The Korean Version is essentially based on the Taiwanese one that came out in 2009. This one has a great cast, insane chemistry between the leads. Though Korean one is crisp and nice this one tends to get a bit narrative at times but nonetheless not the one to be missed if you liked the Korean one. Highly recommended.
It's exactly the same drama but with different characters
-both are older women still single
-both do a one night-stand with the man that they first hate
-both men are dressed as Santa

Witch's Romance is a Korean remake of My Queen. The storyline is pretty similar but the mood and pacing differs. The Taiwanese My Queen has more over the top comedy as often seen in Taiwanese drama's and the Korean Witch's Romance seems to be more polished. Which of the two you'll like better will depend on taste.
Both have an older female lead with an abrasive personality who softens and transforms to a better person due to the love and influence of a younger and affectionate male lead.
Both drama's focus on relationships with an older female. They deal with how society will feel about them, what their families with think. Overall though they are both light-hearted cute, and heart warming. both couples have really good chemistry and are great at pulling off the feeling of a young man trying to aspire to be more so he feels comfortable enough for the woman he loves, while the woman is trying to find herself, and figure out what she wants in life regardless of what other people think.
A bitchy business woman has physical contact with a younger man (kind of one night stand). Unfortunely they meet again at her work place. She don't even recognise how she changes, become softer and slowly fall for the kind young guy.
Both dramas are fluffy rom-com. Both dramas involve an older female lead who both suffer dating and marriage deadline woes. Both involve handsome and adorable younger male leads.
Both dramas also tackles leads being bitter because they were left behind by former lovers without reasonable explanations. It depicts how this new love interest had drawn them out of their bitterness.
Also both dramas showed that first love is not cast in stone and eventually changes or disappears when out of sight or not nurtured. One's heart can change over time and choose another person. First Love may not be the best love that will come your way.

1) Pak Seo Joon is in both.
2) Pak Seo Joon's character's personality is a bit like Siwon's personality in She Was Pretty (hilarious and a childish..in a good way!)
3) In both of the stories, the main characters are working in a office for a magazine & there is a boss/employee romantic relationship going on.
4) Both are fast-paced and make you laugh a lot!
In short, if you like SWP, I think you'd like WR :)!

Noona Romance. The FL is cold and threw herself into her work after being left hanging in her last romance. The ML is kind, energetic, talented and thoughtful, but he switched career paths and his parents disapprove. The ML ends up living next to the FL and chases her first while the FL tries to keep distance between them because of their age difference.
