Jung Woo Sung will be making a cameo in the upcoming star-studded movie "Cobweb."

On April 27th media outlet 10Asia shared that Jung Woo Sung will be reuniting with director Kim Jee Won and Song Kang Ho in the upcoming film "Cobweb." He will be making a special appearance in the said movie. 

Jung Woo Sung has worked with director Kim Jee Won and actor Song Kang Ho in the 2008 movie "The Good, The Bad, The Weird."

"Cobweb" is set in the 1970s and the story will unfold when a director is obsessed with re-shooting the ending of the movie Cobweb. The film will showcase the unfavorable conditions like censorship, producers' rejections, non-cooperation from actors, and many more.

The upcoming film will be directed by  Kim Jee Woon ("Dr.Brain" and "The Age of Shadows")and written by Shin Yeon Shick ("Dong Ju: The Portrait of a Poet" and "How to Steal a Dog"). 

The movie will be led by Song Kang Ho, Im Soo Jung, Oh Jung Se, Jeon Yeo Been, Jung In Ki, and f(x) Krystal Jung.

"Cobweb" has begun filming last March 2022.

Jung Woo Sung is set to star in the upcoming films "Hunt" with Lee Jung Jae and "Spring in Seoul" with Hwang Jung Min, Park Hae Joon, Kim Sung Kyun, and Lee Sung Min. He will also direct the upcoming film "Agent Scholar." 

The actor will also reportedly return to the drama scene with the upcoming Korean remake of the Japanese series "Aishiteiru to Ittekure" titled "Say You Love Me." 

The actor was last seen in the 2021 Netflix original series  "The Silent Sea" wherein he also made a special appearance. He is also the producer of the Netflix original drama. 

Jung Woo Sung made his acting debut in 1994.
