That makes 2 of us.
Take Care of Us Captain and Tokyo Control. Unbelievably bad aviation dramas, dropped them in the first episode. Can't believe we do not get any decent, well-scripted, well-acted and realistic aviation-themed dramas since Good Luck!!
Ok, I thought I wouldn't have anything to share in this thread, because if I don't like a drama, I'd drop it right out.

But... but... it's not until Le Jun Kai, the Taiwanese mini series. It only consists of 9 episodes and the length of each episode is just 15 minutes or so. And I like Peter Ho and Janine and they were so cute together in Ring Ring Bell (FYI, I dropped this one, because as cute as Peter and Janine were together, the plot in the middle was just beyond redemption). So, I seriously wanted to love the (mini) drama, Le Jun Kai, which I thought could be a second chance of redemption for the cute OTP after the vague Ring Ring Bell. And besides, since Le Jun Kai is a short one, so I thought "Hey why not?". Well, "Why YES??" I didn't love the show one bit! :(

No, it's not about the dark, violent, and abusive theme. Well, maybe a bit, I mean, give me a break Ye Zi (Janine's character), your ex-husband (Peter Ho's character) abused you, physically and mentally, brought women home and onto your bed, told you to abort your baby, and you still seem to have a feeling for this mothaf**ka? After all he's done to you? Dang, I love me some Peter Ho and he looks hot in his white singlet and tight pants indeed, but THIS is just beyond me.

And no, it's not about their performances either. Their performances were top notch, no doubt about that. If any, Peter and Janine's performances are the only things that are praiseworthy in this show.

No, what I don't like from this show are the abrupt scene cuts, poor camera works, bad repetitive flashbacks (Yeah, way to fill an already short episode to begin with. Can't you be more creative, show?), and most importantly, the ridiculous ending?

Sure, I had never expected that a drama with this kind of storyline would end happily. The tragic ending is expected. But that doesn't mean they couldn't have wrapped it in a nicer and better way, does it?

Anyway, this is just my opinion *cough*rant*cough*. No offense to those who liked the show and think it's an amazing show. Different people, different opinion, yo. Peace out.
