I meant that I can remember scenes, sets, dialogue, other details, etc. but when trying to remember the name of the series, film, or the actor, I'm out. I can recall character names a little better, but not much.

I'm not just talking Asian dramas here, either.

I have a disconnect like this too. I remember faces well, but not their names. I do recall drama and movie names well enough, just have a big problem with people's names.

Assuming you're talking about Korean names, yes! I'm reasonably good with Japanese names, Thais of course have the Anglicised nicknames which are such a huge help, but I have absolutely zero sense for Korean names.

Comfort Foods are he best way to describe them cuz sometimes you need that

I am currently re-watching secret crush on you.

This series is so unhinged, cringe, funny, and so random at times, but in the best way possible in my opinion. I think all of these things are very intentional in the way that this series was directed and because of that I find it so perfect for it. Like you can’t take it seriously because of how unhinging and cringe it is, but there’s something so great about that. Sometimes you just need something that is so un serious and that’s all you need. I literally think this series you’re supposed to watch it kinda like how you would watch something that is like a spoof movie or a video.

Our main character is literally a stalker who falls in love with a guy who I 100% think he has to be a narcissist to put up with the things this man does lol.

Now the side couples are iconic. I love the side couples on this series. They’re the normal characters.

Also, Toh’s 3 best friends are literally the best. Get friends like them. Get friends that super your delusions.

Because being DELULU is the SOLULU. lmfaoooooo

If you guys can’t tell, I’m having a great time being silly, which low-key need because I have not been feeling so great.

I have a terrible memory. Period. :-(

When we have convos about different dramas, I often have to go to the MDL drama page to help me remember the story, the actors names and if I watched it before I can post my 2 cents.

Um, Hwang Da Seul is my SK KBL queen. And, I've rewatched all her series (movies) on several platforms - because each translator has their own take. I've written pages and pages about her series, read articles, looked at actor's script notes, etc.

Cool! I'm currently ticking them off my list ^^ Two down and so far they're really good ;;

Day 31. Are you looking forward to winter, and what are some of your favorite and least favorite things about winter?

Not really thinking about winter right now, it's far away and I have more pressing matters to attend to. I like the coziness of winter, but dislike the cold weather. In the past few years it's been warmer but that's due to global warming which isn't good news at all. I like xmas songs sometimes and having to stay inside all day long because it's cold outside. I guess winter time can be nice, even with the drawbacks.

And with this question, the challenge is over. It's been nice hanging out around here. Since I went back to anime, I won't be checking MDL as much, but it's been good while it lasted. Cheers!

Day 31 - Are you looking forward to winter, and what are some of your favorite and least favorite things about winter? Favorite is the rain we'll get, which we need for our State since we easily gets into a drought situation. Least favorite is the rain because we get more barometric pressure changes, a trigger for my migraines.

@axdxex oh yes as soon as I opened insta today I was blessed with a pic of shirtless Joong lol he seems to be obsessed with “Toji Fushiguro” and then Dunk’s Halloween costume just officially killed me haha
