Why genre of fukushu-no-mibojin not update to manga? When I select manga gener the list shows empty.

Manga genre is no longer used on MDL since a long time ago. Manga is not a genre per se.

Instead of it, you can use the tag Adapted from a Manga to tag the titles it applies to.

“Fukushuu no Miboujin” already has the tag added to it.
