Lee Joo Bin confirms her next work after "Queen of Tears"
Kim Ji Hoon and Go Won Hee are both confirmed to star in the upcoming Netflix original series "Love Battle."
It was revealed on November 12th that Kim Ji Hoon and Go Won Hee are confirmed to work with Yoo Teo and Kim Ok Bin in the upcoming drama "Love Battle."
"Love Battle" will tell the story of a woman who doesn't want to lose pathologically to a man and a man who suspects a woman pathologically. They will bicker like no other and eventually fall in love. The drama will be directed by Kim Jung Kwon ("Lie After Lie" and "Are We In Love") and written by Choi Soo Young ("My ID Is Gangnam Beauty" and "Cunning Single Lady"). "Love Battle" will be produced by Bingie Works.
Kim Ok Bin will play the role of Yeo Mi Ran, the rookie lawyer at Gilmu, a law firm that focuses on the entertainment industry. Yoo Teo will play the role of Nam Kang Ho, a top Korean actor who's known for his intelligence and great personality but dislikes the idea of dating.
Kim Ji Hoon will play the role of Do Won Joon. He was an actor before but because of his poor acting skills, he decided to give up that career and ventured into the management business instead. He made Nam Kang Ho a top star. He's a person who's not interested in anyone aside from his artists but everything will eventually change after he met Shin Na Eun.
The character Shin Na Eun will be portrayed by Go Won Hee. She's the best friend of Kim Ok Bin's character Yeo Mi Ran. Unlike her best friend, Shin Na Eun easily falls for handsome men. She's also not calculative when it comes to love.
The premiere of "Love Battle" is not yet confirmed but it will exclusively air on the global streaming platform Netflix.
Aside from "Love Battle," Kim Ji Hoon is also set to star in another Netflix series. He is currently filming for the upcoming Korean remake of "Money Heist" with Yoo Ji Tae, Jeon Jong Seo, Park Hae Soo, Lee Won Jong, Jang Yoon Ju, and more. The actor became more popular after starring in the 2020 drama "Flower of Evil" with Lee Joon Gi, Moon Chae Won, Seo Hyun Woo, Nam Ki Ae, Son Jong Hak, and more.
Go Won Hee is part of the hit 2021 drama "Revolutionary Sisters." Before she joins "Love Battle," the actress will first star in the drama "Three Hundreds of Meals" with Ha Seok Jin, Im Hyun Joo, Go Woo Jin, and Lee Sang Jin. The upcoming series will air sometime this year.
