous type, the eyes is totally no expression, no soul, blank not expressive at all

A collection of stereotypes combined into one drama

Firstly, I wanted to explain why I titled the review as such. After watching the entire series, I felt that the writers wrote the characters based off of gender stereotypes. Female characters portrayed as somebody who acts based on emotions, and Male characters who uses brain. Generally, I do not think much watching dramas like this, but it just came across that way to me, and I can't un-think it.

To explain, most of the female characters were portrayed as weak individuals, who do whatever emotions tell them to do no matter the stake. A great example of this scenario is how they portrayed Gao Zi Tong. I know that she's supposed to be an evil character, but her actions does not make any sense - which brings me to think that the only possible explanation is because of her emotions. Another example is how Zhou Su Ying (ML's sister) chose to act immaturely when she found out FL dates her brother - and have a scandal with her idol.

While all the ladies portrayed that way, the males were portrayed logically. ML has good character, very put together, and smart. The drama writer chose a classic "god-like" ML, where he's an introvert, who acts cold, and all the females are drooling over him.

*To break down the characters throughout the drama:
- My first impression of the FL was rather distasteful. At the beginning of the drama, the FL seems to act bratty and spoiled, despite her age, which is 27 years old. The scene where she asks her manager to fetch her best clothes to seduce ML leaves a bad taste. More example of this behaviour is how FL woke up from anaesthesia, and the first thing she said was if she injured her face. She should've asked if there were people who got hurt by accident, but instead, her narcissistic behaviour popped out. Thus to conclude this FL's behaviour in the beginning of the drama, her character would fit more into the annoying 2nd FL in a love triangle.
Moreover, many tend to downplay how severe careless driving is. Based on the drama, FL drove carelessly, which caused an accident. Many tend to overlook that incident, and the drama turned me off at the beginning. Thus I skipped the accident scene right away.
However, after progressing through the drama, I saw character development thankfully. She became a nice person and also well composed, unlike her character before she met ML. Too bad that the writers made her too forgiving for her own good.

- The first impression of the ML, too, was not good. What irks me is when ML tried to ask FL to leave right after a sasaeng attacked FL. I understand his intention to discharge FL because FL is too immature and disturbs ML's work; however, I feel like ML has no sympathy. It's unmannered to evict someone who was just attacked and not ask them if they were okay first.
After watching the drama, he too had a major character development. I'm not sure if it's a character development or it's his true nature all along, but I'm happy with his character at the mid-to-end episodes when he gets warmer.

The side characters:
- I feel like it's necessary to discuss the CEO, who I think is the biggest villain in the story. I don't get why such CEO still stands and not getting canceled after doing such inexcusable and unprofessional business strategy. Clearly, after Xu Jia Wei confessed his side of the story during his Live, he mentioned that the entire scandal was set up by the CEO, and yet we didn't see the ugly ass in jail.
- As for the second villain in the story, Gao Zi Tong, she's badly written as her entire evil purpose does not make any sense. Sure, her complex and jealousy gets to her, but is it enough to do such stupid things on the internet that could potentially ruin her career altogether?

For the entire story:
I think the story is nothing new or refreshing. It's basically a carbon copy of dramas that existed. I can't say that this drama is a copy of " You Are My Glory" since this novel came out a year before, however, as much as I hate to compare, "You Are My Glory" is the perfect example of "nothing new" drama that have an excellent story writing. However, I am not saying that this drama is the worst of the worst, just average. If you love dramas that feels familiar, maybe this might be enjoyable for you.

The storyline is kinda basic, it is about a celebrity that has trouble finding love and one accidental car crash later, she started to fall for a good looking doctor. I've only watched one episode and unfortunately, I don't think I will be watching the rest of the drama. To me, the drama itself is very repetitive and generic. The cast is very good, however the overall theme of the story is pretty boring. The storyline is also very fast-paced, and there were a few cringe-worthy scenes from the very first episode as well. Why isn't a lower rating then?
Well, it's because it isn't a bad storyline and the actors are still very good and it watchable. I would recommend this to you if you have some time to kill, however, is it a binge-worthy drama? No. I would recommend some other works from Yu Xi, such as My little princess and Dear Prince. All in all, it's a so-so drama, pretty basic storyline but fun interesting characters, recommend this during this quartine to pass so time.

ROM-COM drama

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

drama romance-comedy ini plotnya bagus tapi story linenya yang kurang ngena untuk saya. sudah banyak drama yang seperti ini. series ini ringan dan nyaman juga ditonton.

by the way, FL disini naive tapi ttp dewasa dam wise.

A direção é mediana. Não há grandes erros na edição, mas algumas cenas são desnecessárias e, em outros momentos, faltou cena para deixar a obra mais redonda e agradável.
A trilha sonora não irrita.
