While I didn't viscerally love "Cupcake" and "Plus & Minus" quite as much as many or most people seem to, they're both broadly very popular. I totally love the other four. In short: Good recommendations.

Got 20 minutes to spare? This is a cute, short film: "Complicated" (Thailand, 2024) that I just posted about on my feed.

If you have 45 minutes to spare, the three-part series, "2nd Chance" (Thailand, 2024) is a cute watch.

I'll add "Falling for My Boss" to this list (on the Shortime app; search for yourself as MDL won't let me insert the link). It's short-form format, with each episode being just 1m30s long. Cute, with little substance. Best to binge-watch either by purchasing, or saving coins for several days.

So I started Takara kun & Amagi kun and ...... here we go again with this really unnatural acting. It's like they're imitating anime characters more than they're acting lol I also really want to fix their hair LOL

I hate to sound like their mother but, boys, you have beautiful eyes, and tiny little faces. Who styled you like that? lol

Okay, please help me out here. I'm working on an October Watchlist for myself, but I need BL recs-- this is what I currently have (not final, I'll narrow it down). The theme is of course spooky, but anything fantasy, mystery or dark will work. Are there any shows that just scream fall? 

*For people who have watched the BL's I have listed, do they fit the theme? Are they good worth the time?

*I don't do horror as in scary movies, but I do like shows with ghosts and the like.

It might be the ones you've chosen to watch. That said, some J-BLs do have that uniquely Japanese style of acting that is different from the natural acting styles to which some of us are accustomed. Japanese BLs are quite varied though and you may yet find something you enjoy.

I love that bl series- Ghost Host, Ghost House and the one ml in it kindof looks like Nanon at some angles imo lol ♡

I'll keep clicking on them since I've now only tried 6 LOL If Thailand can still shock me surely Japan has to have something, but I cant help but wonder if I have genuinely grew out of Japanese content because Japan just cant hold my attention the way it used to lol
