I'll bet he took that into account when he made his choice, which is more respect to him for walking his own path. He's a big boy and no pushover.

A great resource is the World of BL website.

It's still missing the newly started JBL "Takara no Vidro" (Mondays on Gaga: "Takara's Treasure"), which I love despite the bizarre  parrot thing and the strangeness of moving halfway across the country to go to a university to stalk a boy whose name Taishin doesn't even know. As with "Hidamari ga Kikoeru" (Wednesdays on Gaga: "I Hear The Sunspot"), I adore the protagonists as well as the vibe.

World of BL also doesn't include reality TV, e.g. "His Man Season 3" (iQiyi) or "The Boyfriend" (starting July 9 on Netflix). Otherwise, I think the website is pretty complete in terms of currently airing series with international releases.
