Sizzling Chemistry, Great Comedy---Acting & Plot Sold Separately.

For the first time ever, I'm giving a high score to a show where there was virtually no acting nor real plot. Starting with the pros as usual.

Pros: The absolutely sizzling chemistry between the leads for starters. From the the day they meet which is episode one, even if they don't like each other in the slightest, they're drawn to each other. Doesn't hurt that ML does come off as a cross between Elvis and Christian Grey (he cooks, cleans, can speak the language of cacti, can both play and teach golf, is a motorcycle rider/racer, knows various computer programs, is a magician, a gamer, can livestream, sings and plays the piano, plays chess, as well as can fly a helicopter and land in any emergency). The comedy is awesome; it makes you laugh hysterically sometimes at the ridiculous situations both leads find themselves in or put themselves in. The ML started as a bit of a selfish character, in reality he had a great heart all around and was very likable. The FL though stubborn and had nothing in her life save for work, was a sweet and caring woman. ML does chase FL first and that's where the primary comedy comes from, though there's a lot of it before he comes to that realization.

All of the secondary characters and couples have their own stories and they all come in when needed and resolved accordingly. I'm very glad that ML's best friend didn't just disappear because he was in a coma the entire series as often seen with useless characters. He was given etches of improvements and then him being shown awake at a very important time in the series. The OSTs were very on point and appropriate where they were added. Very glad the singular antagonist was dealt with accordingly and that it didn't drag on for eternity considering this was a series with only 24 episodes.

Cons: No plot; this show hinged on the lives of office workers and a romance between a younger man and older woman. There was also a love triangle or quad happening. The acting was subpar at best. ML is an idol with very little acting experience; if he wants to continue in the industry, I hope he gets himself an acting coach and learns how to show emotions not just say the lines. The stone-faced look didn't help the softer scenes or anywhere really; even the two times he really cried just didn't hit the mark, like he was trying too hard. Also not sure what was going on with the fashion on this show; the ML in particular had some avant-garde Project Runway thing going on that more often than not, didn't make any sense for neither him nor his character. Also way too much product placement; KellyOne water was literally everywhere.

LYR or cling wrap chick as I called her had to be the worst thing in this entire series. Though she did slightly evolve towards the end; I still do not understand this need to stick these whiny, annoying, stalkerish second or third female leads into these series, modern or otherwise. Even if she's supposed to be 23, she legit acts like she's a pre-teen. Once she finally got it through her head that GJX was not interested (and it took a few times), she proceeded to latch onto another man like gorilla glue also following him overseas. It's mind boggling that these kinds of characters are used over and over again. Real women do not act like that! There was a necessity to ffw her a few times.

Would I recommend it? I was looking for a rom-com where it was easy on the brain and you could just enjoy. This fit the bill to a T. So if that's what you're looking for as well, this is your show! Grab some popcorn, get ready to laugh a lot, and enjoy the cuter then hell moments especially starting with episode 17. ;)

Great drama, great ending and great chemistry!!

This Chinese drama is refreshing!! YES, finally one that is done right, although I believed it was filmed in 2019?

Zhao Jiang Yue is a top manager in the company, just turned thirty and has never been in love or in a relationship. Gina Jin who plays the FL is off the charts in this- gorgeous, beautiful, dressing makeup and hair all done so well! Very good acting as well. I loved the way she teased her bf. Her male counterpart Gu Jiaxin is the son of the CEO, forced to be ZJY’s assistant by the mum. Although he’s a rich kid and didn’t want to work at the company, he’s thoughtful and kind, and eventually starts falling in love with ZJY.

Their chemistry is SO SO GOOD!! The stealing glances, the hand brushing against each other, the “I will protect you” manoeuvres, the intensity, the longing.... my gosh!! Can’t get enough! The other side couples are not too bad as well. The only criticism I have is the character Li Yan Ran. She appears after a few episodes, and she is the MOST ANNOYING PERSON EVER!! Her character just ruined the whole drama- seriously. I understand the writers need a female rival, but this does not cut it. UGH!

The music OST is also very enjoyable and memorable. Definitely highly recommended drama- very refreshing and feel- good overall with a great ending!! Must watch :)

Why woman love? Could be because apparantly they are incomplete without a man?

This drama seems to be some kind of tutorial towards how to win the heart of a woman, could also be the heart of a man... But after watching 24 episodes I can not tell you why women love... If you figure it out please do feel free to tell me, but apparently women who get married choose to give their all to the man they marry and that is also apparently worth waiting for... A strange message in a drama that seems to try to empower women... But besides that the most important thing seems to be sincerity wether it is love, friendship or work... Be sincere and love will prevail... or something like that.

@ Things I like about this drama:

-The friendships, most of the characters are lovable and even if there are a few characters that seem to need help, there are no really truly annoying characters.

-The humour, there is not a lot of it, but this does have some pretty gunny scenes here and there with good fun bickering humour.

-The Male lead is a sweetheart, fine he is a bit of a spoiled brat in the beginning but he is a sweet spoiled brat, not afraid to show affection, take charge... go on the thing line between persistence and stalking... ok maybe he is not that perfect but he is mostly nice, patient and understanding... and does not force himself on the girl even once.

-The female lead is kind of bland but does have her moments, the combination of the two is pretty good and the best part about her is that even if she is supposed to be stupid in love she is actually pretty smart... Shocking for a C-drama I know!

-The OST is pretty good (maybe a bit overused, for those who binge, but pretty decent)

@Things that bothered me:

-The Second Female lead... How her delusional, clingy... behaviour was not only accepted but enabled by the people around her.

-The 9999999 PUBLIC love confessions with flowers, balloons and what not... For a drama promoting sincerity... there are ways to show sincerity without involving pollen and peer pressure.

-The endless love monologs... We got it you love her, you love him...

- Endless flashbacks the dram would be several hours shorter if they just cut the flashbacks in half.

-Inconsistency... one moment the guy knows the girl is allergic to flowers the next he buys her a huge flower bukeet ...

-Extremely heteronormative Family, Couples propaganda ish... Fine a woman can take charge but she does seem to need a man to be complete, and She is allowed to be a career woman but again, she needs a man... Did I mention that no woman is complete without a man?

So to sum it up, it was okay, nothing really new and the few parts that had potential to be revolutionary fell short... But I have seen a lot worse and it is pretty funny, and do not forget all the good stuff I mentioned above so it is definitely an okay watch.

Bingeabilaty: Ok but not high

Romance done right

Finally a romance that had most of the cliches done right by giving you tons of butterflies. So, so many of my previous issues on how I envision an adult romantic relationship be, were resolved. Even though the number of episodes appear to be long but the relationship and story moved at a very enjoyable pace.
Both the ML and FL where gorgeous, nice and caring, intelligent and could really emote well making this drama to go to top of my rewatch list. The chemistry was through the roof and the skin ship ticked all the boxes for me, was super exciting and organically done. The humor was so adorable.
I guess one of my favorite cliche is a strong, intelligent, working woman who is fully supported in her dreams and is super nice and reasonable in spite of being successful. Not only that she appreciates the individuality of others and support them as well and tries to understand by being flexible enough to try out their choices. The ML is not stoic at all and while being quite knowledgeable in the dating game is still innocent in his own way.
Although I am not a fan of a noona romance with a big age gap, but it can be overlooked easily. Many of other positive points of the drama included closure and support of the secondary male and female leads who loved the primary leads but were able to move on by supporting each other. The dressing of both male and female leads, their makeup, their personalities even most romantic background musical score were on point.
This drama has made me so happy that I'm going around with a stupid smile on my face. Strongly recommended for destressing, relaxing, and being satisfied at the end of it all.

ML can't act but I adore him anyway!

Actually I adore both the ML and FL! As individual characters, they were likable but as a couple, they were endearing and inspired relationship goals. Also they were simply gorgeous to look at.

Why Women Love is a May-December love story done right! It is not often that we get a romance between an older super capable manager and her young assistant (who was actually her boss' son), let alone a good one. If you are looking for something light, lovely, fun and fluffy, this show might just do the trick.

Honestly, there was no real plot, but there was character development. The FL learned to open up her heart, and become brave in facing the unknown of love, and the ML grew into a man who wanted to protect and give his love a blissful and happy home. I love that even though the ML became more matured, he did not lose sight of his dream of being a motorcycle racer. The best part is that he still reacted like someone in his twenties but carried himself well to be worthy of the FL.

Gina Jin is beautiful and she did well as Zhao Jiang Yue, a reserved, over-achieving manager. Absorbed with her work, always focused on doing her best, she was labeled as being incompetent in love. As she gradually fell in love with the ML, one can see her loosening up, and becoming more carefree.

Wang Zi Yi as Gu Jia Xin was a total idol in this show, with his avant-garde outfits, and being a newbie, could use more acting lessons. However, he was still able to pull off charismatic and lovable Jia Xin, and I truly enjoyed watching him charm his way into Jiang Yue's heart. Plus he can kiss!

There were 3 other side couples and I enjoyed watching 2 of those relationships progressed. As for the 3rd couple, I did not think that Xu Ning Yuan and Li Yan Ran were a good fit and there was no chemistry between them . Xu Ning Yuan was supposed to be the second male lead and was also Jiang Yue's first love.but he did not really put up much of a fight, other than being "compatible" with her.

Overall, the cast was great, and there was a fun rapport among them. I did find Li Yan Ran annoying and clingy but at least she could still separate her obsession with Jia Xin from doing the right thing.

The OST was awesome. I never skipped the intro because of the song, 'Love It' sung by Wang Zi Yi and Gina Jin. The closing song, True Love by Zhu Xingjie was catchy too. My favorite was Upside Down by Chen Xueran, the romantic song that heightened the emotional scenes for me. For posterity, I listed the song list at the end of this review.

Overall, do give this show a try - all you have to do is sit back and be prepared to smile and laugh as you gush over the cheesy, delightful and satisfying romantic journey of the main couple.

a light watch!

This is my first ever review hehe so bare w me !

Why Women Love is a very light, comedic, packed with clichés and the typical tropes drama. For people who enjoy what's mentioned, will def have a good time going thru this! I personally don't enjoy a lot of these type of dramas but since I've been stressed out from school and stuff, this served as a stress reliever to me, thus, I happened to have a great time watching it!

The story goes with the ML being younger and the FL being older. They meet, and happens to be in a boss-employee relationship. The FL is well-known for being a great woman in the business circle, developing an app regarding love, but she herself is unaware of and inexperienced in love. She meets the ML who's an "expert" in making women fall in love with him. He helps her understand the true meaning of love.

Wang Ziyi playing as Gu Jia Xin rlly got me! This is my first time seeing WZY since idrk him huhu, forgive me. But I think he played the role well with GJX being "immature", proactive, and flirtatious.
Jin Chen's Zhao Jiang Yue, I also liked v much! She's v prettyy! She played the female boss well, who's a "mature," outstanding businesswoman, but "immature" and knows nothing of love.

I just love both leads a lot. Their chemistry is on point. At some scenes they acted so well that it looked so natural,, i feel as if some of their dialogues were ad-ons which made the cp look real.

Most of the side characters were not able to catch my attention, excluding Qian Jing Jing and her husband. And Li Yan Ran was just vv annoying. A little spoiler, the "villain" that out of nowhere, swoops in, just is impossible to be considered a good antagonist. Technically, just gave this an 8.5 for the leads.

The story, as ive said is v light, so dont expect a lot from the plot.. bc there rlly isnt much. Some points were draggy, some were rushed. This all depends to the diff preferences everybody has.. Some ppl may not like this, some may rlly do. Try and see for urself!

Enjoyable/Cute Drama To Watch

SPOILERS AHEAD, WARNING!!!!

Honestly, this was such a lighthearted Chinese drama I have ever watched. I have to say it is probably one of my top 10 favorite Chinese series. This drama is about a unique love between Gu Jia Xin and Zhao Jiang Yue. There are many aspects of this drama that I enjoy and some that I believe this drama missed. So, let's go over my views.

What I liked about this series?
- love how Gu Jia Xin was determined to win over her no matter the obstacles he faced/battled. He fought for with such true love of his. Although Gu Jia Xin knew that the girl was in love with another guy, he still helped and guided Zhao Jiang Yue to chase after the other guy. Gu Jia Xin fell in love with her during the process of how to teach her to pursue another person. However, Gu Jia Xin was smart about making the girl fall in love with him as well. Gu Jia Xin persevered through the hardships he had to face by giving up his career to work for his mom's company for her to get the best care for his best friend who was in the hospital due to an incident.
Another thing that I liked about him is that although Zhao Jiang Yue was his boss, he was never mean, snobbish, selfish, or rude in any way. On the contrary, he was polite in every aspect and even offered his help of how the boss can receive love from the other guy. Gu Jia Xin supported his girlfriend's career no matter what, and he also waited until she was ready to be his girlfriend. Although he pressured her a little into marriage, he stopped asking for marriage because he realized the message of why he shouldn't. He never left her side; although she did some things to him, he still forgave. Overall, he was my favorite throughout the show.

- Zhao Jiang Yue, this character was phenomenal as well. She can be a little frustrating in some episodes, but I understand her perspective as well. What annoyed me about her is that she made a chart comparing two men after Gu Jia Xin confessed his love towards her. She was so conflicted with love because she did not know what love was, and therefore she made that chart to decide who was better for her. I wish she didn't do that, but oh well. Although she caught it in the end, she felt sorry. Gu Jia Xin was mad for a bit, but he knew to forgive her because she struggled with dealing with love, and that's another thing I loved about him. Another reason I like Zhao Jiang Yue's character because she was all about equality when it comes to relationships. What the men do, the women can do it as well. She knew she wasn't ready for marriage yet, because she wanted to make sure that she could give in all she could. She waited till she knew when that moment was. Zhao Jiang Yue proposed to her boyfriend at the end of the show, and I love that. The show portrayed that men don't have to do the proposing; women can do it. She made a lovely video diary of how she was proposing to Gu Jia Xin, which was so cute that it made me teary eyes. Overall her character was terrific as well.

- The relationship between the boss and the assistant. The supervisor is FL, while the assistant is ML. This is a relationship between a woman and a young man. ONE OF THE BEST CHEMISTRIES I HAVE SEEN. THEY HAVE GREAT CHEMISTRY.
- adorable side couple (Duo Xi & Qi Heng)
- The OSTs in this drama are fantastic. I've added each one to my music collection.
- Character development for the side couples, side characters, and our main leads. Basically everyone had great chemistry and good development.
- Love note advice at the end of each episode
- A satisfying and happy ending
- I loved how Gu Jia Xin, never gave up on his dreams
- I love how Zhao Jian Yue helped Gu Jia Xin to not give up his dreams over an accident. She supported his career no matter what.
- I like how Gu Jia Xin never left his best friend side and visited and told him about his achievements.

- the message that this show portrayed. You will understand the message once you watch it.

What I disliked about the show?
- clingness from Li Yan Ran
- Li Yan Ran, in the beginning, was annoying. Although she loved the main male lead, he never loved her. He often told her that he doesn't feel the same way in a friendly, polite manner, but she never backed down. She was always stuck to his side like glue. Another thing that bothered me is that she knew the guy that she liked, liked the boss. He even told her that he loved someone else, but she wouldn't take the hint. Therefore the guy that the main female lead liked, she teamed up with him to split up the assistant and the boss. The boss, Zhao Jian Yue, and the assistant Gu Jia Xin were always together because they lived in the same apartment complex, and they made a deal for lessons on how to guide the boss to pursue the other guy. Gu Jia Xin did not use any tricks to interfere when Zhao Jian Yue chased after someone else. Li Yan Ran made it difficult at the beginning for those two because of tactics. They weren't harmful tactics; they were just annoying. Although throughout the end, her development gets better.

- There was one small villain, she gets taken care of in a good way. I never liked her.
-Worse, the writers attempted to elicit sympathy for the villain. Thank you, but no!

What I wished that happened?
- Although we got to see that his best friend awake, I would've love to seen the reaction from Gu Jia Xin, Zhao Jiang Yue, and his mother of him waking up.
- The female main lead best friend Qian Jing Jing is pregnant, that was sudden. I wish we got to see the reaction of her telling her husband.
- I liked the ending and its overall message, but I low-key wished we got to see a wedding.

Overall this series was very enjoyable to watch. Lots of fluffiness which wasn't cringy at all. This series is not at all cringy. I would say its a comforting series to watch. I enjoyed the series, it had its issues but we can bypass it with the great production, story, chemistry, development, and acting. I hope this review helps.

I hope that they have a special episode of them after marriage.

NO CLICHES

If you're tired of cold CEO'S with the Emotional IQ of a wall, or the FL who has no backbone, or maybe the breakup after waiting 16 episodes for the main couple to get together.. oh and how could I forget the amnesia then this is definitely the drama for you. Everything about this drama to me was perfect, this is literally the first and only time I wish a drama had more episodes. the main leads were so sweet and had AMAZING chemistry. Seriously one of my faves c-dramas I've ever watched. You won't regret giving this a chance!

Great Chemistry, Slow middle, Strong Finish

Completed - 3/28/2022 - 8.25 rating

This is a good lighthearted romantic comedy without too much misunderstanding and angst. The story focuses on the development of an app called Love Note. And through this app, viewers also receive many love advice at the end of each episode. They are quite interesting. "Why Women Love" is a true romantic comedy. Love is in the air throughout the drama. It's great if you like want romance to be the central storyline.

What I Enjoy:
1. Leads Chemistry/Romance - Despite the real life & drama age gap, our two main leads have really great chemistry from start to finish. I really enjoy seeing how their relationship evolves from bickering boss/subordinate -> great work partners -> falling in love -> being together as a couple officially. Even though ML is supposed to be 8 years younger, the age difference isn't too apparent visually. I have previously seen Gina Jin (FL) in "Crossroad Bistro" and didn't like her character at all. I am so glad to watch her again in this drama, as I like her character so much more. This is my first drama of Wang Zi Yi (ML) and he did fine. I am also glad that we have some pretty good kisses between the leads. Luckily, we don't have a shy 30-year old woman who seems like she's being forced to kiss. Although the leads get together towards to the latter part of the drama, there is enough skinship to satisfy romance junkies. Additionally, it's nice to see a couple that actually tries to communicate and be honest with each other. If there's a problem, they talk it out. So silly misunderstanding that drags on and issues are resolved quickly and maturely.

2. Love Note Advice - At the end of each episodes, different characters from the drama will give us love advice. I may not believe in them all, but they are quite interesting. I wonder if there's really an app out there who is just like Love Note. Moreover, the little lectures that Qian Jing Jing aka Love Guru gave are pretty interesting as well. I may not agree to all that she's preaching but they are interesting nonetheless.

3. The Odd Pair - Li Yan Ran and Xu Ning Yuan make for an interesting couple. When the two formed an alliance and have meetings to discuss their plan of attack, they have so much chemistry. These two are so different, yet when put together, they also seem to complement each other so well. I am not sure how I feel about the subtle love connection. I am more inclined to want them to stay as platonic buddies, but I can't deny they are fun together.

4. Strong Finish - I quite enjoy the last 10 episodes of the drama when we are not just focusing on love, but also crisis at work. The pace of the drama picks up and we see how the leads relationship matures. Instead of only seeing cute & fluffy scenes, we get to see how they support each other's dreams and careers. Without going into spoilers, I applaud FL's decision in the last two episodes. Sometimes, the time is just not right and I am glad she is mature enough to speak up and be honest about how she truly feels.

5. Fashion - I really enjoy all the different outfits that our leads wear. FL has some gorgeous dresses and also some really cool pantsuits. Of course, ML looks suits but also in his leather jacket and racing outfit. Both of our leads look absolutely fabulous in everything they wear.

What I don't quite enjoy or am lukewarm about:
1. Li Yu Ran (first half) - I cannot stand another female character who is clingy, won't take 'no' for an answer and keeps on pestering her love interest. She is super annoying when first introduced. I can't stand her loud, selfish, stalkerish behavior. I really wish scriptwriters can write better love triangles/squares. Thank goodness she becomes more tolerable and even fun towards the second half of the drama.

2. FL's indecisiveness - The courtship and the back-and-forth between Gu Jia Xin and Xu Ning Yuan took up too many episodes. The middle part of the drama focuses solely on the love square. Nothing else is going on plot-wise, thus, the drama seems to be going nowhere. I wouldn't mind this love square if simultaneously something interesting is also happening.

3. Minor romance storylines - Aside from our main leads, I feel very lukewarm about the romance between Zheng DuXi and Qi Heng. They are cute and sweet, but don't really add much to the drama. You can take them totally out of the drama and it wouldn't affect much. Same goes to the romance between Qin Jing Jing and her husband. Their relationship serves as a plot device. But at least what happened between them is a lot more interesting than what Zhang DuXi/Qi Heng have to offer.

Other Observations:
1. My regular complaint on ML being too white. He looks so much more handsome when his face is not plastered makeup or they didn't use a white filter.
2. Many shirtless shots of ML - total fan service
3. Actors are not dubbed and there seems to be some live recording. Only Qin Jing Jing's voice seems to be weird at times, esp. in the earlier episodes.
4. Both ML and Qi Heng have this weird top/jacket with an attached cape.
5. FL should wear heels less often. She twists her ankle all the time.

You two seem to have exchanged your gender because of the relationship?

At first when i knew of this airing, i came to check comments and then saw that the ml is actually an idol so i immediately gave up the thought of watching this. Then, after coming across some clips on yt, I was hesitant about watching this after i read some comments. Third try and i finally decided to give it a try and i don't regret. Thanks to youtube clips, i got interested and then binged all the available eps in 2 days. And finally for the first time i finished a drama simultaneously with its airing.
I enjoyed it a lot more than i thought. Maybe that's because I could relate a lot with the fl, to the extent where i could see my older self in her, just maybe not that successful, but yeah in terms of personality, hidden crush, and no romantic life, no nonsense attitude, I'm totally like her. Other reasons for me to like is the ml. When he first came on screen i felt like here we go, a rich spoilt brat again. But not gonna lie, he is handsome and hot and i have no issues regarding his acting. He very much looked the part and portrayed his character well, a flirtatious rebel young guy first time actually in love with a woman who likes someone else. He had different sides to him.. he was reckless and childish at times, but he was considerate, caring, gentle and responsible and a softie within. Welll i really don't watch idol dramas and i don't like them at all, so maybe this kind of character is not what i am used to, considering that i only watch historical and fantasy cdramas. But somehow i really liked almost everything of this one.
I liked the characters of both the leads. They had amazing chemistry. Logically, they were polar opposites and opposites attract. As appealing as ml was, the sml, the former boss and crush of the fl was a safer choice for her. They were on the same wavelength and at a similar place in life, mature and successful and VERY BORING , and courteous to each other. The  ml was a risky choice being young and all, but he brought out her suppressed youthful and carefree side. He was impulsive, little immature and maybe not that appropriate for her, but oh well, when has love ever known logic. But he was so warm and caring, and definitely not a cold prick. He could be said to be an adventurous choice for her. Yet they had a beautiful and healthy relationship. They both were so supportive of each other. Similarly, the sfl, childhood friend who likes the ml, is an equally childish, over energetic, annoying spoilt rich young girl in the same place in life as him with similar status. Ah and only if all mothers were like ml's mom!
The difference in the way fl interacted with the 2 of them was so clear. You would understand if u watch it. Though i couldn't help but swoon over how sweet and charming he was in his efforts to woo her. There was a lot of character growth for the fl and ml, they started developing what they lacked in themselves to become better.

Actually I think that this show overall was very realistic in depicting the life of 3 women- a regular young girl having her fairytale romance with her middle school one who got away sweetheart; a successful internet celebrity who seems to have a perfect life, who in fact is a mess and has a lot of baggage of marriage crisis, days of school life bullying, insecurity etc.; and one very successful white collar who seemingly has everything, but also lives a lonely life. I liked the friendship aspect too.
The sml and sfl complemented and balanced each other just like ml and fl so even if it looked impossible for them i shipped them.
There weren't any characters that i hated as such but I really didn't like that bitch Song Xue. i liked the interactions between the sml and sfl, they were hilarious. The 2nd couple was sooo sweet and cute. Jingjing and her husband were one complex couple.

The story was light with many comedic moments and it was a good watch. It lacked depth, yet was kinda about regular lives of people. It had so many funny scenes. The ml showed his emotions so easily which is rare in cdramas, so his reactions in 2 scenes were particularly priceless - when he got back his bike, when he thought jiangyue was pregnant. XD  Also the proposal plans were soooo beautiful. I loved the ending soooo much T_T

The osts were catchy and cute. I loved the jewellery jingjing and sfl used so much.

Alright i guess I am a little too emotionally invested in this series so im gonna stop here.

I recommend watching it, if nothing else it is pretty entertaining, sweet, fluffy, light, cute and very heart warming.

"Romantic, flirtatious , easy watch love story"

This Drama is about a unique love between Gu Jia Xin and Zhao Jiang Yue. Frist of all the chemistry between Gina Jin Chen as Zhao Jiangyue and Wang Ziyi as Gu Jiaxin was just astonishing throughout the drama. Right from the first episode you could feel Love between the leads instantly. The romance between Zhao Jiang Yue and Gu Jiaxin was fluffy, it is frothy, it is gorgeous, it is cute and was paced really well throughout the drama.
I Love how Gina’s character Zhao Jiangyue was portrayal as very beautiful, very confident and strong woman. This is the first drama I’ve seen wang Ziyi in and may I say he did an amazing job. His character Gu Jiaxin is adorable and super cute. Even his walking is flirtatious lol.
I Loved loved this drama.
Was just an easy watch romantic drama. I recommend this drama for you who love romantic drama with no breakups between the main Leads.

A pretty cute office romance drama

I got interested in watching this drama after seeing Jin Chen in Falling Into You. As expected, Jin is very good at playing this role. Then there is Wang Ziyi. Wow~ are all people in China with the surname WANG really handsome? The first time I saw him i immediately liked him! I know that he was originally an idol who recently turned into an actor. As a newcomer actor, his acting in this drama is quite good. If Wang Ziyi continues to work as an actor, I hope he continues to practice to hone his acting skills so that he can be more perfect in his future drama or film projects.

The things I like about this drama are the fairly clear character depictions. Gu Jiaxin is a motorbike racer who is forced to enter the office world to fulfill his mother's orders. He may look like a bad boy but in fact he is a man who is very attentive to everything around him.

Then there was Zhao Jiang Yue. A manager at a company who has been single for a long time and has a project to create a lover finder application. ZJY's character is a hard worker and has no other desire besides working for the company, this is shown very well. However, after meeting GJX, she gradually opened her heart and believed in love, even though at first she was hesitant to be with GJX because she thought about his future with GJX and the views of the people around them if they were together. And also the interaction between these two is very good and sometimes very cute.

Overall, this drama is quite good and can be enjoyed as a light show and to fill your free time~
