lol that just proves that their are really easy to please, and probably just looks at the outer shelf of a drama without really trying to go to the bottom of it, looking for the why , where , when , who and what of the story. You know it gets hard to rate drama when you really start getting picky and really figure out what you look for in a drama

Haha true I guess :p It wouldn't hurt to throw out a couple 9 or 8's haha. I think I'm a little picky when it comes to dramas, but overall if the story/acting/music is good it'll receive between an 8-10 from me haha.
When I see an awesome drama that is beyond every drama I've ever seen (exept a few), I tend to feel like rating it 11...but since there is no 11, I re-rate all my dramas to keep at 10 only the dramas I judge on the same level as that special one I've seen. That's why you can see a lot of 5-6-7-8-9 in my list (I even have a few 4-3-2-and even a 1)
By the way, I think that it was nice in this new version to call "Masterpiece" for the 10 rated drama.
I like the message it send : "Rate 10 only the drama you consider a masterpiece, a true work of art that should be put in the history books of all dramas of all times. If a drama is awesome, but doesn't seem like deserving its place in the drama Pantheon, just rate 9, it won't hurt it."

I agree with that! There are some dramas that go beyond your expectations and you just have to give it a 1O, I know in the beginning I rated my dramas higher but I've kind of gone back and changed my ratings a little (like by 1 or 2) based on how I view it. It doesn't hurt to have varied ratings, but not every drama is a "masterpiece" and that's why I don't understand people who give 1Os to almost every drama on their list =___= haha

Haha I like that :D
Ok new topic. I hate when you are watching a drama that started out with such potential, then all of a sudden the plot goes awry. Suddenly there's all these extra side plots that just don't mesh together well. They all of a sudden pull the story in 20 different directions at once. Which in some dramas works, but only if they are set up for that kind of change. A lot of dramas though aren't equipped to handle this. You start off with a straightforward rom-com, then all of a sudden towards the end (as in the last 5 or 6 episodes) there's robbery, birth secrets, and accidents that lead to memory loss? Not a good way to write a script.

Sounds like they wanted to mix two or three dramas into one. Haha. And no not a good way to write a script

That's exactly the impression I'm getting. As if they didn't know what kind of drama they wanted to make so all of a sudden they tried to make it several different ones.

It sure sounds that way. Dreams can have 2 or 3 stories going on that don't make sense (or maybe it's just me, LOL), but well when it comes to something like a drama or a movie it doesn't fit. In fact you start questioning what exactly you're watching and you lose track of the plot line - not good haha

Haha i finally finished it, but it was a struggle. The ending was kind of cute, but I gave it a low score.

Haha I don't blame you from how you described it!
NEW TOPIC!!!!!!

I hate how stupid these people in dramas can be. If you happen upon someone who is injured/passed out you should NEVER pick them up and move them. And for God's sake, don't effing shake them They could have suffered some sort of spinal injury/severe head trauma. YOU DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE UNCONSCIOUS! It's common knowledge that if you come across someone hurt or unconscious, you first check to make sure they are breathing and have a pulse. If they don't, perform CPR (ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO DO IT IN A FIRST AID CLASS!)and maybe try talking to them to see if that will wake them up. But don't pick them up, put them in your car, and drive off. Call an ambulance and let the professionals take care of it. Those idiots in those dramas could kill/paralyze these people because of their ignorance.
hehehe! Oh Kdramas/Jdramas...all dramas.... So 'tarded you are. I was watching one drama where they talked about the person who stops to help getting in trouble and being blamed if anything bad happens to the injured party. Which sounded a little strange to me until I thought about it for a minute. They actually could be in trouble if they aren't careful and make it worse. and then I thought...Ooooh I didn't recognize this because it was a dash of actual realism in a drama! LOL

lol That just made me think of something that actually happened in the real world. A guy was hit by a train (killed of course), and (Warning! this isn't for the faint of heart) his leg flew off and hit some woman. The woman broke something, I think it was her arm. Anyways, she's suing the dead guy because of this. And the judge let the case go through to court saying that it's a valid reason to sue him (she suing his estate). How effing heartless is this b****?
