Too Pedestrian
This was a slightly entertaining BL series with nothing specular about it EXCEPT it did have a bit of a creative ending to it that was fun to watch and added something different to this rather mundane series. The ending give it a bit more creativity and I was pleasantly surprised by it and it was not expected. It is not that they all are not deliciously handsome; they are, It just that this was not enough to make it that entertaining. It is good; just not great for me. However, the scene between the mother and son is worth noting and is superbly done. Sorry, I found it rather ordinary in story with an occasional twist and turn. Was this review helpful to you?
This series is just PERFECT, expecting next season also...!
So starting from scratch, am falling in love with this series, this is the very first time am watching a series without an emotional kind of thing is there, or any heartbroken- which is commendable . The story is simple and to the point but not unique , the actors were also really very good in their acting, they are bold, attractive and obviously cute at the same time but only question why they have shown us such a white and bleached skin- which is really not required I guess. One thing I wanna add here is the director has to explore more things or have to show us different locations some cinematics shots but the whole series is moving around home-office and that coffee shop that's it which completely shows the production has a very low budget but that's ok If the character (Liao Wei Po & JN Yu) bring-up some chemistry because all of a sudden they guys meet and fall in love - No story , Nothing which lacks the interest but still I want everyone to watch this series because of their acting and story- which is cute n sweet. Last and most important is the MUSIC- which is so soothing seriously that the " I do I do" song gives a goosebump whenever I listen to that song and when the episodes start I used to keep rewind that song multiple times. so a thumps-up.Director should work on other characters too , if they really want a big hit it's not about the main couple who gathered the audience , it's about the support characters too. Also, they should have focused on their location part too. Rest are good.
Love from India.....

Perfect for a sad or lonely day :)
So general idea I really enjoy this series personally. I’m only 3 episodes in but to me personally it’s extremely entertaining. The plot isn’t complicated so it’s easy to follow along and it’s just an overall nice and fluffy feeling. If you every feel unhappy or just want to watch something thing in general to cheer up your day this is it!Story : The story is pretty decent. As of now there is no complicated drama or anything mind breaking. Due to the way how the story is structured it helps you easily follow along and you won’t have to think to much or hurt your brain in the process of watching this. So overall pretty good on the story especially for this kinda fluffy and funny genre of BL.
Acting and Cast : I can only say all of this in one work....Perfection! The main couple first of all are extremely attractive and really complements each other in the typical Strong/Cold and Warm/Fluffy dynamics. Both main couple actors are also really good actors that you almost feel like a freind watching the character fall in love. As for the other characters they are all pretty solid without stealing the spotlight also. Overall acting and cast is perfection and 10/10.
Music : So I know a lot of people dislike the sound effect and I sorta understand why. Tho I think it’s pretty good. It’s similar in my opinion to YYY the series tho much less crazy and hectic. The sound effect can some time really make me laugh and just crack a general smile. The Ost is also extremely good and catchy. It really helps show this series is ment to be a fluffy and fun kind of series and nothing serious. Overall solid music, can it be better? Yes it definitely can, but what they have now is pretty good tho.
Rewatch Value : I think I have rewatch episode 1-3 about 10 times. It’s just entertaining in general and the low amount of stress and thinking it requires really help make this series a a nice and fluffy rewatch able series. It’s perfect if you have a bad day, is bored and need something to watch or just in general need something to watch while waiting for other series episodes to drop.

This is Giving Me Gaya Sa Pelikula (Like In The Movies) Vibes!
Where do I start??? I love the main couple so much huhuhuhu I keep on replaying sweet scenes between them. Both are eye-candy so I can't help but obsess over these two. I am equally smitten by Aaron and Hank! Be Loved In House: I Do is so well done. Scenes are beautifully taken and the OST perfectly fits the scenes. Their acting is so natural too and them feels hit one so well too. So far, I am enjoying the episodes. It becomes better and better as episodes goes by. Be Loved In House: I Do is officially one of my new favorite BLs <3Was this review helpful to you?
BL
I love good BL stories. BUT considering that the subject is "taboo" in society, IT IS A HUGE RESPOSABILITY that writers AND producers have to shoulder. In the end producers get greedy and push a limit that will have repercussion on the series and on the real people in the world. This BL has TWO RED FLAGS: 1) Borderline pedophile couples of adults with young teen. 2) All actors have EXTREME white skin. It's disturbing on SO MANY LEVELS. We are DIFFERENT, but bleaching people skin seems Nazi.
The drama hooks you in with the main characters' story, and (personally) disgust you at the same time. The secondary couple is UNBERABLE to watch, not only for the general feeling of pedophilia kicking in, but also because the two actors have no chemistry and act unnatural and awkward.
The BL community needs to revised the age gap, since it's taboo for women is going to be viewed as NEGATIVE towards homosexual couples.
Adults are NOT suppose to be with teens sexually no matter what story you tell.

Super Interested to see where this goes!
At the moment it has lots of great things:- enemies (sorta) to reluctant housemates to friends
- caring for the other when sick (fainting in to arms)
- very cute main leads (BL) - i want all of shi lei’s outfits
- bumping in to each other after shower with shirtless admiring
- cute bed sharing (waking up cuddling)
- a workplace dating ban set in place by the boss which he is obviously going to break
Not too fussed on the secondary couple but they are quite cute in a one guy is a shy, young puppy and the other is very endeared by this
A very easy watch, mid 20 min episodes and i watched all 6 in one sitting. Excited to see their relationship progress

Watch it for the eye candy and 2nd lead couple....
So there were 3 reasons why I started to watch this series -1) The trailer looked good
2) It is a BL adaptation of a drama called "Just You" which I liked
3) The cast looked really great especially the 2 MLs
There were also 3 reasons why this series failed to meet my expectations -
1) Although the series looked good initially, as the episodes progressed the story started to become both messy and stagnant. For the last 4-5 episodes there was no development between the 2 main leads with only the 2nd lead couple keeping the ship afloat.
2) While this drama did share many of the plot points with the parent story like the singlehood rule, workplace romance, cohabitation between the main leads and the ever disliked blast from the past i.e. the MLs ex, the original drama "Just You" had 20+ episodes which were 1:30 hrs long whereas "Be loved In house" only had 12 episodes of 25 mins each. This meant that cover everything the story became too rushed especially with the bad structuring of the episodes (late introduction of the ex in the story resulting in unwanted drama and late resolution).
3) Both the lead actors Aaron Lai and Hank Wang are individually very good looking. Together as the main CP they literally looked very good. They are one of the top 3 best looking BL couples (the other 2 being Tharn-Type and Fighter-Tutor). And regardless of their visuals their initial chemistry was very good. But as the series progressed and the story regressed, their interactions became a bit awkward and forced. The 2nd lead couple managed to maintain their nice chemistry but because theirs was a more sweet and low-key romance it failed to add that extra "oomph" needed to make the drama really good. The biggest error in the series came from the dream sequences that both the main leads had of each other with the ex-boyfriend. These sequences were explicit instead of being suggestive which was very off-putting since neither of them were the main CP nor did I have the 2nd lead syndrome for the ex-bf character.
Although this drama was not the best BL I have seen, it was definitely not the worst and since it's short it is good for binge watching on a weekend.

Just watch and you will understand
Ok, first off I would like to say is great acting. In my opinion this is a very good bl besides the fact that a lot of random things do just come out of nowhere. For example Jin Yu Zhen's previous lover. The chemistry with Yu Zhen and Lei Lei, was on point. From enemies to lovers, like who would love a drama like that? The second couple with Zhao Gang and Si Qi is AHHHHHH! Anyways, the reason why I gave it the stars it deserves is because the music was changing nonstop. Like for the ending parts of where it's this cliffhanger freeze moment it just changes from talking about love and regjection to, 'I do, I do, I do". Like seriously you couldve just let the previous music continue. Acting was s tier. I say this because all of it seemed genuine and real like how you would actually experience in real life. The part that broke me was when Lei Lei, came out to his mother, and his mother was like, "Oh, i had a feeling since you were younger you would confess your feelings to a man". Like, having a supporting mother like that qould mean to world. It made me sad and almost cried to the fact that his mother was so accepting. This doesnt relate to my review but what I've read in other reviews, but why are yall saying that Yu Zhen and Lei Lei didnt get a scene where they make out and gave the scene to Yu Zhen and his ex, when clearly after Yu Zhen states that he likes Lei Lei, they did make out. Like yall could clearly see it. They even went strait to, you know...
Anyways, overall would highly reccomend to watch. And be prepared to cry on some parts cause I was like tearing up and trying not to cry, but yall this cbl is so underrated. Highly reccomend!

The!! Ending!! Was!! Rushed!!
Okay I really loved the two main characters and from the other reviews I’ve seen, the majority is in agreement that they feel as if the ending was obviously very rushed for them to end up together. They had all this build up, and honestly in episodes 9-11, they just avoided each other and totally could’ve had a first kiss or feelings explosion during any of their awkward “shuffle around each other” encounters.I’m curious why they are having a 13th episode come out, I don’t think it should’ve been marketed as a special since it’s coming out the week after the show “ends,” it could’ve just been episode number 13.
Anyways, the second couple was really cute and soft, I enjoyed their chemistry which was comparably a fast moving relationship compared to the leads. Ugh.
Anyways, I really would love to see Hank and Aaron more, either a continuation so we can see what they’re actually like as a couple in this drama universe or in something else entirely, I like the actors together.
Also, I hope the third/straight couple in the friend groups winds up being okay since we never actually saw if they made up or not, but I guess the assumption is that they are or will be fine since the single rule has been abolished.
Also strange/weird encounter with someone from HIStory? I liked it though haha.
OH and I loved Shei Lei’s mom and how supportive of her son she was. That was great.

The visual is only the good element
It took me too much time to get into the show, the first few episodes are absolutely a no fun for me, but midway of the series, it was getting entertaining and enjoyable. This is when the mother appeared in their house, since then I am smiling throughout the main couple’s screen time. My favorite scene is the accident kiss, it was too cute and good.Having such two handsome main actors, the show has the potential but unfortunately failed to execute the whole story.
Factors why I give the show a low rating:
- Poor acting
- Less workplace details
- Rough and messy transition
- Cringe and annoying side characters
- Too ordinary plot
- The insertion of unnecessary and excessive b-sounds
- SIDE COUPLE that has NO CHEMISTRY. The café owner is good but he’s partner is not fit for acting cute. I am watching their scenes with a totally no-emotion-facial-expression.
- Forgot to explain the past. It is when a flashback of Jin Yu Zhen meeting Shi Lei has seen but after that, no explanation has given.
- The title “I DO” is given to the side couple during the last episode and the main couple way of saying I Do is by the new rules created by Jin Yu Zhen.
Anyways, although I have a lot of complaints about the show, I have probably a good time watching it. If only they manage to show us more maybe my rating will be good enough.

I wanted to like this so much that's probably why I so disappointed
I had such high expectations for this BL after watching the trailers but unfortunately I cannot stop finding it dull and boring. Productions is clearly a low budget one and ok I can get over that without problems if the story is well done and characters are compelling, But there is none of that either, the story is told in such a maldroit way that i cannot suspend belief and while watching I keep thinking why are the characters behaving this ridiculously? Also unfortunately the characters don't pull any emotional note for me, the most emotional I've felt it has been when they have shown Aaron scar and I was shocked to see the proof of how terrible his accident must have been, but that's it. All the moments that are supposed to be cute and/or sexy are so forced and out of an emotionally involving context that they are at best bland and at worst cringe worthy.
The only redeeming point I can find is that the actors are cute and seem sweet, so I am trying to give them an extra chance and keep watching, but if next episode (episode 5) doesn't find a way to make the plot a bit more balanced and appealing I will sadly drop it.
Watch it:
if you do not have high expectations which will probably make it a better experience
if you are a fan of any of the actors (they deserves support anyway)
if you are looking for eye candies which are often undressed
if you want something very light
Do not watch it:
if you are looking for a well developped plot
if you are looking for emotional attacchment to the characters troubles
If you expect a good production quality
if you look for great acting

I hope you have more seasons! I expect great things from this show!
It is a beautiful and wonderful series, which addresses interesting topics such as self acceptance, and discovery of feelings, and the fact of knowing how to deal with them. There could be more episodes, or maybe more time for each one.I found it strange that the ex appeared at the end of the season (which has ONLY 12 episodes with 25min each). I hope you don't rush the story in these last two episodes.
I really hope you have more seasons! I look forward to learning more about the main couple, about their future.
PS: I LOVED the mother's relationship with her son, and the way she handled everything. It was beautiful and necessary. I was a little tired of all the bl just going over that subject. Loving a person of the same sex is unfortunately still taboo.
