I don't know if it's okay to go by description only, but while reading about Undercover, I kept thinking back to Flower of Evil.
Both have a married couple with children, but the male leads have a hidden identity they've been keeping from their wives and others. They both have the female lead learning this identity due to their jobs spinning what they believed of their married life around, however the male leads still do love their wives and want to keep them and their families safe.

They are very similar in the sense that
- both FLs are working as a prosecutor/ government based lawyer
- both MLs have done shameful things in the past and have been involved in violence
- the MLs are essentially hiding in some way or the other their other life
- both the couples have a sort of refreshing and natural romance vibe. Like you feel comforted just watching them together
- both MLs save the FL in some way or the other without her knowing
- both have happy endings
Although their tone differs, OSL is a rom-com first and the mafia elements are used as a plot point, while it is almost opposite in Undercover which is a thriller first and romance second.

Both the serials have the same female protagonist. One of the main characters is associated with the governance system. One of the main characters has a secret. There is a happy family in which the wife, husband, son, and daughter are there. It brings a storm to this happy family when the secrets of the past begin to unravel.
Both shows feature undercover agents who were betrayed by their handlers and led astray. The Male Leads suffer from an identity crisis, wherein they have been playing a role for so long, they no longer know who they are.
The Female Lead in Undercover, however, has a bigger and more important role than the Female Lead in Cruel City.

In both shows one of the leads gets close to the other for an ulterior motive.
In the case of Undercover, the ML is a secret agent tasked with infiltrated a student movement. So the ML gets close to the FL to get to the leader of the movement.
In Catch the Ghost, the FL joins the ML's team in order to conduct an unofficial investigation involving the disappearance of her twin sister.
