Higuma(Brown Bear) and Nekomura (cat) are both animals immersed in human’s world. Higuma works as fish vendor and Nekomura works as a housekeeper, and watching them makes me say, “they are so pure! This world doesn’t even deserve them!”. Both are very short slice-of-life dramas and each episode would surely heal our heart ??

Both are super short dramas with super bizarre premise.

Higuma is a(n actual) bear living in a human world doing mundane things like... taxes and going to job. But! He's just a bear!! Life is hard!!!

Deux Yeoza is about two besties having random conversations as if they arereading each others minds.

Higuma is super sweet and cute, Deux Yeoza is hilarious. Both make you feel like you are witnessing some weird hallucination. But in a good way!

Both feature a guy dressed as an animal who is really being perceived as an animal in its universe but also has to function in human society.

Both titular characters are brown, fluffy animals played by actors in costume. One is a bear living independently, while the other is a police dog who helps his owner solve mystery cases.

Both are japanese slapstick comedy shorts about unusual characters living the everyday life.

Saint Oniisan is about Buddha and Jesus living together in small apartment and just relaxing.

Higuma is a (real!!!) bear trying to do his best while he navigates his job and relationships.
