I am still sleep deprived but I saw this news and had to share. I find it odd that this has not gotten more attention:

This made me do a little research on the Japanese Judicial System so that I can fully understand the significance of this. I would give my own explanation, but, damn my eyes are burning right now so I will just share news article links that give a good summary of the ruling. The main thing to take away is that the issue now really rests upon the Japanese Supreme Court to make a decision (a court that is known to be conservative and hesitant to exercise its power of judicial review).

I actually want to visit Tokyo someday. I want to walk the streets at night and enjoy the city lights as well as experience the club life there. I also want to walk among the cherry blossoms.
