I've recently started to get into Chinese Donghua myself. So far I've been watching them mostly on kisskh. I hope this helps.

As far as I know, they are one of the the official source/distributor of Chinese anime, but premium option isn't possible for me, atleast for now. Thanks a lot anyway.
