I watched 'Two Weeks' the second time and now I want to say my opinion.
Firstly, I like action dramas very much, but I think romantic is also important. So not every drama suits my taste.

The Story is very interesting. So I began the Drama and learned, that there is more than the daughter, who suffers leukemia. I don't know why, but I found the trailer very interesting and wasn't disappinted, when I watched the first Episodes. I was very fascinated and was glad, that 'Two Weeks' ended, before I began watching. The end of every episode was very frustrating for me, so I wanted to watch the next episode. This situation happens not very often.

The cast:
Before I watched this drama I knew Lee Joon-ki, who is one of my favourite Actors, and Ryu Soo-young from other dramas and movies. Jun-ki plays his role really fantastic. I think the role of Tae-san suits him very well and I want more of it^^. Honestly I think such role suits him bette than a role like in 'Gunman Joseon'. But he is an excellent actor, so I think every role suits him. Ryu Soo-young plays his role as an detective very well, too. Compared with his role in Ojakgyo brothers, I like him in 'Two weeks' more. I didn't know Park Ha-sun before, but in my opinion, she is a great actress. The Drama 'Three Days' in which she plays an Police officer was dropped by me. Then there is Kim So-yeon. I like her acting, too. But I didn't like her hair o.o. I don't know why. But the hari is not very important^^.

Music:
I love the Song 'Run' by Nell^^. It suits the Drama very well and is played at the end of the episodes. It suits the theme and the melody isn't too sad, but isn't happy, too.

Rewatch Value:
I watched the Drama two times and in a few years I will watch it a third time, I think^^.

A great drama with captivating story

Truly a very good drama. It is full of action and thrill, but there is also a bit of romance, lot of drama and incredible story of a father who would do anything to save his sick daughter, despite not knowing of her existence before the event happened. Lee Joon Gi is once again amazing in his role, but I would surely praise the child actress, main villain and female lead, as well as the rest of the cast for doing a great job. Definitely worth watching and you will not regret watching this drama, even though its a bit older one, it still is really, really good.

I loved this drama so much. I was reluctant to watch it in the beginning because it is not the usual type of drama that I watch. I am so glad I did. The acting was great. The female detective lead was annoying at first when she cried for everything but eventually they improved her character. That is the great thing about this drama they have excellent character development. The story moved along in a fantastic drama way but also in a realistic way. It wasn't just zero to ten, I got to see the reasons the characters changed. I took off. 5 because the ending ruined it for me. It wasn't a bad ending just different than what I imagined.... Overall it was wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone!

WOW.

I don't usually write reviews, but this drama was amazing. Plus it's September 22nd today -- if you watch the drama you will know what I'm talking about!! ;)

First off I love Lee Joon Gi, and since I'm sick of watching historical dramas after "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016)," I thought I would give this one a try. On a side note, Lee Joon Gi is in at LEAST 5 historical dramas... *long sigh*

Anyway, I was worried I would find it boring since my favorite dramas are cute romantic ones, but this one does have romance! I will not spoil anything, but if you're worried about this drama being all action and no romantic drama, then please do not worry!

I don't want to hype this drama up too much, but I do want to encourage the people who might have been like me who are hesitant. Lee Chae Mi (the little girl in the drama) is such a great actress!

This drama made me laugh, cry, and kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. Please check it out! I'm probably going to go re-watch My Girl (2005) now or start watching Time Between Dog and Wolf (2007).

Highly Recommend!!

I absolutely loved this show. Not only was it absolutely riveting and kept you on the edge of your seat for every single episode, but the emotional moments were so incredibly touching that it moved me to tears on more than one occasion. I love that the main crux of the show was the father-daughter relationship between Tae San and Soo Jin, and how that drove him to survive. Giving him an emotional reason to keep going made me far more invested in the show than if it had been just about taking down the 'bad guys.' There was enough storyline to keep it interesting throughout, and I only remember finding one episode a bit too filler-y. Everything else was *Chef's Kiss*

The acting was phenomenal all around. Lee Joon Gi of course was incredible in the role (as he is in everything I've seen him in), but the absolute star was the little girl who played Soo Jin. She acted better than half the adult actors out there, and completely stole every scene she was in. Pretty sure every single time I teared up was because of her insane acting skills.

The action was exciting and made logical sense (most of the time) and was really well handled. Some moments were a little melodramatic, but I personally didn't mind it at all. In fact, some of the scenes felt similar to scenes from Bollywood movies I'd grown up with, so I had a fondness for them. I love action and suspense shows, but in Western media they tend to not have a lot of character development or emotional moments, so this show totally gave me everything I have ever wanted from a show like this.

My one issue was the ending. (Spoilers ahead) While everything else wrapped up well, I felt like the storyline with Soo Jin and her other father figure, Im Seung Woo, ended strangely. The way they were building it up, I was sure In Hye was going to stay with Seung Woo, but that they were going to make Tae San a part of their lives, and Soo Jin would end up considering them both as her fathers. But it ended by Seung Woo being sort of... rejected by both In Hye and Soo Jin??? Which was the one part of the storyline that seemed extremely off to me considering how much In Hye and Soo Jin loved him. Because of that, it kinda made the ending seem not quite finished in my eyes. Like, I love love Tae San, but I was rooting for Seung Woo and In Hye to stay together, and my heart was totally broken for Seung Woo at the end, since it kinda seemed like he was left with nothing. (End of spoilers)

But overall, I absolutely loved this show and I am left with a hollowness in me now that it is over

Worth watching

Enjoyed watching Le Joon Gi in the role of estranged father. This is filled with tons of suspense, drama & action!! *goes back to watch LJG* <3 By the time I reached episode 16, I just thought this was so beautiful T__T ... Lee Chae Mi was just adorable, strong young actress & Lee Joon Gi was just pulling my heart strings anytime there was an emotionally intense scene.

Thrilling then goes in circles...

How can the police be so stubbornly stupid? Who wouldn't doubt the judgment of each so-called criminal in this society? I ask, “With all these evidences present, did he really do it?"

I was moved and toyed with throughout the first ten episodes—suspense, thrill and emotions overflowing. I could say that brains and devotion were obviously poured into this drama.

Then from 11th to the final episode, they began running around in circles, making me dizzy watching them. It seemed that the staff got overexcited and thoughtlessly spilled everything; thus, they were drained of ideas to fill the remaining episodes.

Another turn-off was that they cut off high points and climaxes only to reveal them through flashbacks; as a result, it lessened the impact.

Overall, I appreciated the wild ride so I gave it 8/10.

The OST, “The Day You Come” sounds a bit like “If I Saw You In Heaven.” It's heartwarming and the voice of the singer, Yoo Seung Woo, is calming.

The closest drama to “Two Weeks” is “God’s Gift: 14 Days” but I much prefer the latter because it contained so many twists and turns and mysteries, and the ending was remarkable and jaw-dropping.

This one ended happily ever after.

Highly recommended

This is a great series, I started watching Flower of evil because of the high ratings but I got bored then opted for this because of the same lead actor.....and what a pleasant surprise ! It’s really good, I enjoyed it....love that kid she’s sooooo cute, and of course the lead actor is amazing , he can truly act....deserving of all awards.
One reason too why I watched is to see the real life couple , the leading actress and the second lead actor...I guess their love story started on this drama series.
Now...because of Covid ...not much to do but watch kdramas...thanks to good script writing and good actors....best to watch. I am from the Philippines but I’m so disappointed with our film industry....I tried watching , I can’t believe how lousy the story telling...how lousy the actors.

Really liked but frustrated at times

First took a look at the cast. When I saw that Lee Joon Gi, Ryu Soo Young and Chun Ho Jin were part of the cast I thought “how could this drama not be good”?

I was not disappointed. Frustrated at times; mainly because of how the law enforcement was portrayed. I kept thinking they can’t be so bumbling that Tae San was the one that actually brought the bad guys down. I kept thinking “dang he sure would’ve made an excellent detective” because he didn’t make a very good thug.

I went through love/hate emotions with Seung woo and Jae Kyung because they were letting their personal feelings get in the way. I understood Seung Woo because of how Tae San left In Hye to raise Sujin alone; plus In Hye didn’t reveal who TS was. Jae Kyung irked me because she kept messing up due to her need for revenge.

I kept wondering when I Chun Ho Jin was going to show up. There’s just something about his performances in any drama that I love. So again he was not disappointing m. When Han Chi gook realized that Mr. Kim was his son and that Il seok had kidnapped Mr. Kim I hoped that Chi Gook with his kind and tender ways would get through to him. Sure enough he did. Before that though, between Mr. Kim and Il Seok I didn’t know who I wanted punished the most.

The hardest part for me to get through was when Moon Il Seok’s went after Sujin. So seeing him in jail with his injuries I thought karma at its best.

I really like the actor Lee Joon Gi and again I loved his performance. This guy brought me to tears so many because his life seemed so tragic. This is the second drama of his where he played such a sweet, tender Dad. He would just make my heart melt.

Awareness is very Important! One word describes "WOW"! I love the storyline period. I swear Lee Joon Gi plays everything he has in what he does. The baby actress was sensational, her smile got to me. I'm glad that this Kdrama brought awareness to bone marrow transplant for Leukemia patients and how important it is! That procedure saves a lot of lives.

Thank you to the cast and everyone else that made this storyline very believable. Lee Joon Gi once again is brilliant and again his Martial Arts are the best. Lots of great action! I can usually guess who the bad guys are but this time you writers did fool me. I never expected the police investigator would ever turn over the camera to those who are corrupted. I should have guessed it Police Corruption is crazy in the U.S. and everywhere else and so are Political figures. Money is Greed, Greed leads to Violence! Greed leads to Corruption. Anyone can be bought if the money is right.

Not as dark but total tear jerker.
This show's entertaining. I was really in love with it but toward the end I feel it sort of ran out of steam. This should have been a bit darker, but if they didn't want to go there they should have just given a proper happy ending. Any one of the guys she chose it would have made sense. This was by far the most inconsistent part of the show. Now for the good points. Lee Joon Gi is amazing as the confused, broken lead. He was great at the action, the romance, and when he cried I cried I love the fact that it was more action than romance but the relationships were all meaningful, they didn’t seem shallow or superficial, I hated that in Tunnel and Gap Dong. I loved the action! Loved the use of different unique settings, and the different modes of transportation. I would have preferred a bit more action but still. They did a great job overall. The child actor I have no words, she gave me goosebumps. Such a talented kid. Another thing I loved about the show was the second male lead. His tank tops not only is he smoking hot he was a good actor. His character was so well thought out I literally fell in love with his protective, caring nature, the way he looked out for soo jin and in hye and even though he could have been mean toward Tae San considering he was a murder suspect and all around a guy with a terrible rap sheet, he never allowed it to come in between his love for the fiance and the daughter. Another part that made me sad and kind of wish for a sequel or spin off was Glue Stick Song jae rim played him so well anyway, regardless of the flaws this is definitely one of my favorite shows now! Also, loveeeeee Lee Joon Gi. Did I mention that before..

This isnt anything ordinary

I loved this drama. I cant give it a full ten because i was irritated at a few things but trust me you wont regret seeing this. It will definitely leave a dent in memories. I usually or infact never watch dramas with prostitution and those topics that just exudes NO but i was surprised that i was hooked by episode 1. I am a romance, bromance, BL type a girl but this threw that away. The love between the father and daughter is something that will make you smile without knowing. This show shows cruelty and wickedness of people but it also shows that no matter how bad things get light can magically come into your life in any form. Your past will eventually catch up to you when it wasnt closed properly so you can move on to the next chapter. If i could i would erase my memory of this show and rewatch it. Trust me this is a must watch.
