Both dramas are noona romance and the chemistry between the leads in both cases is simply breathtaking!

Similar backstory for the go and ml. They help each other get over their shared pain. Same story as my queen, witch’s romance is the remake of it.

Both are noona romances with boss FL and intern ML with a successful 2ML in the love triangle. The FL are 30+ and the ML are in their 20’s, but somehow they fall in love despite the age gap.

The older woman x younger man plot is what connects these dramas.

Both have female leads in a Noona relationship with very persistent, yet adorable male leads.

The premise of both the drama's are pretty much the same. Part time worker younger ML get's hired by the company of the Older career oriented successful FL. In both drama the ML's ex died and he takes care of her mother while doing part time jobs. The FL's Ex was a photographer who stood her up on her wedding day.
It almost felt like a remake. I don't know... may be it is.

Both very funny! Include a relationship between an older woman and a younger man. Also, both are very cute!

Both shows explore the dynamics of age differences within couples, delving into their complex emotions towards each other. The storylines also consider the impact of external factors and the female lead's challenging history with past relationships. The age gap adds an additional layer of complexity, making it harder for the female lead to fully trust her spouse and open herself up to love. The shows also delve into the intriguing dynamics of age differences within the couples. Each performance skillfully highlights the couples' deep affection for each other, while also shedding light on the intriguing age gaps that exist between them. Both presentations thoroughly explore the emotional dynamics within each couple's relationship, regardless of their age differences.

Both female leads are dumped by their finances the day before the wedding and get a 2nd chance at love. Both shows are done by tvN so they have a similar vibe as well!

Similarities:
+ Both have older lead actresses with a younger male co-star (even if in 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' the lead characters are supposed to be the same age).
+ The male lead falls first and chases after the female lead (despite initial rejection or doubt) in both.
+ Different plots but both are romance focused.
+ Both have some cute jealous male lead scenes (cute meaning jealousy without unhealthy possessiveness).
+ Similar male lead characters (nice, confident without being overly so, determinate to win over the female lead but not push-overs)
+ Both dramas deal with an issues that society views negatively on females, and both couples have to face and overcome the stigma that comes with it (in 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' it's plastic surgery vs being 'natural', while in 'Witch's Romance' it's about age and older female/younger male couples).
Differences:
- Female lead in 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' is more shy and insecure (being just a college student), while in 'Witch's Romance' the female lead is more confident and experienced (being an older female character with a successful career).
- While (as stated above) both deal with an issue issue in society's view on females, the focus of 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty''s plot is much more centered around it and presents a much more critical view on it.

Also a lovestory between a older successful woman, falling for a much younger guy. Warm, cosy drama just like Witch's romance.

In both series the main woman isn't considered a suitable partner by the men around them. They end up meeting younger men who will help them change themselves.

Both dramas have strong FL’s that are intensely career driven and can drive their colleagues insane with their lack of sensitivity. In both dramas, the ML is a more romantic type who happens to be a colleague at work. Both are noona romances as well.
